One of the most pathetic experiences I've ever had that costed me the life of my dearest cat. I went there because they were the nearest and I still regret that decision till date. Dr. Waleed wasn't there so Dr.Umer Raza dealt with my cat. I still can't understand why they were so eager to discharge her while she was so unstable. She was breathing so heavily with too much pain just after he gave her his so called "treatment". They asked me to take her home knowing that she is in critical condition. What's the point of your education and everything if you can't even know that a cat needs critical care. I was about to take my cat home before paying the bill when I noticed her painful cries and deep breaths but they ignored it. I asked them to look at her again and then he gave her life saving injection and oxygen which was then taken away to give to another critical cat. They don't even have 2 oxygen machines!?! Dr. Umer wasn't even able to diagnose her and was only guessing around. He pricked her almost 3 to 4 times for blood sample and IV on both her limbs but still the IV was given subcutaneously and that too when her temperature was too low. Even I asked them to turn off the AC when he told me that her temperature has dropped. I came to know afterwards that you DO NOT GIVE IV WHILE TEMPERATURE IS LOW!! His inexperience just gave my baby pain and suffering. Now I think is say behter tha main usay lay ker hi na jati, atleast wo itni severe pain say to naa guzarti. I can never forget the way she was looking at me so helplessly and I failed her by taking her to this horrible clinic which is only after your money. She died only after 2 hours of their "treatment" by vomiting blood on my way back to their clinic again. I wanted to confront them but my condition wasn't good enough to stand up for my baby. Now I thought maybe my review would help someone to make an informed decision and save the life of their fur babies from this horrible place which is only after your money. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to any pet lover. You guys should open your reviews on Facebook as well if you're providing such "great services".

The most useless and unsympathetic vet I have ever visited. They just want your money and don't care about the pet. We went there with a kitten in bad condition. They started treating it and the kitten was also responding to it. When the kitten was stable it was time to pay and we bargained a little with them as we had no money on us as we left in an emergency from home. While we paid, the kitten again started having difficulty breathing. We asked them to look at it again but they didn't care this time as they knew we will not be able to pay them any more money so they treated it again for 5 mins and just discharged it. We reached home with a dead kitten and our effort wasted. Pathetic and disgusting moral values and prefer money over life. They overcharge thousands of rupees for simple procedures as well. Unchi dukaan mehnga pakwaan wala hisaab hai inka. I would suggest save you pets and money and visit Dr. Zain in UVAS. He is the best and you can definitely tell he loves pets and will do anything to save them. He also has a clinic in iqbal town called "Healthy Pet Animal Clinic". We would have taken our kitten here but it was far away from us and its condition wasn't good. Waleed Pets Care is a truely malicious and greedy vet. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Replying to u regarding previous comment, Dr Umer was there, the night Max died. Max couldn't breath properly, he said "its coz of dehydration" than but didn't give any fluids to combact it. 3rd he found "blood parasites" but refused to give treatment even tho my parents asked him to. Now regarding ur diagnostic and testing facility, what i pointed out isn't wrong because my parents took him to another clinic and they diagnosed him with "babesiosis " whivh caused anemia and he died but the reports from ur clinic couldn't detect it. Also his liver reports showing hapetitas or jauindce was another symptom of that illness but u kept treating it as side effect from fluconazole. If ur testing facility was good, it should have detected low platelets. He wasn't poisoned. He had fever from 5 days again another symptom. So yes i am not wrong when i say that if ur team failed to diagnose smth and couldn't detect it even in tests than ur testing facility isn't accurate. Your clinic was good when Dr Abeer and u were around but ur new team is no good.

I have never owned any pet in my life. In the beginning of May 2023, a cute kitten was about to hit by my car. From that day onwards kikky became a part of our family. Dr. Umer is truly a gem of a person, he guided us through out regarding his food, litter almost everything. Kikky caught a fungal infection (which is quite difficult to be cured) but we followed Dr. Umer's guidelines and he is mash Allah completely recovered from it. Above all, I think there are only few doctors who really feels and cares for their patient and I can surely say that Dr Umer is one of them. Whenever I need to ask anything regarding Kikky's health, he is always there to provide the best guidance. May Allah Pak gives him long life and health to keep up the good work. Highly recommended!

Hm in k pas 6 months jjatai rhai but hmari cat ka fungal infection bhrta gya or wo almost hairless ho gya th. But 300 k 2 syrup plai oor ab mashallah bilkul thk ho gya h casper. Took our cat to the clinic because she had bloody urine and difficulty passing. Dr Umer tended to her treatment, guided us through some tests and medication and she's getting better with every passing day. He kept a check on her even after the visits were over. Highly Recommend this clinic for anyone who loves their pets and wants what's best for them. They treat them with compassion and care and that's all a pet owner in distress wants. Hi! I've had to rush to this care unit for my cat's I'll health's diagnosis last year & found all staff responsive good way. Basically what made me go to them was Dr Waleed's quick and caring response to my WhatsApp & what made me their regular well being was Dr.Aiman's loving hand on my Bella. The RX was satisfying more over I found Aiman so gentle always to provide me online guidance whenever I need it , without any offense. Professionalism along with humanity is all we look for in a doctor.

I always brought my pets to Waleed pets care but my recent experience has been regretful. I lost my dog because their testing facility doesn't show honest results. They did, multiple tests and all with false results, the day my dog died, his CBC report came out " normal"even tho he had anemia, and went into hemolysis. How can u go into hemolysis, die and ur report show "normal cbc" Also the doctor present refused to give any treatment coz Waleed wasn't around and it costed me my dog

The doctors here are very capable and nice. They treat your pets well, that's what my experience is. I had my cats C section surgery from here and she's doing great. Recovered in 3 days and her stitches were removed. The rates are moderate. The place is nice and clean. The staff is co-operative. Plus you can buy toys,food and litter for your pets. They're not expensive either. Their prices are almost same as the price in market.

Highly Recommended! I have been going to them for long & never dissapointed Alhamdulillah. I have received service from Dr Waleed, Dr Umer &Dr Aymen so far. All have been very kind and resourceful. Great vet! Gentle, knowledgeable doc that gives free advice. Clinic doesn't have great facilities, but that is normal for an animal clinic in Lahore. I've tried a few, settled with dr waleed.

X-ray was required by my vet and I came to Waleed clinic. They charged 1500 for x-ray which is unreasonable. Almost for all services and pet food , they are over charging than other pets.
