Don't go there if you don't want to waste your hard earned money. Absolute rubbish. Dirty washrooms and bad electric switches. Washroom walls are full of fungus. Still they charge like other premium hotels. Full of mosquitos. No tissue, wifi are provided. Only a bottle of mineral water. Above of all of these, they are not ready to accept their poor room and service quality. One has to climb 5th floor without any lift, which could be acceptable if their service were up to standard. Total waste of money. Please check the rooms before booking always, which regrettably I didn't do and suffered. Not recommended.

Rooms ate good and neat but Non ac rooms are hell.. very hot inside and even when raining outside its like a hot box and you will sweat a lot... Nice reception but no lifts available so you have to climb upto 5th floor alll the way... Its a hectic thing.. but nice location and view from tha rooms are quite goood... Rooms are bit dark but doesn't matter... TV inside the room is not that clear.. bed and sheets are in good condition enough storage spaces and can give only 3 star for the complete experience... Not that expensive...

Room is good enough for 1 people but there service is too poor to describe..when i came here at the midnight i was too hungry they didn't manage me any food i wanted to go outside to eat something but they didn't let me go at the time 4 am I'm still too hungry now but I can't anything right now in this hotel ..Too much disappointing as a job holder persion I didn't recommend this hotel for anyone..

An extremely shady and risky place. Stayed there with colleagues on a work trip and was raided by the police at midnight!! Saw underage school girls and men stealthily leaving the hotel. Pretty sure a lot of crimes happen in the hotel. Other then that, the rooms are filthy, the service is awful and the employees look like criminals themselves. Nobody should be staying at this place.

The price was unexpectedly high ...I traveled to ctg for exam purposes and the rooms were all booked so stayed knowing the price. I got there at night 1 o clock then in the morning I kept the bags in the room and thn left for exam when came back bags were at checkout point and said i overclocked. They didn't even compensate!

The room quality & decoration are very poor, kind of old, damp! Furniture is not the same as shown on the web! Tv doesn’t work, AC does not work properly! No lift service though it was on the 5th floor! Really disappointing for the location, could be better!

I could give 5 star rating if it had a lift!! Almost everything of this hotel is satisfactory including the cost and facilities as well as home services. It's on the 4th floor, so a lift is really necessary. The location is the strongest point of this hotel. Recommendation: Should provide mineral water bottle (2L) everyday.

Horrible place and the guy at the reception was unprofessional. There’s no lift and you’ll meed to get up to the 5th floor. Rooms were really old and shady. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Dirty and old

The room was okay. But the ac and the refrigerator dosent work. And the water supply is filthy. Cant have a decent shower. Because of that. Insufficient lighting. Poor choice of location. No family restaurants around. No taxi stands. In room foods are really expensive.

Good .but not much clean.no elevator .you have to move five storied building through stair. Furniture and fixtures are not up to date .very old and some are even broken . Air condition system do not work properly .if possible move for other options nearby.

Positives: spacious rooms with proper facilities such as wifi, tv, almira, cleanliness, bath tub, comfortable beds and friendly behavior of staffs. The location is also great. Negatives: No lift facility and bugs in the bed irritated much during sleeptime.

The location is best for most business travelers. The room was comparatively ok in relation to the room tariff. I can recommend it for short stay visitors to Chittagong who can do without fancy atmosphere. One drawback it is on 4th floor with no lift.

It's good if you just want to stay for your need... View is also Nice... But not so much luxurious but that may not be an issue... Things that might matter is that it's in 3rd and 4th floor and Lift is not there. Otherwise okay for Staying.

If you are looking for a cheap hotel then this one is for you and to get that cheap hotel you have to climb 5th floor without lift.If you are planning to stay there better finish all your work before then go to the top and take rest.

It's a old hotel in a old building in this area but their service is good. If you want to stay here for night then you may stay here. Their cost is not high. But here have no lift. Room service not bad.

Not very up to the mark. But it's cheap we are there only for a few hours for sleep. We choose them only for the garage ( due to self driven car) .

The hotel is on 5th floor and there is no lift. The room was clean and so was the washroom. The bedsheets were clean but they didn’t buy new sheets for a long time. Room service was good.

There room is not well cleaned, room size is not well enough and the most important thing is there is no lift.we had to suffer much to go there because usually their room is on 5th floor.

Most of rooms are small and some rooms don't have window even. But they have good menu in buffet breakfast. The rate is little bit expensive in compare to their services and facilities.
