Pethatic service. Muslim shower was leak and there was no tab water. Their team is telling lies and blaming your self as lame excuse. We stayed here for two days and kept on telling the issues they even did not bothered. I give them our clothes to press and that was done very poor. On their manager request we send them back to do it properly but they changed double for that too and the receptionist said arrogantly we didn't talked to you. The other di9and I I am not responsible for what the other receptionist said. I felt like we are again like under the goons of muree. Pethatic and no professionalism. These are same as Mafias of muree. Not recommended even should be avoided.

I stayed here with my family we got a king size room that they had on there first floor to the left , The room was very spacious and well maintained I really loved how the staff behaviour was they were always looking to help and talk they were really nice especially the fdo miss hania she was so helpful she gave my wife all the information and places to visit in Multan. I would recommend this hotel to every family that is travelling multan or looking for a stop in this city !

I stayed here with my husband and we really loved our stay ! The room were simple but they smelled nice ! Plus we had a comfortable sleep and the bathroom was so clean which really made me comfortable to stay at this hotel and the staff was really sweet and helpful and I would really thank Miss Hania from the front desk she guided us with some amazing restaurants around the hotel and some historical places of Multan to visit as well . We really enjoyed staying I would definitely recommend this hotel to my siblings and friends !

The room was nice but average size I really loved the paintings that they had in there lobby completely depicted the history of Multan same goes with the ambience of the room I really enjoyed my stay here . They should improve there morning breakfast service which was a bit slow and increase quantity of the breakfast that they serve.

The pictures posted were SURELY taken at the time of inauguration cuss the place is a mess in terms of cleanliness. The bedsheets were stained, there are NO BLANKETS available and they give you another bedsheet instead of blankets, rat was roaming around in the corridor. The people working are very COOPERATIVE, HUMBLE & POLITE but I guess even they are helpless. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there specially if travelling with family or kids unless the above is countered or taken care of.

I visited there back in july. It is a great value for money. Staff was very friendly, everything was good and clean. My room was vacant, spacious and clean. It was air conditioned. Washrooms were clean and everything was working fine. It was really a nice experience.

Room was spacious had a fridge in it and the WiFi signals were good enough to watch a movie. The tv had good channels on it. Wasn’t that noisy in night but in the morning could listen people checking out.

My stay was very nice I had booked myself a queen size room which was very clean and spacious the staff was very king and polite . They were very helpful as well , I would love to mention the FMB manager Hania she was incredible , it really felt like home. The bed was so comfy had a great sleep and the location was just so perfect , located in the center of the city and was near to almost everything in the city. Recommended !

Not for families. It's cheap but very unhygienic. Unsafe parking. Major electricity outages. Dirty washrooms. Dirty rooms. Dirty AC. Everything is dirty basically. Not even 20% of what is shown in pictures. They will charge you 3 times for everything you order. Food chains like California and KFC won't deliver in that area since they think it's too far. Not recommended.

A nice and comfortable experience. Easy access to hotel. Ample parking. Neat clean rooms with working air conditioning. Staff was courteous and ready to assist. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a lot of choices. They even obliged me by serving omelette which was not in buffet. Keep up the good work.

affordability was the best thing about this hotel. as i entered the hotel the reception girl welcomed us and took us to the room that we booked. the room was average size but was quite acceptable breakfast was incuded in the price .

Stayed here with my father we got ourselves a twin bed and the room was fine like if we look at the price it was good . The bed was comfortable but the reading light near the bed wasn’t working. They took a bit longer to get our breakfast but the food was delicious so we didn’t complain about it on the front desk overall a nice experience.

The location was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the hotel. It was within easy reach of several landmarks and Bazaars. Staff were very helpful and efficient and always on hand to help. The team on the front desk were helpful & friendly. We particularly enjoyed the design and layout of the hotel and last but not least the breakfast was very good.

A sports complex being near is a big plus as well as avenue to go on a shopping spree which is just opposite of this place.

The staff was very helpful they were always there to help us ! The room was clean and simple the bathroom was clean and the water was hot and powerful. The price that they are offering is really reasonable. The only reason i have given it 5 star is that this is a perfect place for the families to stay .

There were a lot of problems with this hotel, highlighting a few here: 1. Bedding and Comforter were untidy 2. No soap or shampoo was available 3. Limited window for hot water 4. Staff was good but I'd have to call for everything 5. The toilet was the same way the last user left.

I am from bannu and it was my first trip to Multan chose the grand hotel Multan for stay but it was my bad experience in my life never saw a dirty rooms like this in my life . very bad smell no cleaning the rooms and wash room as well. So not recommending for anyone.

Good central location Very decent for a short city break. Staff is welcoming, Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Great wifi. Room basic but clean and comfortable. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in Multan.

The rooms looked better in photographs than in real. Their counter staff seems to have been trained by a Drill Seargent. Keeping in view the room rent, the facilities were just fine to leave early the next morning

Reviews here are fake totally. Dirty rooms ac dont work properly noisey area. Mosquitos n buds in bed.taps broken.
