This Toyota car rental place is scam nest. As well as trying to scam out of money as well the most inefficient as well , on arrival to airport car hire desk that opens only at 8 am , having only 2 customers then driving us to this place that took 1h20min to serve 2 customers . Nobody speaks English, contracts only in Japanese. I booked add on CEP for road toll charges where as tourist pay fixed price , in returning car , this man got printout of all toll stations I've crossed and was checking manually about 2 min per entry ( there about 30 tolls ) started tonloose my patience, then tried to tell me that I was out of boundaries and charge me more , told him to prove it , long story short he could not and refuse to pay any more and was end of matter. By that time I missed 2 shuttle buses to airport and been told to wait for another for another 30 min . Told him to get lost and found my own way back. Terrible .

這次是要租車到群馬及長野方向. 原本在網上租車時未能選擇雪軚, 但到實際出發前幾日天氣才突然變冷下大雪. 我電話跟トヨタレンタカー羽田機場店方面聯絡. 雖然我知時間太緊迫, 也希望他們可以給我安排一下. 在來來回回一個小時對話及確認資料, 最終他們也可以給我安排一個方案, 雖然要多付點錢, 但起碼我可以繼續行程. 我在回程還車當日又因為在東名高速發生的四車相撞意外事件塞車而令我當晚未能在預定時間還車而跟トヨタレンタカー川口及羽田機場店員電話安排還車事宜. 他們都很專業及耐心地為我解決問題. 為他們帶了麻煩, 真的感到很抱歉. 所以我之前在日本租車, 雖然トヨタレンタカー的租車費用比其他租車公司高, 但我都仍會使用トヨタレンタカー的租車服務.

This returns station isn’t at Haneda Airport (International), please add another HOUR if you are going to return your car here. It’s 15 mins ride TO the airport and waiting another 20-30 mins for the pick up as well. Be warned!

규모도 생각보다 크지 않고 그다지 친절하다고 느껴지지도 않음 기본적인 영어는 가능했지만 한국어나 중국어를 하는 직원은 없는듯 했고 그나마 영어도 모든직원이 가능한것도 아니었음. 차량 관리 상태는 만족스러웠음. 다른지점에서는 일찍 반납하면 차액환불도 해주는거 같던대 그런것도 없었음.

看了前面google評論有點緊張，但要在羽田空港搭機也只能選這裡還車了。還車過程整體感覺還行啊，這家還附設加油站，直接開來還車就行了，等接駁車也一下子，15分鐘就到機場了，下次再來日本應該也還會選這裡。
