I had a spectacular time by exploring the newly inaugurated the Ethiopian Science and Technology Museum near to Unity Park. This museum has so many amazing AI and Machine Learning focused innovations to experience. I really liked the presentation deliverd by most of the people in the conference which made it easy to understand. Ethiopia is about to launch its own Cloud called "Ethio Cloud" soon and this will bring so many great things to our country as well the African continent in large. Minor issues I found are: -The presentations were too academic and they are somehow difficult for non-technical person to understand. So, it might be important to consider the kids and people from non-academic backgrounds when presenting. Good job overall . - There was no bag storage available at the compound for visitors.

we visited the museum during the week, about 4 month after the inauguration. the entrance was free. the building is interesting and you will have a spectacular view on the stadion- and meskelsquare-district. the skyline of addis abeba is impressive! unfortunately most of the exhibitions stands were closed. l’d rather call it a exhibition than a museum. but nevertheless the place is worth a visit. and it’s an important platform for young science- and technology-companies. the planetarium only opens for groups. it must be very impressive. make sure that it’s open before you go there.

Ethiopia's Museum of Science and Art in Addis Ababa was opened on October 4, 2022. It covers an area of 15,000 square meters. It includes an exhibition hall for scientific and developmental research, building complexes and interactive display screens, cybersecurity, finance, geographical information system, service industries, data analysis, manufacturing and robotics. It has a similar design with Google's Headquarters in California, USA.

It truly is spectacular. 4kilo is becoming a place of wonder and a great utopia for relaxing or just chilling for anyone at any age. I'm really happy that our country is investing more on technology as well as amazing architecture. I would recommend you guys visiting on weekdays. The line on weekends is unbeatable. Its just way too looooooong plus its just parents with their very enthusiastic kids.

I love everything in the science museum but the most thing that people like in is the museum is the building. the robots doesn't is not been programed that much it looks like they recorded voice and when they answer, its formal and it doesn't make it look realistic also security robots it looks like a drees doll of cosmetics but the little robot is better from selam and robots security

I can’t say a lot about it but the place is being built in-front of the grand palace or behind Sheraton Addis hotel and its a really massive project, with a view of Addis ababa from top, it will be considered as a landmark because of it’s huge occupation of land and it’s expected to be complete on late 2022 or early 2023.

This is where you go and you are proud to be Africans! The projects exhibited reflect our reality. And the interesting part is that we didn't buy a ticket to visit. The view at the top is magnificent. If you are interested in Artificial Intelligence and Renewable Energies, I will recommend this place! ተጨማሪ

Beautiful architecture and different innovative technologies. Visiting the Dome is not yet made public but upon special request, managed to enter. The Dome gives a 4D effect to the space and more. Great experience!

It's not a museum. It's just an extra fancy meeting hall. Nothing science about it except the planets that hang from the ceiling. If you want to learn something you're better off reading at home.

Science Museum? Nah, more like agricultural museum. I don't know if it's because of my timing but the place was all about agriculture instead of science and technology. But it was a decent stay.

No phone number/e-mail nor working forms to register a group (apparently you need to contact prime minister office where you get no answer), a lot of sights are not working, Planetarium is not open to public, closed on Friday without notice. I think you can do better?!

I had a great time. There was a fascinating scientific and technological progress that you can't imagine that it is in Ethiopia. I think you have to see it for your self.

Five stars for the building but there is nothing to see here yet. I hope this museum gets a professional curator and a good budget so it has something real interesting to see.

Can't wait to see it finished! Along with the AA City Library, it will be a huge Improvement in regards to public service facilities for residents and visitors alike.
