Deceptive Upselling Tactics at El Ezaby Madinaty Pharmacy I recently had a disappointing experience with El Ezaby Madinaty pharmacy, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. While they claim to offer special online deals, my encounters with their online ordering system have left me doubting their integrity. On several occasions, I've selected products listed on special, only to receive a phone call from the pharmacy informing me that the item I ordered is unavailable. Instead of addressing the issue professionally and offering alternative solutions, they consistently attempt to upsell me to more expensive products. This upselling strategy raises suspicions about the legitimacy of their advertised specials and the availability of their inventory. At first, I reluctantly agreed to the upsells, hoping that the products would be worth the extra cost. However, after experiencing this issue repeatedly, it became clear that El Ezaby Madinaty pharmacy was using deceptive tactics to drive sales. Taking a stand, I eventually decided to refuse the entire order whenever they attempted to upsell me. It's disheartening to see a pharmacy resorting to such practices instead of respecting their customers' choices and delivering on their promises. I sincerely hope that by refusing these unwarranted upsells, I can encourage the pharmacy to reevaluate their marketing strategy, focus on stocking real products and honoring the online offers they advertise. As consumers, we trust pharmacies to provide accurate and transparent information about their products. Unfortunately, El Ezaby Madinaty pharmacy has failed to meet these expectations. It's disconcerting to see a business prioritize their own profits over delivering quality service and reliable products. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend El Ezaby Madinaty pharmacy to others. With various other pharmacies available, I would advise potential customers to consider alternatives that prioritize honesty and integrity in their business operations.

Unprofessional service when it came to time. They need to learn that time is everything for a patient. I had a horrible experience since yesterday night when I got very bad and went to them they didn't have all of prescriptions only half of it. I could have gone to other pharmacy only if they didnt tell me they will get the missing prescriptions the next day afternoon and we agreed on that, yet that didn't happen till night. After so many calls and calls they got it by midnight and reach to me 1 am, so I had to stay awake late waiting for them just to get my medicine. Really don't know what to say as I called them, the customer service and reached all possible ways of communication in the past 3 hours. Really bad experience that I am not going to repeat at all!

This is the only Ezabi pharmacy in Madinaty. It has a strategic location in the middle of Madinaty right in the heart of the busy buildings residential area. The place is spacious giving a sense of comfort and ease. It's very clean and organized with a group of pharmacists offering help. The beauty and cosmetics section sports a huge variety of goods largely of famous brands. They also carry many imported medicines though this is getting less due to the economic situation. The pharmacy is open 24x7 and it offers home delivery anywhere in Madinaty.

صيدلية غير محترفة وخدمة توصيل ملهاش اي لزمة ساعة ونص بالظبط عشان اوردر دوا يوصل وبعد3 مكالمات لخدمة العملاء والشكاوي المسافة بين البيت والصيدلية لا تتعدي 10 دقايق بالعربية !! اول تعامل وآخر تعامل ان شاء الله

انتبهوا انتبهوا يزودون في الأسعار. ما فيش رقابة. ما فيش تنظيم المفروض الفلوس تندفع عند المحاسب ولكن الصيدلي ياخذ الفلوس و ما فيش فاتورة و الأسعار مش في كل الأدوية. احذرو ان تقعوا في عملية نصب

بجد صيدليه محترمه والتواصل فيها جيد ومنظمة في الردود والمتابعه لو في اي مشكله او مش لقين العلاج بيرجع ليك اكتر من مره لحين حل المشكله

اسوء صيدلية في الدنيا منهم ل الله اخرو علاج علينا اتسبب ف مضاعفات خطيره حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم

اكثر من نص الطاقم سيئين و غير متجاوبين مع الزبون على الرغم ان عدد العمال اكثر من عدد الزبائن .
