Stay away from this hotel ‼️ too dirty to be a 4 star chain hotel. Got catfished by their photos. 0. Strong disgusting smell the moment I opened the door, it was from the dirty strain and the Formaldehyde smell of the furnitures. 1. Lots of hair in the pillow, mattress and bedding. 2. Band aid found in bed. 3. Stains in pillows 4. Dirty walls 5. Didn’t even dare to use the shower as it’s too dirty so not sure if it’s working well. 6. Didn’t use their internet so not sure if it’s fast or not. 7. Called the front desk and they changed another room for me, still dirty, found dead mosquito on the bathroom door, wanted to take a photo but the cleaning lady wiped it off too quick and gave excuse like “sorry the cleaning lady has to clean 20 rooms a day she prolly missed this spot” lol I was like aren’t you the cleaning lady??? Isn’t this your job??? - You can see she missed wiping off the misquote legs, it’s still on the door, and the bloody spot. Lol ewww 8. The front desk ppl are very unprofessional they have been flirting since the moment I checked in. It’s so unprofessional and irresponsible that when I called to complain only the cleaning lady came but not them lol. This is unprofessional and unethical. AMEX pls get my refund. Thank you.

Stayed at Aerotel Beijing Airport Hotel expecting the basics: a clean bed, a working shower, and decent internet. Sadly, found hairs in the bed, a moldy shower that barely drained, and the internet? Unbearably slow, even by China's standards. The rooms were gloomy and unkempt with a constant disturbance from the outside. Honestly, you'd be better off saving your money and napping on the airport floor. It's practically the same experience.
