ইন্ডিয়ান ভিসা এপ্লিকেশন সেন্টার হলো চট্টগ্রাম থেকে ইন্ডিয়া ভিসা নেওয়ার স্থান। সকাল সাড়ে আটটা থেকে দুপুর একটা পর্যন্ত আবেদনপত্র জমা নেওয়া হয়। দীর্ঘ সারিতে দাঁড়িয়ে আবেদন পত্র জমা দিতে হয়। ছেলেদের এবং মেয়েদের লাইন আলাদা কিন্তু অসুস্থ কিংবা বয়স্কদের জন্য আলাদা কোন ব্যাবস্থা নেই। রোদ কিংবা বৃষ্টিতে লাইনে দাঁড়ানো মানুষদের প্রচুর কষ্ট করতে হয়। ভিতরে আন্ডারগ্রাউন্ডে তাদের অফিস, আলো বাতাস কম, এসিরও ভালো ভাবে কাজ করে না তাছাড়া জায়গাও অনেক ছোট। সিকিউরিটি পারসনদের ব্যবহার যথেস্ট রুক্ষ। ভিসা আবেদন বাতিল করার পর কি কি কারণে ভিসা দেয় না, সেই কারণগুলো বলা হয়না। ভিসায় পোর্ট নির্দিষ্ট করে উল্লেখ করার পরও ওদের ইচ্ছেমত পোর্ট দিয়ে দেয়, পরে পোর্ট অ্যাড করার জন্য অতিরিক্ত ফি দিতে হয়, প্রচুর সময়ও নষ্ট হয়। কাউন্টার ৮ টা সার্ভিস প্রোভাইড করে মাত্র ৩-৪ জন। আর পাসপোর্ট বিতরণের সময় ৩-৪ টা লিখা থাকলেও সাধারণত ৫ টার পরে বিতরণ শুরু করে থাকে। ভিতরে কোন প্রকার ব্যাগ এবং মোবাইল নিয়ে প্রবেশ করা যায় না তাই বাহিরে টাকার বিনিময়ে ব্যাগ রাখার জন্য লোক বসে থাকে। ভিতরে একটি খাবার দোকান কাছে যেখান থেকে কমল পানীয় এবং বিস্কিট সহ কফি কিনে খেতে পারবেন। রবিবার আর বৃহস্পতিবার এ একটু বেশি ভিড় হয়। আর কোনো ছুটি থাকলে ছুটির পরে খোলার দিনে একটু ভিড় হয়। এই দিনগুলো স্কিপ করতে পারলে ভালো। সর্বপ্রকার দিক থেকে সেবার মান ভালো লাগে নি, আরো আন্তরিক হতে পারতো। আগের ৩ বারের অভিজ্ঞতা ভালো ছিলো কিন্তু এবারের অভিজ্ঞতা খুব খারাপ।

Indian Embassy Chittagong, is located at Khulshi, near The Khulshi Police Station. Anyone interested in going to India has to go there and apply for a visa. Service of Indian Embassy Chittagong is good. The staffs are helpful. But as far as I see and realize they don't provide a better service. As the AC system is completely broken there, the customers are suffering from extreme heat and distress. I think they could have provided better service if they wanted to. As a student I would like them to issue the student visa within a few days. But they are taking 20-22 days, which is another irony. I hope they provide better service in future. It is the responsibility and duty of Indian Embassy Chittagong to ensure that no customer is subjected to any kind of hardship or suffering. And they should be more focused on issuing visas faster.

Limited number of officers to serve enormous number of applicants. Have to wait for a while to submit application! For submitting visa application in the morning, people stay in a long queue from the gate of the Indian embassy. Even after opening the gate at 9.30 am, the line doesn’t end. Inside the embassy, they have limited seating arrangements comparing with number of visa applications. They don’t allow you to take your bag and mobile inside the embassy. I think, they should make a large application Center in Chittagong.

