This hospital used to be really good a decade ago, but now it's under staffed. Doctors don't pay much attention and patient has to keep correcting them otherwise they ask staff to give injections that senior doctors had changed due to condition of patient. But in terms of presentation it's 5 star. Clean, all precautions to save staff from Corona and make life of patient difficult. If, God forbid, you get admitted they don't allow prescribed home food but give their own which if patient doesn't like they can simply opt for IV based fluid cause hospital doesn't care about their diet. In our experience they were giving non diabetic food to diabetic patient cause their doctors didn't prescribe it. The family had to correct it then it was fine. It's expensive but no longer the best. A lot of junior doctors who do not know how to talk to patients so they don't get demotivated from their medicine and lose hope of recovery. Senior doctors are not much better either, or the few that were encountered. But still we hope Shaukat Khanam will get better again as a lot of people depend on it.

It is one of the best cancer hospitals in Pakistan. They have state of the art medical equipments and qualified personnel to cater to a patients recovery. Highly hygienic environment. It also has a dining hall and cafeteria for visitors and patients to get something to eat from a decent variety of options. They maintain a very good standard in serving clean and healthy food. There is even a small fountain lake in their park made which is 5ft deep and has ducks, geese and fish to make a pleasant place to spend time in while waiting. Although I would like if they would clean the lake more frequently. Proper car and bike parking. Professional staff. Simply, one of the best hospitals in Pakistan.

I visit 1st time to shoukat Khanum with one of my relative, I heared from Many peoples that shoukat khanum have very good system, but today I see by myself and realised that what human deserved and what did imran khan for this country , Also what he want to do ,but regret to say that I am not sure that people's of Pakistan will realise this point that what was aim or imran khan for humanity.. International Standard Hospital. Best cancer hospital in asia. You will be cured but if you visit shaukat khanum first i mean if you are not harmed by any other hospital/doctor. Pretty well mannered staff. Internal heating cooling system. You will find lifts hand sanitizer on every floor behind every door. The best thing is that this hospital doesn't smell like hospital. If you have been visiting this hospital for over a decade, you would have noticed that they have lost the zeal they had once. Patients are no more patients, they are customers now. Passion has just gone away at all levels as everyone in hospital after getting JCI certified has become more of procedure centric than care centric. Their money making approach can evidently be felt & seen and this is quite unfortunate because this cancer hospital and research center runs under a trust.

Visited there only two times. Such a beautiful place and bestest healthcare facilities possible in Pakistan. They offer Welfare too and free treatments but , only for those patients who're in initial level of cancer. They even don't admit more serious patients in this welfare related programs. Good management and strict rules. They offer discounts and even give free treatment to needy patients, but if your age is above 55 then tere is no discount for you... Hospital parking area does not meet the requirements and you have to face the parking problems. Behavior of the doctors is polite and the other staff is also good. Hospital canteen is cleen and rates are low.

I am gonna share my experience in shaukat khanam hospital, so i visited here for 1 of my close and found very good management here. YThe process of investigation , case acceptance and treatment is very good and without any reference / political interference. I suggest anyone who has any symptom of tumor should straight forward go to this hospital.

There are 2 parks. 1. Inside the hospital premises and second outside the hospital boundary. The one inside is very well maintained and there are good peacocks, ducks and other beautiful wild animals. The green belt outside the hospital isn't being much taken care. It could be because of a high volume of people walking through the place.

It is a good place. But there aren't much facilities available. No swings, No slides but only grass and small bushes. But the model of glob is good addition, requires some maintenance. Actually, it is a fountain, water flows from the top. In hot summer days, it's look good. However, something better than nothing.

Very beautiful park to sit around a small lake with beautiful fountain in the centre and Swans swimming around. It’s wonderful specially for the attendants and patients to sit in a peaceful ambience and forget their tensions for sometime. I think every hospital must have big parks inside the premises.

This is the best hospital in Lahore for Cancer patients and Diagnostic services for genral patients.This really extends excellent health care services in different facuality. Neat and clean enviorments,skilled and efficient with latest equipment is a blessing for local and comming from remote areas.

Everything is well organized from parking area to hospital inside facilities. Every patient is taken care on his/her turn in peacefull manners. Staff are very cooperative. I have never seen waiting areas so quiet and cordial in any other hospital like SKCMH, Lahore.

Much better place for cancer patients treatment . Most of the staff are competent. Higher official i.e medical and management staff are very impressive nonthles the lower vader i.e doctor on duty at emergency and nurses etc require moral training as well

It's not a public park like you would expect. There is no entertainment or anything. It's just a place for patients and their attendants to stay and try to be calm.
