Wow! A wonderful resort sort of private. It's safe, cozy and romantic. The architecture of the home and surrounding is amazing. You can fish with rod & hook in the side lake from 1st floor balconies. Amazing, isn't it? You can go to the 2nd floor hitting a DNA shape SS staircase to see a surprise waiting for you, a beautiful open sky garden terrace with cozy sitting arrangements & big umbrellas for barbeque parties. The room at the 2nd floor is the most attractive. I must mention the spanish tiles used in the bathrooms has added very big value. So far I remember there are 7 rooms in the home a 3 storied building. At every corner you'll see the elegant taste of the owner. They have dedicated chef who cooks local recipes very nice. They have tour organizers, they've very own kaiki boats, boatmen come guides at a very very reasonable cost. I came to know that they're now open for public. So, hurry-up, jump into it for an amazing experience!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ratargul Holiday Home, The rooms are clean & well decorated. Natural views are attractive, All facilities are present and I must say it was quite an enjoyable experience overall. Now, let's talk about the food. I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary delights served at Ratargul Holiday Home. The chef deserves a special mention for preparing such delicious and diverse dishes. The variety of food options not satisfactory, coupled with the exceptional taste, made dining here a truly enjoyable experience. The staff members at the resort were undoubtedly a highlight of my visit. They were incredibly helpful, courteous, and attentive to guests' needs. Their warm and welcoming demeanor added to the overall positive vibe of the place, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay.

A must visit place in Ratargul.They will charge 25k per day in total for 5 spacious rooms that too with complementary breakfast.Trust me it worth every penny.The enterior of the rooms and entire resort is so soothing and well decored it will leave you awestruck for sure.You'll feel like a day is not actually enough to explore this place.We also took their BBQ package as well and it tastes beyond our thoughts. I personally faced some drawbacks as well which can be improved in future: 1.The shower was pretty slow in force. 2.The water comes in washroom smells like a medicine 3.Their tea is not up to the mark 4.Lighting was not that adequate to feel a tourists safe at late night Besides these shortcomings mentioned above, I myself would love to go to this place again & again❤️ Trust me "THE PLACE IS THAT PRETTY"

If i want to express it in one word it will be "Awesome". Ratargul Holiday Home will get 5 stars in every segment. From welcome to good bye they pleased us with their best. And we were 13 people in the group all of them were happy. No complaints at all. Special thanks to Mr. Mushfique (Manager) and the Chef Mr. Shahin delivered their more than 100% at our service. If we need anything at any time Mr. Mushfique was there. And the food was so delicious that we ate 3 time meals after several years. Everybody was happy with their too much eating. Mr. Shahin was very informative too. All employees were well behaved. Best wishes for Ratargul Holiday Home, its owner and its employees.

In short it's a beautiful place , it's a place where you can spend quality time with your family , Friends or someone special . Outside of the resort they build with natural beauty also small zone for kids Fun , there is a small pond where you can Ride with little boat's , there is only few rooms but it is beautiful nice clean , fully furnished and air-conditioning ( AC ) available . Waiting room and bedrooms they design with traditional furnitures , those furnitures are beautiful , you'll feel like wow . For food service , dinner , lunch they have their own chef . Once you visit the place you won't be disappointed .

There's a lot of issues in this place. First, understaffed, they have Shahin who is the chef, and also does the room cleaning, food service and all-rounder. He's very kind-natured and polite. It's his behaviour somewhat makes up for all the issues this place has. Basically, this holiday home is not ready for tourist. Water issue, food issue, no comfortable bed and pillows, everything is old. There is lack of maintenance and cleanliness. I didn't have a single good night sleep in this place. But aside from these, the view in the morning and afternoon from the rooftop garden is amazing!

Very beautiful but have snakes the staffs say that the snakes are harmless however it’s scary for me. Rooms are really well decorated with antique furnitures and show pieces. Have 4/5 rooms so would be a nice gateaway with close group of 4/5 families. Swimming pool is also very clean however, it’s deep all through so kids will need adult monitoring and floating gadgets. Overall a very beautiful, clean, close to nature holiday home.

Been here 4 times, yet it never ceases to amaze me with its beauty. Stargazing up in the roof is a magical experience for anyone used to city life. Bonfires, fireflies, a beautiful treehouse for morning tea - you're sure to have the most relaxing staycation here. It's proximity to Ratarful Swamp forest, alongside Sylhet city and all its attractions, makes this a highly recommendable place to stay.

Quite a serene place to spend leisure days away from urban business. The resort itself bears beautiful architectural setup along with beauty of green nature. Staying in the resort, we can plan visits to different tourist spots in sylhet. Can order foods as of choice with special local procurement and chef’s delivery is very tasteful. Would like to visit for more times with friends and family.

Beautiful place, well behavior; more maintenance and cleanliness require in indoor services..specially bedroom, toilets, pool, child play zone. Decoration with antiques and outdoor plants also the green attractive landscape will blow your mind.

A very tranquil lodge in the countryside. The staff are very friendly and the meals are very good. The rooms are large and airy and keep cool during the day. All the modern amenities expected are found here. The lodge is well situated and can easily be reached from Sylhet. It is even closer to the Sylhet airport.

This is an amazing villa to spend holiday with family. All antique furniture and unique decoration made it special. Food is fabulous. Swimming pool is with heating facilities. Nisharga Kutir the bamboo hut is air-conditioned.

It has actually nothing. It's just a house made by some person with surplus money. It's his own getaway place. I would never book this place to stay. But this place came yo our help. We used their washroom when there was nothing around.

Ratargul Swamp Forest has always been a wonder to me but the exotic Ratargul Holiday Home has become another attraction. A “resort with a difference”, I will keep on coming back, that’s for sure. All the best to the team at the resort.