প্লেসটা একটা আবাসিক এরিয়া তে হলেও চিপা গলি। আর দূতাবাস এর মানুষগুলোর সময় নির্ধারণ ঠিক নাই।। The indian economy is somehow contributed by the tourists but here the service is like we are bagging for the visas. Service needs improvement. বিকাল ৩টা থেকে পাসপোর্ট দেয়ার কথা প্রসেসিং ভিসা কমপ্লিট এর পর কিন্তু ওরা হয়রানি করে শুরু করে বেশিরভাগ সময়েই বিকাল ৪.৩০টার পর। অনেক মানুষ প্রতিদিন লাইন ধরে। অনেক বৃদ্ধ মুরব্বিরাও লাইনে অনেকক্ষন দাঁড়িয়ে থাকতে হয় যা সম্পূর্ণ অসহ্যকর উনাদের জন্য।।

অনেক বেশি ক্রাউডিং। আমি জমা দিছিলাম ১৫০০ জনের পরে। কেউ কেউ আগের দিন রাত থেকে সিরিয়ালে এসে দাঁড়িয়ে ও জমা দিতে পারতেছে না। প্রতিদিন প্রায় ২৫০০/৩০০০ হাজার মানুষ লাইনে থাকে। জমা দেবার জন্য রাত ২/৩ টায় লাইনে এসে দাড়ালে অনেকটা আশা করা যায় জমা দেয়ার সুযোগ থাকে। অবশ্য অনেকে আগের রাত ১০/১১ টায় এসে ও লাইনে থাকে। সকাল ৯টা থেকে জমা নেয়া শুরু হয় আর দুপুর ১টায় শেষ হয়। যাদের পাসপোর্ট ডেলিভারি তাদের জন্য বিকেল ৪টা থেকে শুরু হয়। তবে ডেলিভারি দিতে দেরি হয় না।

Worst administration. Seems like they don’t respect/value the time. Previously I used to get visa results within 3-5 days. Recently I applied for visa and they handed the delivery token to receive visa after 21 DAYS; also if I receive an SMS !!! But the funniest fact is I actually received the SMS after 35 days. Even the inks of that delivery slip almost disappeared within that time. Almighty knows what makes them too slow.

ইন্ডিয়ান ভিসা এপ্লিকেশন সেন্টার জাকির হোসেন রোড অবস্থিত। এই অফিসে সকাল সাড়ে আটটা থেকে আবেদনপত্র জমা নেওয়া হয়। দীর্ঘ সারিতে দাঁড়িয়ে আবেদন পত্র জমা দেওয়া হয়। ভিসার আবেদন পত্রে অবশ্যই প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র সঙ্গে আনতে হবে, নতুবা কৃত্পক্ষ আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ করবে না। ডেলিভারির তারিখ 5 টা হইতে ছয়টার মধ্যে পাসপোর্ট ডেলিভারি নিতে হয়। 5 টার আগে গেলে কখনই আপনাকে পাসপোর্ট হস্তান্তর করবে না।

No communication device is allowed inside. Youll have to keep your phone and other belongings outside to street people. If you are falsely acused inside and even arrested you’ll have noting to prove yourself innocent. Staffs behaviour are over the moon. They wont treat you as humans. And youll feel like you are a beggar and went there for asking food and clothing from them.

An important and very busy place. It is the gateway to get visa for India visit. But some unpleasent features agrieved me. A syndicate cut the pckets of the visa applicants. Without any mediators, it is impossible to get into the embessy. A strong syndicate controls everything. You need at least 1000 to 3000 BDT for your entrance!! It is really a bitter experience!!!!

