So, I have worked out at this gym for 2 months so far and have had a decent experience. The staff is friendly and cooperative. The equipment and materials for working out are in a good variety to choose from. They have two separate floors for both types of exercises. Bottom floor consists of Cardio related stuff and the top floor holds the weights and heavy machines. There is a timing adjustment for the male and female customers (it's NOT a co-gym), so check out what suits you best. In Summers, they do have air conditioning but with the fans on, exhaust fan on, door open, I don't see much point for them to work. The heat of the body is disturbed with the blast of wind from fan - so, one less star just for that. Other than that, it's a very good gym for its price.

The gym is nice but your female instructors are very unprofessional and have no sense of responsibility to not play with there client's posture as that can cause serious injuries. Also i sent a text to freeze my account but you guys waited untill the month was over to reply so that full fee could be charged.

One of the finest gym and ambience is so attractive. The staff is highly co-operative and Male and female trainer has a great command on their skill . The trainers deal with their client individually.They fulfill client workout requirements so professionally. Keep it up Workout fitness Gym

Worst gym i've ever seen. Gym trainer (with long hair) always demands for extra money and if u refuse to pay then he stops giving you any sort of training or even any sort of tip. Management did'nt took any notice against him

A very good place to work out. Peaceful and good environment...specially female trainer is very professional, responsible and hardworker.. Iam totally satisfy with her. She gives us a lot of attention.. very cooperative..

Very nice gym. Lacks some machines but environment is good people are friendly and are stick to their routines. Coaches are good. Music needs to be improved. In summer the heating condition is good so far.

Its a nice gym but the timings are not flexible for working ladies. Nice and hardworking trainer. This place would have been my first choice if they improved their timings a bit.
