KFC was founded by Colonel Harland Sanders, an entrepreneur who began selling fried chicken from his roadside restaurant in Corbin, Kentucky during the Great Depression. Sanders identified the potential of the restaurant franchising concept, and the first "Kentucky Fried Chicken" franchise opened in Utah in 1952. KFC popularized chicken in the fast food industry, diversifying the market by challenging the established dominance of the hamburger. By branding himself as "Colonel Sanders", Harland became a prominent figure of American cultural history, and his image remains widely used in KFC advertising. It is situated in a shopping mall and for the reason that the place is really crowded and people are getting paranoid because of hot the weather right now in Bangladesh but as fantasies of kids see their food are really quality full and people are getting this food and exact time and people are used to go there and it is good for having food.

Being all uploaded to the country. The areas are also so populated and people can't get their parking areas easily because of huge cars. Already put the parking lot and people sometimes take that car off in a road.

Visited the newly inaugurated KFC outlet in Elephant Road. The place is not spacious, but it is cozy. The food was good and the service was on par. However, the outlet does not have an attached washroom. Instead, there is a common washroom in the building, both for KFC and Pizza Hut.

The popular food brand took place in front of Eastern Plaza recently. Like it's other outlets, KFC attracted the heart of the food hunters nearby. As the position of KFC heads at the market"s front side, it becomes busy more than the market. Wide sitting space inside, good sitting arrangement, playzone for the kids add more value to the foodzone. Quality management, beautiful interior help to rise the business. All foods of the KFC menu available here and service is as like other outlets. Double entry ways from different sides add more value. Like the food of KFC.

We went there from our University. At first, we planned to go to the eastern plaza outlet, but when we reached there, we saw that it was closed. Then we went to the elephant road outlet. We ordered the moroccan zinger burger and green apple mohito. The burger was good, the sauce don’t go much well with Bengali people's tastebud, but the chicken patty was very delicious. The mohito was good. Overall, the environment was good.

This is not the frist time this happened with me. Their service is miserable. Most of the guys taking order don't understand what actually customer want. And also they don't even maintain or suggest any offer to customer. I never seen any manager show up to deal with customer while front staff are making mess taking order, serving order serve in wrong table. Whole place is like do whatever you want no one is there to supervise you. Not again in this branch.

KFC is an international food chain shop. KFC is popular among the food lovers in Dhaka due to its chicken items. Though they do offer very shabby type burgers since there are a number of burger chain shops in Dhaka city now a days. Personally I have a bitter experience in terms of eating fried chicken in Eastern Plaza's KFC. The chicken was too salty and difficult to taste. Above all there are numerous option in this line of food items. Not recommended.

Serves delicious mouth-watering crispy chickens and burgers. Most of the items are yummy and tasty and I personally found that this branch has maintained food tastes at better than few other branches of KFC. This branch is not so big but has a cozy environment with a decent interior. Located at 2nd level just above the main entrance (opposite of escalator landing). No wheelchair access. Parking facility in the basement.

You know how KFC is and what to expect from an outlet of them. This is a small outlet on the 1st floor of the Eastern Plaza. This is good for a chicken lover. They have several combos which serve groups well. Just make sure you have got all the items mentioned in the combo packs. Sometimes they may forget items. :-) Accepts debit/credit cards, bKash, and cash.

@11:30am the has got no food ready. But the restaurant door is open. I have ordered food 30 mins ago. They replied me after 30 minutes that their kitchen is not ready with temperature. Even they took 20 minutes to deliver a french fry order. Raised question about the services to a member of stuff, but restaurant manager did not even respond!!

Quite an okay place for hangouts, kinda busy and customers friendly,but KFC chicken lost their authentic taste,it’s felt like average chicken.

Good place for casual and cozy hangouts. Family and friends visits are suitable ones of this place. Prices are a bit high but sometimes it worth. Very few of the items available are left unappreciated. Some of the top foods are amazing. Good for quick dine. Take out and parcel services are good and fast. Kids loved one!

Best Chicken fry in the Dhaka city but far from the taste of original KFC. Compare to the taste, items are very expressive. I always disappointed there when I found they are not offering original KFC fried chicken in Bangladesh. Sometime you will not find Grilled chicken also which is not in line to their reputation.

I have tasted chicken fries from different kfc branches. But food quality here is not good enough. Service poor. Not recommending this branch. Go for dhanmondi branch.

Usual KFC experience is slightly difficult to find in the eastern plaza branch. But not like the Mohammadpur branch in where I had the worst experience and for some reason found the food quality also compromized. But Eastern Plaza branch is one of the busiest of city yet giving good experience.

Adjacent to Eastern Plaza, very narrow place but the stuffs ard likely, only 2 counter. In the 1st floor you have to climb a narrow stair. Considering the pandemic situation, you should not sit and eat there rather you should take- away. Overall, this KFC is the best restaurant in that road.

Staffs are keeping aircooler off intentionally in this hot weather. Serving items hand to hand without tray. Seems they are either not trained or there is no management and/or control, responsibility and chain of command. After asking they provided tray and power on air cooler.

The KFC Eastern Plaza outlet is a branch of global KFC restaurant. For chicken, burger, rice meals, meals and snacks, the KFC is very well known restaurant in the world and also in Bangladesh. But the place is quite small and some food price is averagely high because it's band.

Amazing outlet of KFC. The food was delicious! Although I had to wait for a long time for the food to be served, the wait was worth it. The atmosphere is nice, there are books inside to read, and overlooks the main road. Loved the menu, and definitely looking to go back

The kfc chicken was so good! All their staff were so humble. KFC Fried chicken is always best. We took 3 medium piece chicken (149tk each) with kurkure chips offer and we got 3 more chickens free. This offer is available till September 2022.

KFC is Pioneer food chain shop licensing through Transcom Foods Ltd was the first to brought fried chicken with the new style. This place is neat and clean maintaining the international standards. Food quality is good as well.

Their chicken fries were good and juicy. Everything else was as you would except from a above average restaurant.

Same as all KFC in Bangladesh, average sitting arrangements, average chicken taste not a big deal but hygienic. Located the first floor of the market entrance (দোতলা ), there is a small parking if you are going self driven.

I come here frequently. Service is good. Prep time is good. It located on first floor of Eastern Plaza. There is an entrance from outside. Its open even on market Holiday.

They don't have proper KFC vibe or environment . I almost thought it was something else . Food quality was also questionable.

Foods are good. But some of sells personnel shows unnecessary smartness.they want to prove them over-smart. Its not matches with customers.
