Wonderful experience! The staff is very friendly and professional, as well as being highly-skilled in massage therapy. The post-massage spicy tea is a lovely touch. I had two massages (one deep tissue and one hot stone) here in the span of a week because the experience and value was so great! They even accommodated my colleagues and I with an early opening to get massages before our international flight. It was such a contrast to my experience at a different massage place in Thamel -- if you're staying there, it's very worth making the short trip up here instead. Tell your taxi that you're going to Kantipur Dental College, and you'll see the sign for Heritage Spa.

I just came back from a 4 hour massage ,one of the specialty package for pain relief the spa offers. Staff speaks English and we're very pleasant . The facility is clean and well maintained, the treatment room had a private shower and 2 massage tables if you want to do a couples massage. I had a four hour hot stone massage with a head massage at the end absolutely fantastic. Never experienced such relaxation in my life ,I think I fell asleep twice . You have to take a taxi because they're in a residential area by green city hospital but worth the trip .

Last year my friend and I took a 3 month trip that included Nepal as one of our destinations. Nepal was the last county we visited and by the time we got there we were feeling quite fatigued from our travels. We decided to book ourselves a spa day for a little pampering and this place did not disappoint! The spa was clean and welcoming and the employees were very kind and professional. Our masseuses created a lovely ambiance and were very attentive to each of our individual needs. I’d definitely recommend!

I recently visited the heritage spa and opted for their 3-hour spa package, which included a sauna bath. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this spa to others. The facilities were top-notch, with clean and bamboo decor. The staffs were highly qualified and made me assure of being in professional hands, The sauna bath was a highlight of my visit. It was spacious, and clean, and provided a wonderful heat experience. I would definitely visit this spa again in the future!

Among all other spa in Kathmandu, I recommend this one as it's provide best spa treatment as well as also provide training for spa from professionals. Ambient music, lights and all features including dry and steam sauna, parlor, all kind of body massage including special offers. Best place in town so visit once.

Very vey good massage therapist. It was a bit hard to get there and I recommend to get your taxi driver to call ahead. It is clean and the massage therapist was excellent (from deep tissue massage, hot stone massage and head massage). Prices are very reasonable too. Will definitely come back

Five stars for service. The therapists and owner were very sweet. Very gentle hands. These guys need more customers! But they should replace their robes and maintain their geazers. Otherwise everything else was clean and hygienic!
