One of Popular is for holding political and and religious congregations and ceremonies. It's negative popularity is for a historical bomb blast in a religious event where more than 50 people were killed including prominent leaders of religious party. It's also famous for Shia Majalis and other activities in month of Muharram. Eid Prayer Congregation is also reason for its popularity. Although condition of park is not so good. Local government should not only take measures for its cleanliness but remove encroached political and religious offices. This is located near old area Soldier Bazar

نشتر پارک سولجر بازار ، محمد علی جناح روڈ پر واقع ہے نشتر پارک کا نام سردار عبد الحق نشتر کے نام پر رکھا گیا ہے نشتر پاک کراچی کا مشہور و معروف پارک ہے ویسے تو پارک کے نام سے مشہور ہے لیکن اس میں پارک جیسا کچھ نہیں ہے صرف دھول اور مٹی ہے یہ سیاسی و سماجی و مذہبی جلسوں ، پروگرام ، مجلس اور جلوس کا مرکز ہے اس میں مشہور مذہبی جلوس میں مرکزی مجلس پہلی محرم سے دس محرم تک عشرہ مجلس منعقد کی جاتی ہیں اور 8 محرم 9 محرم عاشورہ کا جلوس چہلم امام حسین ع کی مرکزی مجلس عزاء منعقد ہوتی ہے جس کے بعد اربعین (چہلم امام حسین ع ) کا جلوس برآمد ہوتا ہے اور اس کے علاوہ سوا دو مہینے مجلسوں مرکز رہتا ہے اس کے علاوہ 12 ربیع الاول کا جلوس یہیں پر اختتام پذیر ہوتا ہے جس میں اہل سنت کے علمائے کرام شرکت کرتے ہیں

Decent place for the neighborhood. Has a very good size cricket ground though ground is not grassy and it's pretty dusty around when football is being played in clusters. Ground has lights for sports at night but lights are not really that great. There is also has a good walking track but it's a hard and paved track therefore some comfortable pair of joggers are suggested in case if one intend to run a few rounds. A very good size basketball court with very good lighting for sport after sunset. There is no dedicated parking but there is ample parking around the park so it not really as issue. Nishter Park is also famous for political and religious gatherings as well.

Religious events are annually organized in here, including Majalis e Muharram, Milad Shareef and many other gatherings. It also shares a dark memory, when there was a blast during religious gathering of 12th Rabi ul awwal. A lot of casualties were observed. May Allah protect us all. A large sized ground is filled with sand all over. And there is a small basketball court in the corner. Spiral slide is there for over decades. Recently a jogging track has been designed, where people can be seen in evenings.

A large number of people almost on an average two hundred, frequent it in the evening to relax, enjoy and workout... WasSalam...

This is not a park. It's more of a ground that men and women come to walk and kids play cricket here. Political parties hold rallies and and it has an old basketball court of sorts . The walking track is broken in some places but it's the only ground in the area and it's free and that's appreciated by local community. The restroom situation is non existent due to unhygienic conditions of the restroom.

This park is just for walking running exercising etc there is no picnic place nor this park is a family place i mean you can only just come here do jogging and other physical activities thats all secondly anyone can enter this park there is no fee of entrance to this park so ill just give it 3 stars

Nishter park is located at the heart of Karachi. Huge ground with walking track. For early birds living near Soldier bazaar area it's and ideal park for morning and evening walks. It is famous for huge political gatherings. Nor parking issues as it has ample space on surrounding roads. You can take your kids and family to this park for outdoor enjoyment.

No dustbin, no maintaining of the park, no proper benches to sit, children's play area is in horrible condition, slides need to be repaired, no washrooms, infact it doesn't have anything that would be called as a park. It is a barren ground only with nobody to look after the place... authorities need to look into the matter of this park asap...

its a football ground. but used in many other activities. i came here every Eid for Prey with my Family very huge place. it can be utilized more will some investment as we require many sport and family Park in the center of the city. responsible person might see this so it might benefits community and it may also give health benefits

Its really big and awesome. Very good for jogging/walking/passing time/photography. It is also used as a shortcut for pedestrians. One can really spend the day here viewing nature. Cricket and football is also commonly played here. There are also a few (very old) slides for children to enjoy, and a lot of benches in corners.

It is an excellent park with many benefits being reaped. Children come to prepare for sports practice and fitness. Matches are played. Games are taught. In the month of Muharram, the series of Majlis continues for ten days. Many women and men visit the park to lose their weight.

The place for gathering big crowd any type of like political as well as Islamic gathering the place is near to Qaid museums the easy access to MA Jinnah Road it's four main gate and all gate is different location and cowered with fans the park is very famous all over the world people know the place as nishtar park

The place is good opportunity for poor people for walking, jogging and physical fitness. If the management takes a little more interest in it's maintenance it could turn in to a jem. Young and old both people visit here mostly at weekend but there are drugged people also present there spoiling the environment.

It's good for walking/jogging/running and for cycling too (even though there's no separate cycling track). Football and cricket matches are often played here but the condition of the park is very bad.

Very peaceful place, it is a park, all big religious activities are held on it. everyone is allowed to come. People can come with family. On special occasions like birth and death of any masomeen, events are celebrated accordingly..special event is Muharram majalis and 12 rabi UL awal.

It's a huge public park nestled in the centre of soldier bazaar area. Kids and adults play cricket and football. Paved Jogging track available around the park edge with cemented benches. Lack of maintenance, cleanliness and shortfall of greenery are the major issues here.

It's not a park actually it's a dirt ground with old trees , few benches, some grass patch at sides , a 2 km oval jogging track ( good one ), cemented cricket pitch, football posts without net, UC office, worn out swings, reasonable basketball court.

In shambles now.used to be an iconic park used for political and religious activities. It was centre of political activities and rallies in the past till mid 90s. It is more of a ground then a park. It needs a big restoration as an icon of this city

پارک یا اس کے گردونواح میں کوئی لائٹنگ نہیں ہے اس لیے اس کا راستہ بہت اندھیرا اور رات کو ناخوشگوار ہوتا ہے اس لیے میرا اندازہ ہے کہ یہ صرف دن کے لیے ٹھیک ہے کہ اگر گرمیاں نہ ہوں تو اس پارک کا کوئی فائدہ نہیں۔

Huge play ground for cricket and football

Good public space for the vicinity... Walking track is very useful but ground has no green carpet. Even religious parties have occupied its space for their personal offices which is unlawful.

Most popular ground of the city, unfortunately not proper attention given to this, local boys arrange tournament of cricket or football, people use walking and jogging in morning and evening.
