I booked this service for an airport-downtown transfer. Email replies were quick and the gentleman on the service desk in the airport was polite. I had to wait a while for a car but when it came, it was new and very clean. The problem came when we arrived downtown. Despite the fact I had emailed the hotel name in advance, the driver did not appear to know where it was. We drove around and around and around. He refused to use Google Maps and refused to call the hotel. When we eventually arrived, the driver asked me for a tip and expressed disappointment with what I gave him (I learned later that I had given an above normal tip). It is possible that the driver was genuinely incompetent but it seems more likely that the driver was fishing for a tip (your hotel was so hard to find but look how hard I worked!). Given the price this company charges for a transfer, this is unacceptable. I paid a higher price than a normal taxi, precisely because I did not want to be bothered with negotiating a fare and a tip. A week later, I returned to Cairo. This time the hotel had told me a fair price to pay. So I walked outside to the taxis, negotiated a fare in a minute, the driver took me straight to my hotel and did not ask for a tip. It was 1/2 the price of Cairo Airport Travel. For both of my return trips to the airport, I simply flagged a taxi on the street, and paid 1/3 of the price quoted by Cairo Airport Travel. Lesson learned....know your fares, use a regular taxi and save yourself the grief and money of this company. I do not have the booking number anymore (possibly AP 076937) but it was Sunday, 27 October at around 6am.

We rented out car&driver for one day our trip to Cairo to see pyramids and other places which we wanted to see independently,We did not want to go some places such as museum or bazaars as other tour operator bring their customers, and spent as much as we what the places which we wanted to see. Price is very good, our driver was perfect and gentlemen at kiosk was so polite.It was so comfortable and very affordable price especially if you have family. Very big and nice car for 3 people they sent.Our driver did bring us wherever we wanted.Also some of good spots when we had still some time left and waited us while we visit around. Strongly advice everyone, instead of get a tour and pay per person and follow tours destinations, pay for private car & driver and go wherever you want very comfortably. The service is more than good and every thing is nice and accurate times while I have a small point need to be highlighted to all the drivers. I have used the service around three times during my last stay in Cairo. All the drivers are trying to request an additional money over their trip cost The trip cost is already be in that expensive so please you need to inform the driver that is a very bad practice if they are keep asking the customer for any kind of more appreciation for their work. Reliable company for airport pick up/drop off. - I was able to schedule my trip early and stay worry free - One time I needed a car on the spot and they were able to help and send a car on time! - They have access to flight schedule so no problem when flight gets delayed as they are aware I would be late - They communicate effectively and share confirmation no. for the trip and share the driver's number before the trip - Drivers are polite a drive safe - I struggled with the online booking but experience was good calling on the phone

The shuttle service that I prebooked online from the airport to my hotel was great. However no one showed up for the prearranged pickup from my hotel! I called, emailed and text but no one answered.
