Worst appointment booking services I have ever experienced in any hospital. One may keep calling them, they dont even answer phone to book an appointment; Their website is the most pathetic one, it has been under construction for ages so there is no way to book even an online appointment. It is too commercial, much more than other private hospitals in its competition. Like all other hospitals in Peshawar, it doesnt have any dedicated parking, parking space in the hospital is only for staff.
PGH not only disgrace patients by not letting the patients checkup on their appointed date and time but on top of that they also have poor services and poor management. One time meal (daal) with 2 breads costs more than 500 rupees. One small bottle of water that costs 50 rupees in market is being sold at rupees 80. The staff only take care of those who Bribes them money. Albeit private hospital the staff is very corrupt. Bad management. The management is there only to loot the people
Looks like its being run by kids, very bad management. Had to do the payment for Ultrasound and nobody knew where shall i do the payment, they were keep sending me to different floors from basement floor to ground and then 2 floor even i went to cash counter and he didnt know what is ultrasound and how much is it. The waiting areas are very much small. They got one of the top doctors but the Mangement is very poor.
Pathetic management for lower staff. The gate keepers keep asking questions instead of opening the gates for patients. A hospital with emergency capacity should have easy access. No proper entrance & exit. The gate keepers in fancy uniforms with their mere salaries think they’re 2 star generals Just a new building with same old 3rd class management.
Peshawar General Hospital is best Hospital in Peshawar. Professor Dr Zahid Askar, Dr Awal Hakim, Dr Zakir Ullah ENT specialist, Dr Khalid Khanzada neurosurgeon and many other renowned professors have their clinics in Peshawar General Hospital. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants best treatment.
Hospital is very clean, the staff is not rude, the service is very good. The doctors here are qualified My mother has done kidney and heart operation in this same hospital under a span of a month so that would say something about the quality of doctors and etc Overall it's a very good hospital
Worst experience at Ed . Please never take ur loved ones to emergency as they don’t have well equipped staff . Waited one hour for a nurse to pass a cannula and she came in all sleepy . Worst part was that Instead of admitting their mistake , they kept blaming the patient’s side.
I took my baby to Dr Abid Salahuddin Paediatrician, appointment was taken on phone and unlike other hospitals we were facilitated at the exact appointed time. The doctor was competent and compassionate. Really liked my experience. One suggestion would be to have a parking space.
Bad experience ever Call patients on appointed day but doesn't care, patients are already in difficulties and they further increase their pain and temperature in useless meetings. If they are called for meeting, they shouldn't call patients in these days. Qudrat ullah from KMC
Dear Sir/Madam, First of all, Nursing staff is very cooperative but hospital management is not cooperative. There is a major problem of night rest area, If there are men or women with the patient, there should be a place of rest for them. Thank you!

Hospitals are commercialized in Peshawar. There should be industrial area in this place but as all know that, now all type medical care is so commercialized and each product is earning them wholesome of money.
It’s ridicules that you don’t have even ORS in pharmacy , Injection pensalin , and common drugs . your all staff failed to delivers standard services like RMI and northwest . Honestly very bad experience
Highly recommend for ortho patients. Dr Zahid askar now sit in ibrahimi hospital in dabgari garden after 3 pm. You need to book appintment atleast a week or two before visit.
Staff behavior not good, teach themmedical ethics, No waiting area for patient attended specially near to Gynae and Paeds ward. No parking area for Patient vehicles.
V.v.v .poor and bad receptions management,i have called them so many time but they didn't guide me in a proper way ....just wasted 100 rupees Ballance on calling
