Great branch, terrible customer service n after sales.. Just purchased an instant water heater (Clage) from them for 6999 egp, on display it had a remote, and was the most expensive one, and based on what my home needs required, this was recommended by the member of staff, purchased it with a big smile on my face. Next morning, plumber and electrician arrived to do whats necessary so that i can call the company to install it and get it to work, opened the box, NO REMOTE, called B-tech, they passed me from one department to another, basically they are useless, either go back to store, or make a complaint and wait 24-48 hours for a call back, absolutely useless, and they keep saying its not their issue as this product isn't supported by B-tech.. i bought the product from their store and they say its not their fault... They said someone will call me back in 30 min, a few hours later NO CALL BACK RECEIVED (The classic way of ripping peoples money and selling them hopes n dreams) I suggest you dont buy anything from them unless u really have to and if you do, you better do your homework before you buy anything from them otherwise you will go around in Circles..

The store is haighly organised well decorated ,lots of varaities ,many brands. The staff is not well trained, and I had really bad experience as I was looking for dust bags for my vacuum cleaner (Melle) that I bought from Betech three years ago. The staff told me they don't have this service anymore and I should get it from Miele themselves.After searching for a long time, I contacted Miele, who were very helpful and they had a big surprise for me that Betech still have that service and gave me the locations for Betech stores where I can find the bags.

تجربة كارثية مش مع الفرع بس ، مع بي تك كلها، الفرع يقلي حاجة مش موجودة اسال فرع تاني يقولي لا هي موجودة بس كاش بس ، مش هنطلعها تقسيط، اطلب تكييف و يتقالي موجود ، لا مش موجود تعالي بكره اروح الاقي عرض دون فوايد اتشال، اكلم خدمة عملاء اعمل شكوي تقولي مقدرش اعمل شكوي ده السيستم بتاعنا ، موظف فرع يقولي اطلب اونلاين بس كل حاجة لوحدها ، اعمل كدا الاقي كل طلب هياخد ٧ ايام ، يعني ٦ طلبات عايزين شهر و نص ، بالأمانة اسوأ تجربة في الشراء من كل الوجوه ، مبيعات ، حسابات ، خدمة عملاء ، حاجة كارثية، منصحش اي حد يخش او يتعامل مع الفرع ده او اي فرع

I bought gas stove two days ago. Delivery promised on the same day, nothing happened. Went back to store, again promised that someone will contact me shortly, again nothing happened. Called customer service, they were of no help, stating that ordered taken by the branches does not show on the system. There one and only solution is to go back to the branch and inquire !!! And the saga goes on till now!! Do not recommend purchasing from them unless no other choice.

The Stuff , The Stuff , The Stuff Since last year, I have stopped buying from your store because of the under qualified calibers you hve in Madinaty branch. Today i was in cfc branch. It’s unbelievable, even in cfc you have the same attitude. (I think they hate the company). They have Zero Customer service, Terrible way of communicating. It’s not about training them, it’s useless, it’s the HR job to hire more qualified employees.

Absolutely worst customer service. Tons of sales people, mostly on their phones, the person responsible for payment was super rude and had a terrible attitude. We were told to wait 10min for some one to get the washing machine from their storage, which took forever. If you can avoid it, do not buy anything from them

The products they have are wasteful and the after-sales service is one of the worst. Even the workers are among the most ignorant people. They always ignore their customers and don’t pay any attention for any complaint . The worst place to buy any thing .

The air conditioner was too small and workers couldn’t install without negating the warranty. We had to order a larger one because it wasn’t in the store. Manager, Zeina, got involved and promised us she would help. She has worked very hard …

I received a defective product (stove) from this branch and it's been a nightmare trying to get a refund as they did not have a replacement. I'm very unhappy with the service I've received the staff members were rude and unhelpful.

بعض البائعين هناك في حاجة شديدة للتدريب ... فلا يصح ان يكتشف البائع بعد أن اطلب صنف ويقال لي موجود وعند التوجه للدفع يكتشف فجأة ان هذا الصنف غير موجود …

ممكن تفضل جوة المكان اكتر من نص ساعة محدش هيسألك عايز ايه العجيب انك ممكن تطلب المساعدة من الموظفين و يسيبوك و يمشوا بجد والله
