It is a fine hotel. It used to be one of the best but is now a little run down. Everything in my room was a little run down. The wifi was in and out. The staff were great the place was clean but for the price point you can get better. The breakfast is on the roof restaurant which is a nice perk. It has a great view but it is not particularly nice up there.

The highlight of the Asia Plaza Hotel for me is without a doubt the rooftop. The hotel is not going to overwhelm you, but the view from the rooftop is reason enough to pay a visit. The chance to watch the sunset and the moon rise at dusk with a gentle breeze and a cold beverage is the best way to escape the hussle and bustle on the busy Yangon streets below.

Generally a good place to stay with family. Maintenance staff should check rooms before being given keys to visitors. The plumbing in toilet /sink need monitoring. Staff very courtesies and pleasant.

Rooms are old a little bit, Sometimes no electricity for guest when the government electricity cut off.

poor breakfast and poor service ,old furniture inside makes you remind year 2000. room cleaning is always forgotten and with bad quality . not recommended .

양곤시내 호텔 중 저렴하면서 외국인이 안전하게 숙박할수있는 몇 안되는 호텔중 하나라고 생각한다. 특히 호텔 예약 Site에서 저념한 가격에 사진만보고 예약하면 큰 실수다..나도 그랬으니까.. 그래서 찾은 호텔이 이곳..,가성비..최고

A bit run down but clean & very friendly. Some reviews have questioned the breakfast but we found it tasty and varied.
