I don't know if this hospital is good or not, but do not go to therapist internal medicine Dr. Bibhant Shah. He likes to diagnose psychosomatics and he sees psychiatric issues as the reason of every problem. Now, this is a problem.for the patients! I have flu symptoms, he sent me to do all kinds of blood tests, and recommended to see a psychiatrist + ENT consultation. Luckily, I have my own common sense, so before going to see 3 other doctors that Dr. Bibhant Shah recommended, I decided to make a urine examination (decided myself. And I am not a doctor). The simple urine examination showed that I have a bacterial urine infection. Result: because Dr. Shah did not send me for the urine test from the beginning, instead making me do all kinds of expensive other blood tests, I suffered 12 more days because of infection that I could have treated earlier. If you decide to go to this hospital, don't go to that doctor. If he can help you or not is like a lottery.

Today , I had come for PCR TEST, just to clear my doubt as I am suffering from mild fever n cough, I made receipt around 9:30 am charging RS 2400, at reception desks staff told me that doctor will b arriving by 10:30 or by 11am, My health was too weak and I was waiting for doctor since 9:30 am, again I asked staff about doctor around 11am , doctor was not available, I continously asked about doctor at 11:30, again at 11:45, then again at 12:00pm, but doctor did not reach in the hospital even by 12: 30. After waiting for around 3 hours, I returned back as I was exhausted due to my health problems OVERALL, ***Service was too poor, **they don't have organized staff and enough doctors for patients, When I was waiting outside front desk, other patients were also frustrated due to lack of doctor Doctors are not punctual of time

On Friday I referred my friend to have an x-ray done for his both hips, for a post surgery follow up visit to the doctor in B&B. They failed to follow safety protocols for a post surgery patient by pulling him up and down the table during the process. Also, they did half the job of not including the stump of the prosthesis in the radiograph of his hips. On top they charged him 1500 bucks for it. Another case was just yesterday, a rather shocking one actually. I met a panicking Spanish Nun who shared she had gone there seeking medical help for her breathing difficulty. I heard she was laughed at by the nurses at the hospital. How can medical staff under oath of service be as unsympathetic and ignorant?

Very Bad this bloody hospital wanted just money from poor people even they could kill people because of Money I'm suffering from pain because my mother went on Friday august by her self on motorbike she had bit of symptoms of rainovairus without reason they gave WBC which one is they didn't check it will match or not so its couldn't match so went solen because of their careless in 5 hours they gave har over dose injection which was for 5 days so please don't go this hospital

The hospital is near to baudha and is a community hospital that's quite affordable and the services are quite good as well. The hospital has good and competitive staff. Special doctors have also been appointed here.
