We rent office space in Addis Ababa and have a broad array of customers. Our stipulations on the procurement of new office furniture when moving in means we deal with various furniture supply businesses. Our experience at Deluxe has been miserable lately. Workstations were assembled with broken glass dividers creating a safety hazard for all involved. Deluxe took 6 days to replace these broken items, and when they did so, sent an unprofessional crew that ended up leaving a permanent damage on the furniture. They came with screw drivers and had little regard to not denting or scratching the rest of the furniture. The management crew had contacted us to apologize for the inconvenience however failed short of fixing the issue at hand. Therefore, I have come to Google review to vent my frustration. There are many profesional suppliers in the city, Deluxe is not one of them. They sure are not worth the money spent on them. I will make sure to take my business elsewhere.