এখানে AHCI অবস্থিত। নিরাপত্তাব্যবস্থা ভালো। মোবাইলসহ যেকোনো ডিভাইস নিয়ে প্রবেশ নিষেধ। বাহিরে এসব জমা দেয়ার বিশেষ ব্যবস্থা আছে। বৃষ্টি বা অতিরিক্ত গরম; সবসময় বাহিরে মানুষের দীর্ঘ সিরিয়াল লেগে থাকে। ভেতরেও এসিগুলো বেশ পুরনো। নষ্ট হওয়ার উপক্রম। এসব বিষয়ে কর্তৃপক্ষের সুনজর কামনা করছি। আর পাসপোর্ট বিতরণের সময় ২/৩টা লিখা থাকলেও সাধারণত ৪টার পরে বিতরণ শুরু করে থাকে।

ভারতীয় ভিসা আবেদন কেন্দ্রের চট্টগ্রাম শাখা এটি।বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন প্রান্ত থেকে লোক এসে ভিসা আবেদন করে এখানে।যদিও সকাল ৯টা থেকে ১২টা পর্যন্ত ভিসা আবেদন গ্রহণ করে,কিন্তু খুব ভোরে(৫/৬টায়)এসে সিরিয়ালে দাড়াতে হয়।নইলে ১০০জনের পেছনে দাড়াতে হবে।আবার ভিসা গ্রহনের জন্য দুপুর ১২টার পর পর সিরিয়াল দিতে হয়।গেইট খুলে বিকাল ৪টার দিকে।অনেক ভোগান্তি পোহাতে হয় এখানে।

It's now much improved than last year. More organised. They improved their system and taking less time. Last year we had to spend till 3 pm to complete interview. But today it took half an hour only. They are running AC that's why it's now more comfortable inside the visa application centre. There is a significant improvement obviously.

small place for lots of applicant, hard to maintain the time, do not endorse from here its costly, please endorse from other bank or get thehe bank statement. try to go early morning to do fast, management is good but need a big space, siting arrangements also short compared with applicants. too much broker outside stay away from them.

সকালে একটু বেশি ভিড় থাকে কিন্তু ১১.৩০-১২.০০ এর মধ্যে সব ফাঁকা। ভিসার ফর্ম জমা দেয়ার জন্য কম-করে ২ঘন্টা সময় নিয়ে যাবেন। মোবাইল নিয়ে ভিতরে যেতে পারবেন না। পাসপোর্ট নিয়ে আসার সময় বিকাল ৫টার একটু আগে যাবেন নয়ত অনেক সময় দাঁড়িয়ে থাকা লাগবে। ৭০বছর (মেডিকেল ভর্তি ছাড়া) এর নিচের সবাইকে ফিঙ্গারপ্রিন্ট দিতে হচ্ছে।

Their facilities should be upgraded. As huge number of people come here for their service they should extend the facilities. You can't go there with your mobile phone. So if you have any schedule in IVAC , Chittagong , please keep your phone in home otherwise you have to take it outside which is not desirable.

রবিবার আর বৃহস্পতিবার এ একটু ভিড় ঠেলাঠেলি হয়। আর কোনো ছুটি থাকলে ছুটির পরে খোলার দিনে একটু ভিড় হয়। এই দিনগুলো স্কিপ করতে পারলে ভালো। সকাল সাড়ে আটটা থেকে দুপুর বারোটা পর্যন্ত আবেদনপত্র জমা করার লাইন গেটের ভেতরে ঢোকানো হয়। ভেতরের কাউন্টারে বারোটার পর ও জমা নেয়। গেটের ভেতরে ও একটা কফি হাউজ আছে।

Not too bad. They don't allow you to enter with your phone and bags. Usually there is a third-party who takes care of your bags and phone in exchange of 40 BDT. So, don't bring your phone or bag if you want to be safe and save 40 BDT. Other than that good experience.

অনেকেই জানে এখানে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে ভিসা দেওয়া হয়।কিন্তু গতকাল ত১৬/১১/২২ থেকে ২০ দিনের মধ্যে ভিসা দিবে বলতেছে।আগে ভিসার জন্য সিরিয়াল কম ছিলো।এখন সিরিয়াল বেশি হওয়ার তাদের ম্যানেজমেন্ট ভালো না।অনেক সিন্ডিকেট হচ্ছে।গতকাল সন্ধ্যা ৭ টা থেকে সিরিয়াল দিচ্ছে যারা আজকে জমা দিবে।

They don't give access for mobile. They advice to deposit mobile to a unknown roadside shopkeeper who keep phones for a charge of 40tk per mobile. Some employees of VISA center dont receive people warmly. They look distrusted sometimes while you go to them.

