The library itself is well-maintained and equipped. However, there seems to be a recurring issue with some of the library's patrons not adhering to the established rules and regulations. Many individuals engage in loud conversations and disregard the posted notices that advocate for maintaining silence and following specific guidelines for studying within the library premises. Unfortunately, the library administration has struggled to effectively enforce these rules. As a result, it becomes quite challenging for those seeking a quiet and focused environment to study and concentrate on their tasks. The constant disruptions caused by others' conversations and activities make it difficult to concentrate and remain undisturbed.

The thing that is rare in Pakistan besides Houbara bustard is a library and if you find a rare thing nearby you, obviously you would be very happy. Same is true about Chughtai Public Library, Central Park. Although the library is small but it is very useful for starters and mediocre, especially for the students who need a calm, cozy and comfort place for study. I would say it was the need of the hour for people of this area and Chughtai's done a wonderful job by establishing this library here.

Wonderful experience with CPL such kind place, well organized study environment, good collection of books and also corporative staff. I really appreciate Sir Akhtar Sohail Chughtai for his kind thought or thanks for providing this kind of place.

Found of reading books ? You searched the right place . This library is too good and it is free. Also membership price is affordable . You can find most of the books including academic and novels . I definitely recommend you to visit this place.

Its a good place if you are looking to spend some time alone.A place where you and your favourite books are present.You can apply for membership aswell after which you can also take your favourite books home (for a limited time ofcourse ) …

I visited CPL in December 2019. i proudly say that this is a wonderful library in its capacity . Staff is very cooperative. Honestly speaking I did not visit such a public library in private sector earlier.

Good collection of books in educational environment but generator and internet facilities are not maintained properly and it waists time of many students and visitors who expect these facilities.

Best place for the Students to study in the silence . The students want calm and silence place I suggest them this is very good place.you can also avail their membership.

Chugtai Library is providing Healthy environment to study for the Students in Central Park and in its periphery . Facilities are upto the mark . Good work …

This is a small and simple library. Which is free for all. Most of the books you can easily find there.

This place is clean and calm. No noise and no Interruption while you are studying.
