One or the worst stores in attitude and in sales team and also companies policies and promotions, i went straight to ‘Switch Plus’ in which i highly recommend for anyone to purchase any apple device and accessories - they provide a fantastic promotions and discount for college students and have a great quality team and devices.

The prices here are just unreasonable, like sometimes twice or three times what they would cost in the US or Europe. This doesn’t even just apply to Apple products most of their products are insanely marked up. The Mobilaly shop next to them sells the same quality at 1/4 the price.

If there was a -50 star I would do it , horrible I came in and they just told me to get out you are not allowed to go here I come here every Thursday and this has never happened I NEVER WANT TO COME BACK!

حاولنا إصلاح سماعة اي فون.. وغير متواجد.مركز خدمة.... رغم انهم لم يخبرنا بالتليفون أثناء الاستفسار... خدمة غاية في السوء... إحزن انت في تريد لاين ستورز

سىء جدا ومعايه شكوى جهاز حماية المستهلك والشركة والموبيل بقاله اسبوع والشاشه اتكسرت وخروجنى بره تامين الشاشه وبره عرض الكاش باك

ربما تكون أبطأ وأسوأ خدمة عملاء واجهتها في أي مكان في العالم. لقد تضاعف وقت الإصلاح مقارنة بسعرهم. بخيبة أمل للغاية.
