I was flying from Batumi to Tblisi. The service and the security are very bad, I understand it's their job but a smile wouldn't harm. They looked at me as if I commited a crime, and ofcourse they checked my handbag that's ok, but they were rude and unprofessional at all while doing that. Plus I waited an hour near my designated gate and there was no any toilet I could use during that time.

If Batumi is on its way to be a great touristic area the first thing they should do Enhance the airport ..
