The staff are knowledgeable about the menu and are happy to make recommendations. The restaurant is also well-organized and efficient. But the staff need to be more vigilant in the inner room of the restaurant. Adda has a casual atmosphere. The restaurant is spacious and well-lit. They also offer a rooftop space for the customers.

Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani

This is one of the best restaurants I've been to in recent times. They have top class food, top class atmosphere, and top class service. This place is perfect for friendly gatherings, family gatherings, any kind of party or program and especially for business meetings. This place has both indoor and outdoor spacing for dine-in. The food quality and the diversity of food is amazing. They have great chefs. And the most surprising thing is the PRICING. The pricing of the food is so reasonable considering the place and services they are offering. I am overwhelmingly satisfied with this restaurant. I highly rate this restaurant to spend some quality and fresh time in a city like Dhaka.

This place has really surprised me! Located just opposite of Labaid Hospital, it's an escape amid green in busy city. Decoration is very pleasant. Simply a fest to the eyes. Loved their food too. Taste was quite satisfying though quantity was not. Service was pretty good. Price is alrightish type considering location. However, you have to pay 10% extra (5% VAT and 5% service charge). I have some objections regarding that service charge part. It should be either inclusive to food price or voluntary tips on basis, not mandatory. With this added 10%, total cost gets high. There should be more set menu items. Another thing I didn't like is too noisy situation on 2nd floor. A group of girls were simply shouting at the top of their lungs. I complained the issue, but Management didn't bother to do anything.

Adda is one of the best restaurants in Dhanmondi. Usually a restaurant that has nice interior/exterior, doesn’t have good food. But this restaurant dominates on both sides. It is a one minute walk from science-lab and just at the opposite of Lab-Aid hospital. I have been there twice this year and amazed with their food quality both of the time. Their peri peri chicken is delicious. I'm in love with their thai-fried chicken. An amazing flavour (probably smell of a herb) comes out of their chicken that makes the fried chicken a perfect item to eat with fried rice. Last but not the least, the mashed potato has better taste than most of the expensive restaurants nearby. My overall experience is good. Staffs are well mannered and gentle. Recommended for casual meeting or family gathering.

During Eid we went there. The atmosphere was nice. We liked their decorations and place was amazing with lot of green trees. About the food, the taste was ok. But the kids meal was below average. The fried chicken was the worst! We also noticed the pricing was not realistic. French fries cost us 265 taka where qty was pretty less. It should be like 160 maximum. But they added vat, sd service... which the waiter couldn't even explain to us! But overall a good place to hang out with family and friends.

They have a small are for kids play which is a good thing

It was very busy when I went there.There was no vacant seats on the rooftop terrace which bound us to have seat indoor. Overall the atmosphere was quite good. Even it took sometime to order food from our part. They didn’t bother us. The food we took was a set menu, cashewnut salad and thai thick soup. The taste was good although the mongolian beef and rice provided with the set menu was cold. The cashewnut salad was full of prawn rather than having a lot of cashewnuts. We wanted to avoid cholesterol so we could not consume it fully. Staff behavior was cordial. I don’t think this place is accessible by wheelchairs or by people with disabilities. The stairs was very narrow and hardly two person can pass together.

Loves this place, visited here with my family. This place has an amazing environment. Food was pretty good I must say. I tried their Wholesome Chicken Continental set meal which had a juicy chicken steak, cheesy sauces rice, sautéed vegetables and red sauce which I’m not a fan of however you do get a free soft drink or water with the meal. I ordered some extra mashed potato which was amazing. Overall a good place to drop by. Service is pretty decent and the staff is super cooperative.

Adda is a Good place and good environment for time passing. All Food was average good. Tried their chicken stuffed meal. The mashed potato was amazing. cashew nut salad was good. This place is mostly seen with people in groups be it family members or friends. It’s a good place for having some mind-blowing photos. I started with the Tom Yum Goong soup what was really good and then took the prix fixe A set menu what was okay but the rice was so spicy.

Went there yesterday with my husband and 11-months old son. The attendants were very friendly and helpful. They ensured we had a nice family time and discouraged other people from getting too close to us for taking pictures and making loud noises. One attendant was particularly amazing as he ensured I wash a piece of carrot for my baby with bottled water rather than plain water from the basin. I think these small acts of kindness and generosity is much needed for a family with small kids. Very pleased with their service and hoping to visit again.

Good food with nice ambiance!!! They do have a cosy open air seating arrangement. Food is a bit expensive but drinks and beverage options are reasonable. Staff are friendly. Nice place to hang out with friends.

The restaurant has a very pleasant interior. Also they have a rooftop decoration which is very enjoyable. Variety on the menu is a plus. I have visited them multiple times and never had any bad experience till now. the Service is really good, and the waiters are well behaved. They have a good parking area. Also the place is kid friendly as they offer a place for kids to play. Overall a great place to hangout with friends and family.

I don't know why but I had i hopes for this restaurant. May be because of the great interior. Yes i loved their interior. But i found the food quality average. I tried their iftar item. All the items were average but the price is quite high for foods of these qualities. I expected more at this price range . Sitting arrangements were comfortable. Behaviour of the staffs were good. Parking can be done on footpaths. Cars have to park on roads.

We had the chicken broast which was the best among all the items. It was crips and enough for two. The Thai thick soup was good and acceptable. The oven baked pasta bowl was average. It was a bit sweet which I wasn’t a big fan off. The service was average and can be better.

The food is good, not very expensive. The restaurant is situated beside Main Road, so usually at open areas, there are noise often. Sitting arrangements of Open Areas are lucrative, but not comfortable. Indoor areas are good.

Hyderabadi Biryani

It was a treat for my colleague who suggested for this restaurant for lunch. And we were not unsatisfied! The mutton haidrabadi biriyani was too testy. Specially every spice, herbs and butter aroma brought waters in our mouth. It has open rooftop seating opposition and cozy environment. Lot of places for photoshoots lovers. Tom Yum Soup/ Gai Soup, One of the best soups in Dhaka city I have tried so far. Yummy . Beef Sizzling with Fried rice , moderate level taste , not that much mouth watering.

The place is very beautiful, got many kind of seatings available for family gathering, friends outing, or for going on a date. The food is also very good as per the environment. They got 2 storeyed rooftop and open sides. Perfect place for clicking pictures too.

The new revamp is very nice, you get a peaceful feel as you walk up the stairs. Be sure to go all the way to the top for the best ambience . In terms of food I've only tried their pizza so far and it is very good. But it would be a safe bet to try anything on their menu.

To me, it's average quality regarding the test of food. the expectation was high but my heart sank a little when I tested what I have chosen. Anyway, hope next time they will try to get better and serve food quickly. The price was reasonable. Parking facilities very few.

We went there of a group of 12 person with 3 kids and the experience was very good. The food was okay but the environment & service was superb. It's a great place for both big group & also small gathering. All in all, the name "Adda" matched with its experience. ❤️
