Worse bank, very unreliable and poor online customer service, always ditch when you need customer service help. Even new card activation process is so complicated that I finally fed up and prefer to use my Meezan and silk bank credit cards. Alfalah 080022225 number takes you to whatsapp and then regular phone service and on and on till you finally decide to give up and cut the line. Whatever Alfalah is doing to do to make their customer happy turns into ashes due to their poor online customer service team and systems. Alfalah Jinnah International lounge is one best thing which makes me smile ...
