Customer service = 0 Value (19/11/2023) We stay near the Al Taawun branch, they are so good compared to these staff. They close the parking saying it is full, we wenr around 3 rounds to check if they opened the parking. We saw a lot of cars coming out of the parking area. They kept saying these people came out after checking for parking, and they didn't find any. On the third round of coming back, I dropped my while fanily, including ny 73 year old grand mother. My mom asked one of the guys coming back, and they said they finished parking that's why they are going out. My mom was asking security about this. He didn't have anything else to say. Suddenly, a cleaner staff came and started shouting at my mom, asking her to go and complain. At the same time, they took walkie-talkie and informed the manager and started letting in all the cars. Coming to the customer information desk, the manager was so arrogant and said there were not enough staff and showed his worst behaviour to my mom. We asked him to show his ID, which was upside down. He said he couldn't reveal it and kept asking why. Day to day, are you in short of staff? He also said that Dubai Police asked them not to let people in if there is no parking (I am sure this is a lie. Why should they be involved in Day to Day parking?) I asked him to come with me to show, so that I can show him parking. He then started apologising. I am writing this longest response even though I have no faith in Day to Day customer service. Worzt experience in a country like UAE. Although I have to say, the supervisor named Ibrahim was so polite and assisted us in a professional way. There are many stores across UAE this a three floor store and one of the biggest around. The only problem since it's in karama parking will be an issue, and you'll need to circle the block a few times of you're coming by car.

I visited this branch with my sister and son.We had our items less than 10 items each but in a single cart.we did not shop more since we wanted to bill at the express counter,having a baby with us.After landing up at the express counter for billing, this lady Milan c did not let us bill the items there saying it’s more than 10 though we explained to her it’s less than 10 items of each me and my sister and that we are billing it seperately.the way she dealt with us wasn’t friendly at all. Kindly train your staffs to be polite with the customers especially with women having kids.

Hi, Day to day is a good place, has 4 floors. Its spacious, and on every festival they dècor the place and make it look like a carnivalwe mostly visit it 1 week each and itz good on G floor it ls usually food, flowers and festival props that we usually dècor our house with. I was roaming around day to day until last floor and at fourth floor it has like hpse curtains, clothes. IDK and 4th floor has washrooms so no need for worring and going back to your houses. This is a store where you almost get everything! A super place to visit if you want to take your tourist friends for some budget shopping. Most of the days they have good offers going. They have 3 levels of parking which makes it really convenient. Although their staff aren't very helpful or sweet but that is still ok since its not a branded store. This branch in karama is pretty big and you get so much better stuff here than the burjuman branch. I'd totally recommend it.

Near to the ADCB Metro station. 300mtr Walkable from ADCB Metro station and 600Mtr walkable from Burjman metro station. Good dress with affordable prices available. Aed 10-20 are the prices for dresses. Parking available for the building and entrance at the backside of the building. Half the prices for items from any other store outside.

Collections are missing when I went, lunch box s not there water bottle is missing some toys are not available they need to look into it which ever is missing they need to load it, they have changed the places of some item it's taking time to find, rest is ok. Time limit for parking they need to increase Upton 5 hrs because they have 4 floor 3 hrs is not enough to search and find the material.if they really want to improve they can take this as feedback

The security team is unprofessional and doesn’t know how to respect customers. I was about to exit after making a purchase when the alarm beeped. The security officials behaved as if I had stolen something from their supermarket. I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 3 years, but due to their disrespectful and rude behavior, I’ve decided not to continue patronizing their store. I’ve also informed my family members not to go there.”

Arrogant customer service. They dont care for the customers. After 2 hours of shopping my trolley was missing. The clearing boys just took away the trolley without even bothering to check whether the perosn is standing nearby. When i informed the Store Incharge he was so rude and he said this is how we are. Hi Its a good place to buy things and all are at good rates . However the cashier are always busy speaking to their colleagues. Today we did shopping and Lakshika cashier billed one item twice and I stay so far cant go again for the same Item . It truly shows negligence at work which should be taken care to avoid any such mistakes in future.
