I recently had a frustrating experience at an EBL bank ATM. I needed to use the DropBox facility to deposit some money, since there are no branches or sub-branches of EBL in my area. However, when I arrived at the ATM, I realized that there was no pen available for me to fill out the deposit slip. I searched around the DropBox desk, but there was no sign of any pen holder or anything like that. I asked other customers who were using nearby ATMs if they had a pen that I could borrow, but they all said no. They told me that the ATMs never provide pens for the customers. I was baffled by this. How are customers supposed to write the deposit slips without pens? We don’t always carry pens with us everywhere we go. So, I think it is very important that the ATMs should have pens for the customers to use.
