Hospitals stand as the cornerstone of our healthcare infrastructure, embodying a commitment to healing, compassion, and innovation. These multifaceted institutions are hubs where skilled healthcare professionals converge to address a spectrum of medical needs. In the heart of a hospital's mission is the unwavering dedication to promoting health, preventing illness, and providing timely interventions. Emergency departments serve as lifelines, where medical teams adeptly navigate urgent situations, showcasing resilience in the face of crises. Beyond emergency care, hospitals encompass diverse departments, each specializing in a particular facet of healthcare. Surgical units witness skilled hands perform intricate procedures, while maternity wards welcome new life into the world. What distinguishes hospitals is their adaptability to evolving medical landscapes. Technological advancements, from state-of-the-art imaging equipment for surgeries, underscore the commitment to precision and efficacy. Moreover, hospitals engage in continuous research, contributing to medical breakthroughs and the refinement of treatment modalities. The heartbeat of a hospital echoes through its corridors, where dedicated professionals collaborate in a symphony of expertise. Nurses, doctors, technicians, and administrative staff collectively orchestrate a seamless continuum of care. Amid the clinical precision, hospitals also embrace a human touch, fostering environments that prioritize empathy and patient-centered care. However, hospitals face challenges, grappling with issues like resource constraints and the ever-increasing demands on healthcare systems. Yet, these challenges fuel an ongoing commitment to improvement and innovation. In essence, hospitals are not merely buildings with medical equipment; they are dynamic ecosystems of healing, resilience, and progress. They embody the collective pursuit of health and well-being, making them indispensable pillars of our communities.
I know someone from my family went to the hospital and thought I leave the experience here for everyone to see and to let others know. First time when we went the service was really good and then as the days went they started to act funny. The person went to the CCU room and they turned on the air condition which worsen his health, they trying to scare the patient family by saying the patient got so many illness and they won't let the family inside the room. There is no time table for the doctor arrival and always coming in at 2am. What if the patient dies during the day?. Family member saw someone passed away in ICU room they kept the person in the room for 1 hour to increase the bill. CCU room security are really bad the way they talk. The hospital treatment towards people is disgusting. It is a disgrace to have a hospital like this. Please avoid this hospital at any cost. I hope someone take action against them.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL IF YOU ARE BRITISH! The way they treated my dad was so scary. They made him worse than when he went in. They restricted his next of kin going in and checking on him. They did not give us any details of what medication or treatment they dispensed. Also the security was getting really rude as well. Nearly all the staff were rude apart from some hard working nurses and helpers. Please AVOID! Go to Al Harmain hospital if you are British. Its a bit more expensive but worth it for your life! We end up discharging our loved one because we were scared they were going to kill him. They gave injections to him for no reason.
Nayasarak mount Adora is very dirty. Ac Cabin not clean also. Door and window’s all curtains are very old. Toilet is soo small. The horrible thing is they gave very rubbish and ugly dress to patients for OT. There services and nurses and Staffs are not skilled . But treatment cost so high. We was admitted 10/07/2020 to 14/07/2020 . I depressed and upset for my patient. But, Allah helps us to overcome the condition. It's my first time in the hospital. On my opinion this hospital is a worst hospital for patient in sylhet.
The doctor in the CCU department was very arrogant. He refused to talk to the patients 'guardian' despite numerous requests. Apparently he was very busy. Absolutely rubbish customer service. If you have a critically ill patient then do not use this hospital. You will receive no information from the doctors. It's like a scene from a Bollywood movie. Pay the fees and they will deal with you.
Comparing to other hospitals, it's one of the best hospital in Sylhet. They offer all kinds of medication services and there behavior toward patients are enough good than other hospitals. You can find most of the renowned doctors of Sylhet. It's located behind the Noyasarak Jame Mashjid, Noyasarak, Mirboxtula, Sylhet. 3100.

My time at this hospital was nothing short of a nightmare. The doctors and nurses displayed an alarming level of arrogance, showing no genuine concern for providing proper care. Their disinterest in my well-being left me feeling neglected and abandoned.
Mount Edora is a private hospital located on Noyasarak in Sylhet city. This hospital is one of the busiest in Sylhet with 100 beds. Several reputed consultants provide health services in this hospital. Outdoor service quality seems good enough to me.
Almost all facilities available.. Such as Cabin, operation theature, HDU, ICU, CCU, Own Blood bank, own pathology own dialysis facility , . But imagine, NICU facility not available. and you must be faced lift facilities. Actually …
just let you know guy's if u take any patents to this hospital there is no time table for specialist doctors visiting hours. sometimes specialist visit 10pm,12am,2am even early in the morning.
Situated in the middle of the city. It has a good reputation though there are some negative reviews as well. Parking facility is not so good and the place is a little bit small in my view.
Provide good health service considering other hospital. Cabin price is affordable also they provide food for the patient. Good patient care service(may vary time to time).
