On the positive side, the hotel's location was fantastic. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions and had stunning views of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating from the moment I checked in, and the room itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. However, my disappointment arose when it came to the amenities promised by the hotel. The website and promotional materials had touted a range of luxurious facilities that I was looking forward to enjoying during my stay. Unfortunately, the reality did not quite live up to the expectations. The gym, for instance, was much smaller than anticipated Despite these disappointments, I appreciate the efforts of the staff to address my concerns. They were apologetic about the inconveniences I faced and offered assistance wherever possible. I also want to reiterate that the overall stay was comfortable and the room itself was up to par.

We've had the best time at this hotel, it's honestly exceeded all expectations. Never too busy or over crowded yet clearly there are a lot of guests here so it's got atmosphere without it feeling overwhelming. The staff are the best I've ever experienced and we travel a lot. Everyone is so professional and friendly, I wish I could thank them all by name, I may edit this post to include them once I get them. But Sai, Anson and more thank you so much for a great stay! We'll 100% be back.

This is a beautifully designed resort with everything you need for a relaxing break. Situated at the end of the east crescent of the palm makes it difficult to get to, but once there you have little reason to leave. The lagoons are available 24/7 for morning and night swimming, and being able to walk in from your room is a delight. The beaches are beautiful and the beach club is busy, meaning there is something for most members of the family. I'd recommend booking the steakhouse in advance. I would also recommend getting two nights and asking for early and late check-in as you'll love every minute.

We are currently spending 12 days at this amazing resort. Peace & tranquility coupled with luxury and family fun. The staff are SO friendly and cant do enough for you. A big shout out to Sidney who was very kind letting our daughter sit on his boat in the lagoon whilst serving us coconuts. He always has a smile on his face just like all of the staff. We still have 7 days left and I can already say we would definitely return. The food is of excellent standard in all restaurants. The housekeeping and grounds staff work so hard to keep the hotel look its best. I will leave a big trip advisor review once we are home.

We stayed at the resort for one night. We won't be coming back. It's way overpriced for what it is. Rooms are small. They advertised early check-in and late check-out if booked directly with the hotel. When we got there, they refused both. Nothing goes on. No events, no music, nothing. All restaurants except one close at 10 pm. That one that's open is mediocre at best. The staff is quite disappointing. Some hardly speak any English. They don't know the grounds. They were quite cheerful when we first arrived. At check out, however, they were borderline rude.

The service at the hotel is excellent. All of the staff are brilliant and work so hard. Sarani at breakfast was really attentive and so lovely. We had dinner most nights at Crescendo and the service was once again fantastic. Jennet, Klaus and Mary were super friendly and were always available, so we were never left waiting. We also dinned at Bushman’s twice, including on my birthday, and the food was a real highlight. Ade looked after us both nights and was so welcoming and attentive, offering recommendations off the menu, and giving us a fantastic experience. We look forward to returning again next year.

Absolutely superb from start to finish. They have made my wife's 40th birthday a truly special occasion and bent over backwards to make sure we had a great stay. Wonderful, accommodating staff, excellent facilities, amazing breakfast and great on-site restaurants. We even got a room upgrade, two free birthday cakes, and a free toy for our daughter! I would highly recommend the Anantara - the best hotel I have ever stayed in :)

We’re frequent travellers and stay in luxury resorts several times a year, but we always come back here, even if only for a few nights, as it’s a cut above. The facilities are brilliant, pool never too busy, but busy enough to have atmosphere, lots of food choices, great beach and activities, luxurious accommodation and a great spa. Service is always spot on - nothing is ever a problem to the staff. Mukhtar’s service at the pool bar was perfect.

I recently stayed at Anantara The Palm hotel and had an amazing experience. The quality of service was exceptional, and I was particularly impressed with the spacious rooms. Special thanks to Fernandes at the Front Desk for the excellent assistance. The Mekong restaurant offered top-notch quality, and the buffet breakfast was well-managed even during busy times. The staff were excellent. Good is also good variety at the lotus lounge. The staff at lotus lounge and welcome staff are very kind, attentive and amazing. Maricel is really good at her work and very pleasant personality. The afternoon tea is both delicious and worth it. The champagne package or alcohol package is also reasonable. Will surely visit again.

Fantastic hotel and resort. We stayed half board- well worth it. Breakfast in choice of places and lunch/dinner can be taken in multiple restaurants. The palm is stunning, great views of the burj out the front and the palm / Dubai city on the beach. Staff extremely attentive and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. Will definitely be returning.

The resort is super beautiful , pleasant , you name it. But for the price that we pay which is expensive at the pool bar , we thought the dining should be improved. It doesn’t match the hotel.The wine glasses served are made of plastic, very old and very scratched, the burger was quality just as edible, because the people need to eat anyway and would be nice if you send someone with a bottle of wine who knows how to open it.

Wonderful experience overall. The drinks were great. As weird as it sounds in a desert, the pool was warm and it felt nice because believe it or not it does get cold. Our servers Agus and Javo were great as I’m sure are the other staff members. I was only here for a beach/pool pass which was worth while for 500 AED with 250 of that being credit to use towards the menu (happy hour discounts do not apply to the credits).

This is a great hotel. Service is great. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Room we had was a little noisy and we didn't realise there were high rise buildings. In terms of location, it's great for the beach and pool. However, it's not close to main city. Always need a taxi and and although cheap enough, traffic is heavy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel, some of the rooms are slightly dated, but the remaining facilities make up for it. The location on the palm is excellent place to watch the fireworks at New Year. Food and services is some of the best we have experienced on our travels. This was a second stay, we will definitely be back.

Beautiful resort, we stayed in one of the lagoon rooms and had the best time. Staff were great and the chefs took extra care when I ordered my meals due to food sensitivities. The only negative- when we came to pay our bill there were items on there we hadn’t ordered from the pool bar but this was quickly sorted. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Suresh was an excellent server. I really enjoyed my dinner at the beach house. Super helpful in choosing wine and main course. Plus you can’t beat the atmosphere of being on the beach in Dubai!!

Had a lovely couple of days here in a deluxe lagoon room. The main pool is incredibly crowded, but the lagoons and beach were great. Food was good in the three restaurants we tried. Brunch was excellent with a wide variety of food. The resort is very lush, feeling very different from the city break provided by Dubai.

Massage was amazing and very professional with therapist from Bali, I was so impressed and 100% relaxed. But I was surprised in SPA was not clean especially in shower. Aroma room actually not aroma… SPA zone I don’t recommend, not the best. But you should try massage it’s awesome!

Good breakfast, excellent gym. Main pool is very crowded, but the lagoons are mostly empty and quiet. There's also an adults only section on the left side of the beach.