উনাদের সার্ভিস অনেক খারাপ। সময়মতো কাজ হয় না। অনেক বেশি সময় অপেক্ষা করতে হয়। গেইটের ভেতরে হলে এবং বসার ব্যবস্থা থাকলে ভালো হতো। কিন্তু এখানে গেইটের বাইরে থেকে অপেক্ষা করতে হয়। এখানে মোবাইল নিয়ে প্রবেশ নিষেধ, ছবি তোলা নিষেধ। এখানে হুইলচেয়ার এক্সেসিবিলিটি নেই।

Before writing this review i have spent 20 minutes to think and find out any one good thing about them so that i can write a positive review about them. But, alas, I haven't found one. But one thing is worth mentioning, they are improving their service.

I believe that, The indian visa application center, Chittagong is a better place to get a visa easily so far. How it works is Just Hats off.Their management is tooo GOOD. Passport submission is very easy and convenient hassle free than Dhaka.

There have two lines for visa application. one is for ladies which starts from main gate to main road and other is for men which starts from main gate to inside residential area. Waiting line starts from 6 am to 12 pm and again 2 pm to 4 pm.

চট্টগ্রাম এর ইন্ডিয়া ভিসা নেওয়ার স্থান। সহজে ভিসা নেওয়া যায়, তবে সব তথ্য সঠিক হতে হয়। ভুল কোন তথ্যের জন্য আপনার পাসপোর্ট ভিসা ছাড়া ফেরত আসতে পারে। আর এর জন্য তাদের দায়ী করা যাবে না। অবিশ্যয় আপনি সঠিক সব কাগজপত্র জমা করলে আপনাকে ভিসা দিবে।

Good experience.If you go early in the morning you have to go 8 to avoid excessive crowd : am ,then the embassy will let you enter 9:00 am. If you don't want hassle then go around 11:00am ,this time you don't need to stand in a queue.

Indian Visa application centre, inside arrangement is overall good but in outside Visa seeking applicants are in long line on open road. Also they Have no proper secure facilities to keep the forbidden materials in out side.

Good place & services... However, the place is narrow and people have to wait for a long period(2-4 hours) standing outside the main gate. If service time is extended and waiting zone is arranged, people will be happy.

Too much crowd nowadays for getting indian visa.... Had to wait for 5 hour to get serial in this hot weather.... People have to stand in line for more then 4 hours.. Even after that some people doesn't get serial...

They should improve on behavior because they are rude to the visa seekers specially in counter 7 a healthy tall guy sitting are very rude to visa seekers if any documents are missing. Otherwise service is fast..

It's is the Indian high commission in Chittagong, surprisingly unpleasant experience during my last visit. Top to bottom everything is not in the right order specially the stuffs are rude and not efficient.

Visa application and passport delivery is very time consuming, slow and frustrating. And the security staff is very bad. Waiting for sick patients is unbearable. But passport delivery is very fast inside.

the location and the place pin of the visa application centre is not quite good . Deschute go for the largest place where more people can seat and submission there visa application in a nice environment.

The discipline and the atmosphere inside the house is very good. However, visa applicants have to stand outside for a long time, which is painful. I hope the authorities will keep an eye on this matter.

Its a place people get visa for visiting india. Its open 9 am to 12.30 pm. After that the office close for the day. Before submitting visa application must sure all the required documents attached.

I found ivac center in Chittagong fast and clean service. Environment is awesome with unique interface of service. Visa fee is now 850 bdt which is increasing a lot

Que management of Indian Visa Application Center is very poor. Why not Indian Visa Application is not managing by Third-party Companies like Thailand VFS.

সকাল ৮.৩০-১.০০ পর্যন্ত ফরম জমা নেয়। আবার ৩.৩০-৫.০০ পর্যন্ত পাসপোর্ট দেয়। ওরা সময় সম্পর্কে খুব সচেতন। সময়ের ১ সেকেন্ড আগে/পরে জমা নিবে না।দিবেও না।
