The gym itself is decent. Well equipped and a fair price. HOWEVER some of the clientele have poor gym etiquette. There is usually the same group of "bros" there who seem to all be friends as they chit-chat with each other, hog racks, and take sometimes over 10 minutes between each set! I've even seen some of them leave their squat racks while the BAR IS STILL PLATED to go talk with their friends! What rude behavior! If it takes you 10 minutes to recover from a set of squats, you need to lower the weight on the bar! Even before 5pm (rush hour), if this group of friends are here, it can be almost impossible to get a squat rack. I would advise finding a gym with a more well mannered clientele if you are the kind of person (like me) who goes to the gym to work out hard and GTFO as fast as you can, not chit-chat with everyone.

Not only her gorgeous face but also her patient care, she solved plenty of my issues and very supportive and responsive when she is offline. She is no doubt just the best option for you.

Great Gym! The gym is very large and has all the equipment you could ever need. Waiting is never a problem as there is 2 or 3 of almost every piece of equipment. The staff is very helpful, Kai signed me up and was very accommodating to the fact that my Chinese is very poor great job Fitness Factory …...

My visit there was great, customer service from Iris was very warm and welcoming. The equipment and environment were very clean and up to date. I am happy i meet here.
