A student area. Lots of good, reasonably priced small restaurants and shops. Fun to walk around. Usually stays open, safe, and lively until 10:00 or 11:00 at night.

Mostly students you can see here. Very nice to spend evening time for shopping.. there are so many restaurants here.. nightmarket was nice
