انتہائی بداخلاق لوگ ہیں. بلاوجہ صرف دوکان میں رش دیکهانے کے لئے لوگوں کو کهڑا رکهتے هیں. کسی چیز کے بارے میں گاهک پوچھتا ہے تو یہ کہہ کر انتظار میں لگا دیتے ہیں کہ مل جائے گی. 10 سے 15 منٹ تک انتظار کروا کر غلط چیز دکھا کر گاهک کو مس گائیڈ کرتے هیں. گاهک سر پیٹتا ہے کہ بلا وجہ انتظار کروایا. اور ان کی یہ حرکت صرف اس لیےهوتی هے کہ لوگوں کو دکان میں رش نظر آئے. گاهکوں کے ساتھ ڈیلینگ کا کوئی طریقہ نہیں ہے ان لوگوں کا. میں کسی کے ریفر کرنے اور گوگل میپ پر ان کی ریٹنگ دیکھ کر گیا تها. وهاں بہنچنے کے لیے تقریباً 40 سے 50 منٹ تک کالج روڈ پر رش میں گاڑی کا پٹرول جلایا. مگر وہاں جا کر انتہائی مایوسی ہوئی ان کے رویہ سے . تقریباً 15 سے 18 منٹ انتظار کروایا اور میری مطلوبہ چیز بهی نہیں ملی. حالانکہ بہلے هی مجھے انکار کر سکتے تهے. انتظار کروانے پر شرمندگی کے بجائے غلط چیز میرے سر ڈالنے کی کوشش کرتے رہے. اس دوکان پر جانے کے بجائے بہت زیادہ بہتر تھا کہ میں حفیظ سنٹر یا هال روڈ چلا جاتا. درحقیقت همارے ملک میں ایک بہت بڑا مسئلہ ہی یہی ہے کہ جب کسی کو اللہ رب العزت نوازنے لگتا ہے تو وہ تکبر کا شکار ہو جاتا ہے. اللہ رب العزت همیں تکبر اور غرور سے بچائے. اور اسے متکبر اور مغرور لوگوں سے بھی. ویسے میرا یہ تجربہ هے کہ ایسے لوگوں کو اللہ رب العزت جیسے اوپر لے کر جاتا ہے ایسے لوگ اپنی غلطیوں کی وجہ سے اسی طرح زمین بوس بهی جلد ہی هو جاتے هیں. اور یہ اللہ کی پکڑ هوتی هے.

One of the worst customer services even they dont know to the meaning of customer, sale person first give warrenty verbally and then totally disagreed on what he said, i purchased PTCL splitter and its not working i wan there for change and they totally refuse to replace or return. Rates are also very high and very very low quality product, never recommend this shop, atleast once visit any other shop then you will know my review.

یہ چودھری الیکٹرانک ایک نمبر نمبر کے چور اور دھوکے باز ہیں. 2 نمبر مال بیچتے ہیں ان سے بلکل کوئی سامان نہ خریدیں مجھ کو دھوکہ سے انہوں نے ایک یو پی ایس 33 ہزار میں بیچا مگر وہ ای ما میں ہی خراب ہو گیا اب یہ اس کی کوئی ذمدار نہیں لے رہے مجھے انہوں نے اس 2 نمبر کمپنی ہال روڈ بھیج دیا. وہاں گیا تو وہ کہتے ہیں کہ چوہدری الیکٹرانک کے پاس جاؤ وہ ہمارا پیسا ہڑپ کر چکا ہے اب میرا 33 ہزار ڈوب گیا ہے

I have bought many electrical devices from here and I agree that they are of high quality but the prices are too high for the product. The shop is very small and crowded all the time. You'll have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for your turn. Most of the devices you want are available and if not they get them arranged for you.

Probably it is one of the first choice for shopping electronics components e.g basic building blocks of electronic circuits and small scale home appliances (heater, speaker,shaving machine, solar panel etc). there is no home appliances like oven, freezer and washing machines.

This shop has lost it. Most things aren't in stock. Their staff is just boys who aren't interested and are unaware of what they're selling. The current owners are probably just living off the customers their ancestors made. They aren't making any new customers.

Good store but staff is very careless I bought a rechargeable fan the box was packed completely and the staff said everything is inside it but when I reached home and opened the box the stand was missing and the staff said everything is inside it

Centrally located shop, do not visit in the evening due to rush hours and not able to find place for parking. The sales men are rough and clear understanding in mind that they have monoply. Custonmer service should be improved.

Word of caution: they don't take responsibility for any fixes, aren't transparent about what they fixed and why it's not working. No guarantee means as soon as you step out of the shop, any repairs will cost again.

Chaudhry electronics's staff is really professional and friendly. Anyone can find any electronic item without any hassles ( specifically spare parts ) , although in some items prices are bit high.

Never buy dry batteries, they sell used batteries with no return policy. Mostly items are substandard. Staff is unaware of products and they tell different rates to different customers

half of the things written on the box for electronic components is not available, people at counter don't know where the components are half of the time and service could be better

All electronics components available at good prices. But some batteries and lights are double the price. Staff also need some customer service training.

They don't have much information about the product they are selling. Do your research yourself before buying anything from here. Not recommended at all.
