I returned after 32 years to the facility and found it a way better .First encounter with Mr. Huzaifa and MS.Palwasha was so refreshing with their professional handling. Room service was fantastic specially Mr. Muzammil,Mr. Younus,Mr. Aftab and many others who looked after us so nicely which was a tremendous experience. In all food quality was superb specially breakfast place was fantastic ,we not only enjoyed food but had an opportunity to have been looked after in a best possible way by Mr. Qazzafi and his team specially MS. Asma. Last but not the least security was very satisfactory with able watch of Mr Haroon and others.Not to forget Mr. Moin at the entrance with his helping hand a memorable welcome for me. All in all it was a great experience we all enjoyed in all respects and love to come back. Keep it up. God bless every body at the facility .

While I understand that the building is older, I was pleased to find that Mr. Sundar Lal and the housekeeping team on the 4th floor have done an excellent job in maintaining its cleanliness and comfort. I did encounter a minor issue with the shower in my room. The glass wall at the bottom seems to require some additional insulation to prevent water from leaking and spilling out. Additionally, the shower set appeared to be showing signs of wear and may benefit from a thorough inspection to ensure proper water flow.

Excellent service from all staff in reception, friendly staff ( especially Zahid ,palvasha, shiza & Arhum always helping me for selaction of room.Thank you very much & best wishes❤️.) Room (219) was super clean, quite & cossey & room service was superb & very beautiful view of sunset.food are also good. Had a very comfortably stay most importantly to keep my self safe. (The staff especially Anosh & Ashar were exceptional on the front desk service. I also thankful both of us for helping me for my ride booking such a very kind person .) Everyone was brilliant. Beach luxury hotel is my personal favourite place to stay whenever I am in Karachi. First of all its vintage, followed by its spaciousness, location, casba (seafood restaurant), staff especially Moeen sb, Huzaifa, Anush, white marble of wash rooms etc all add up to make it a stay of choice. Having said all praises, few things, though very petty, management needs to improve. Like bread toaster, waffle machine for breakfast. And menu for breakfast needs to be reworked with few possible additions. For better In room experience, upholstery of furniture is a must for a tidy look as one feels uncomfortable to sit on vivid marks. Head showers to be added along side hand shower in bathing section. In room entertainment can be enhanced by Cable channels increase, easily doable by repairing installed channel boxes or adding new ones. I hope management would not turn a deaf ear to above jotted suggestions as these are carved out on the basis of multiple experiences of numerous last 4-6 months visit

I returned to this facility after 32 years. Now came on a business trip with my family. I found the facility having same ferver. My room no.317 which I recall was same then. The staff right at the entrance Mr. Moin khan received me.At reception Mr. Farooqi was fantastic. The room service is fantastic and the staff namely. Mr. Noman,Mr. Samar,Mr. Muzammil and Mr. Younus taking care with so much love .Their care has been full of devotion to duty going into details with great care. Also Mr. Haroon outside martialling flow of vehicles is superb. All in all experience so far has been great.

When I checked in allocated keys was not working, I came down to complain but the front desk guy trying to teach me how to use without knowing the fact I am frequently traveling around the world. Later they discovered their room door has an issue and they fixed it The room service at Beach Luxury Hotel is terrible. I requested an iron for my clothes and waited for 20-25 minutes, but no one showed up. Later, I asked for milk and tea bags, which were never delivered. Frustrated, I complained to the front desk and decided to check out of the hotel halfway through my stay because of the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. When I complained about the lack of delivery, they argued with me. They really need to improve their customer service or learn how to interact with international guests.

I was excited when I booked the place but then I realized I made a mistake for following reasons. 1. The location of the hotel near the beach was great, but it had a downside as the area got smelly in the evening, which was unpleasant. 2. The washroom flush not working properly was an inconvenience, and it affected the overall comfort of the stay. 3. Despite multiple requests, the issue with the room extension was not resolved, which was disappointing. 4. The food did not offer value for the money spent, and it left room for improvement. Considering these issues, I have reservations about staying at this hotel in the future. Thank you for your attention to these concerns.

I have been staying here for last three years. Since this year, I have observed a positive changes in the management. They are trying the improve the services. This week stay was excellent. Front desk , room service, luggage carrier staff and others were cooperative. Services are neat and clean. I attended a 2 day workshop at the hotel. From the very start the experience was horrible. From smelly conference room with broken windows which were very conveniently covered with curtains to washrooms with no tissues. When it was raised, the response was use the towels. Then came the food. While generally the food was ok, the salad bar and sweet dish corner was infested with flies So not coming here again

We had taken the kids and family to the pool for a day of swimming and had a great time at the poolside! Abbas was very helpful there and quick to provide with floaters for the little one without even asking for them! Good service! The room's AC was not functional, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. To top it off, the towels were smelly. I would not recommend staying here.

I want to give a special shout-out to Ali, the Operations Supervisor, whose exemplary service truly made my visit to the restaurant exceptional. His graciousness and attention to detail, in collaboration with Captain Shehzad, Jahanzeb, and the Beach Luxury team, created a memorable dining experience.

Casbah: Nadeem served us. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He seemed to enjoy his job and brought positive vibes to the table, along with delicious seafood cooked by Chef Alam. Would come again!

Occupying Room 114 currently. Overall room's cleanliness is good. However there are some technical glitches (reported already), including the AC not working well and the washroom door isn't having a lock. Submitting on the advice of Sawalheen Sb and Hassan Sb (Housing Supervisors).

It's great to have such a heritage hotel in Karachi. Nice and quite place with a courteous staff. Especially Mr.Nadeem Omar. I'd recommend this 9/10 if you're looking for a quite and peaceful stay.

The location are very beautiful, the pick and drop service particularly the driver and the reception staff are very cooperative. The overall food quality are good but you need some more variety to suit vegetarian. I suggest others to stay at your property.

Extremely bad experience of lunch buffet at 007 restaurant. I have never had such bad tasting food in any other buffet. House keeping staff Vikram & Sualehein were very cooperative in asking about our feedback about our experience at the hotel
