The entire staff was great from even before arrival. Once I arrived in country, they picked me up to bring me around to their lots and show me some vehicles. Once we selected the cars, they staff did the rest. All that I was responsible for was the insurance. Not only was the process stress free, but the vehicles looked great upon delivery. If you take the driving course on Tuesday, expect your car on Thursday. We bought two and it's the only time I've ever bought a car and didn't feel completely ripped off. Thanks for your service ATC. Update: After being in country for a few months, I decided I wanted a very specific Japanese van to take back to the States. I originally asked if I could have assistance with the auction scene, but he asked me to give him a chance. In less then 48 hours, he found the vehicle from another dealership and negotiated the very fair price for the car. The had the seats upgrades and parts repaired without my even asking. In less then a week for start to finish the car was in my possession and I was driving it in the road. Very great place to work with, no matter what your needs or wants are.

ATC has an established positive relationship with Camp Zama, and provides a lot of up front service that makes to easy to navigate the process of registering and legally operating a car in Japan. When I got to Japan 4 years ago, I bought a very inexpensive and decent car from ATC, and was driving within two days of payment. When it came time to PCS and figure out how to off-load a different car, ATC gave me a fair deal in cash and took care of the final de-registration process and final taxes. I had cash in hand the next day. The owner is a very kind and genuine person, and he provides an outstanding service for Soldiers stationed on Camp Zama. No, you won't get the newest fanciest car, and he doesn't have the fancy lobby that the Nissan dealership has, but he does provide the easiest car buying experience in Japan and extremely low prices. In 4 years, I had zero mechanical issues with my ATC car. Highly recommend.

I will not reccommend buying a car from ATC. Before buying my car, they promised to fix some parts of the car like my interior lights and headlights but once we payed, they never fixed it and told us that the we should just bring it to the dealer for them to fix after waiting for a week to get our new car. They were very nice when pointing out what they will fix but once we payed, their attitudes changed immediately into a "not caring" attitude and just told us to fix the car someplace else.

Great service and fair prices. They offer 6 month warranty and will still help with repairs after that time period. They were extremely easy to work with and take care of all of the bureaucratic hoops you need to jump through to drive your car. A great alternative to buying directly from someone on Facebook.
