One star for the new premises. Well cleaned and easy access from the station. 1.Poor customer service Called so many times a day and it took me 2 weeks to connect only to tell me that they can’t answer that time. They ask my personal infos and told me that they will call back later that day. Waited another week but no returned calls. I called again they told me they didn’t get the memo. Also, I asked all the requirements, confirmed my appointment. They told me that all is set and I don’t need anything else! They cut the call before I ask another question. 2.No appointment I drove 5hours carrying my new born baby to tell me I don’t have an appointment. “Walk-in lang” speaking to the other staff loudly. Explaining that I need to wait last if I want to be assist. Took almost 3hours to be assisted. 3.Staffs convenient The next process will took a while and it will be their lunch break soon. So they advice me to wait outside and take a lunch. I did so but just getting started on my meal they ask me to get back and hurry because their “consul” needed to ask some questions. Got back answered one question that can be ask on the phone. Told me to wait another hour to get back and another hour on the premises again. 4.Rude attitude Carrying my newborn baby I hurried getting back as I was ask to.The “consul” ask one question I answered politely and he smirked not listening to my reason. “Filipino ka dapat Filipino rule!” “Mali sa batas yan” I’m not implanting any illegal on the law of the Philippines. I just did what I was told of the Japanese immigration on my processing Japanese citizenship using my Japanese name while in Japan. Goggling it I guess they didn’t know the Japanese law, and it should be implemented while staying here. In front of the other staffs and applicants the “consul” said “good luck na lang” (on a very rude way) smirked signed and walk away. 5.Extra cash I was ask to pay more for them to process it the same day. If not it will took more than a week and will need to get back again to continue the process.(processing date of birth). Other than that the documents will also cause much than written on the web site. So you will need to bring twice as needed. All you paid will not be on the receipt. They will mostly not give you any receipt at all. I had applied the same documents on Tokyo embassy. All though it’s hard to access they didn’t ask for extra money and the process was more smoothly. 6.Needed formats are not on the website It’s hard to find things on their website. I searched online that Tokyo embassy and other Philippine embassy’s abroad has a specific format. So I confirmed on the phone (which took me weeks to reach) if they have a specific format on a document. They told me that they don’t have it. I just need to prepare it and they will confirm on the schedule date. As said on the phone it was confirmed that it will be all good I just need to hand the 520yen letter pack that I prepared. But after a few days later they called to tell me that the “consul” won’t sign it unless I wrote another one on a specific paper. I asked if they can just add it on the site or send it on e-mail but they won’t agree. They didn’t ask but told me that they will send the specific paper along with the ones that they confirmed using the 520yen letter pack that I prepared. I will also need to buy another two 520yen letter back to send to them and put the other inside. I confirmed on the phone and showed them personally. Maybe it’s cheap for them but why should I use I pay for their obvious mistake? (The specific paper is same as in Philippine embassies website in tokyo. Only it includes “Tokyo”. )No special sign or anything so why not send no mail? 7.Passports are send by brown envelope I was asked to buy a brown envelope and stamps for them to use to send my passport. Other documents are put on a hard envelope while the passports are put on a brown envelope that can be easily open. Passports are very valuable and mine arrived with some pages folded. *Not all the staff are rude, some are considerate.*

Malinis ang Nagoya Consulate,bago kayo pumunta magpa Online Reservation muna kayo at Iprint ang Passport Application Form,Huwag kayo magdala ng Letter Pack ¥520 kapag Magpa-Passport kasi masasayang inde nila tatanggapin,¥575 or More na stamps ang kailangan na dala nyo at idikit sa brown envelope nagagata 3,sulatan na agad ng Name,Address at Contact number para inde na kayo mag susulat pag andun kayo,mabilis lng po matapos basta kumpleto na kailangan nyo,medyo malayo ang Family Mart kaya kung pupunta kayo Ipa-copy na ang kailangan na papeles…Sanay makatulong po sa inyo itong Review kopo,..

Im so happy to see some of my “ kababayan “ . The process of passport renewal was very fast. If you have all the documents it wont take 15 minutes. Thank you for your best assistance. It takes 10-12 minutes by taxi from Nagoya station. There is a subway station just a minute walk “ yabacho station” I just wish that they changed the requirements for passport renewal especially the personal appearance. I live very far I have work and I need to take an off from work which is unpaid off and buy train tickets plus bus and taxi which costs me more than ¥20,000 just for transportation. I was very exhausted I left home at 7:15 am and arrived at 7:45 almost all day out just for the renewal of my passport. Before I didn’t have to do this I just ship the requirements and fees but since they changed the requirements its a lot of effort and time.I am sure not only me is having this issue. I wish and hope they change for the consideration of those who lives very far especially those with small children and old parents to take care of and some with illnesses. New generation, need to be more convenient.

Went with my partner to help her with her spa and passport renewal. Easy to find location because of the Philippine flag and a lot of people outside. Really crowded on a friday with lines from the outside going in, so i suggest going on a normal day. I wasn’t able to go in because it was applicants only inside. Lines inside were not organized as per the experience of my partner. I suggest a number system or something like a security check to help control the crowd, just like in Osaka consulate. Social distancing wasn’t maintained and people suddenly went in when it stared raining. But one good point was the staff acted quickly when they noticed and organized the lines and people again. I also suggest completing the requirements before going because the nearest convenient store is a family mart of about 2blocks away. *update* SPA was not accomplished due to an expired passport, but passport renewal was a success. I was honestly shocked that processing time took a while(around 1hr for each transaction), expected it to be a lot quicker like before.

Rude and unprofessional male government employee at the notary window. I'm just trying to explain what I have been told regarding the affidavit for notary, and then he replied with a huge voice "Pinagpipilitan mo pa!". He scolded me when he could have explained it properly. He even scolded other people inside and mocked others who didn't know what to do. As a Japanese citizen who is half Filipino, this is my first time going to a Philippine government office in Japan. I'm disappointed with this kind of power harassment by Filipino government employees toward their clients, whether Filipino or non-Filipinos. I believe that just because a person is working in a government office, they do not have the right to scold or mock other people asking for a government service that is not even free and is being paid for. This kind of rude government employee behavior should not go unnoticed by higher officials, of whom I also have relatives. The DFA and Malacañang office should learn about it, and I will notify them.

I did a walk-in application on the first week of January 2024 at about 9:30 am for passport renewal (updating of surname) and the report of birth. The process took about 2 hours in total, staff were accommodating and polite especially the one at Passport phototaking section and at the civil registry. You have to prepare beforehand and complete the requirements listed online (clearly explained and stated at the site) and I was informed that they prefer to have ONLINE APPOINTMENT so to make sure that the application details were accurate as you are the one who will key in the needed info, though they accept walk-ins. It was my first hand experience at the Philippine Consulate General Nagoya. Overall it was a positive one!☺️ Just take note on the REPORT OF BIRTH wherein the translation is needed so we paid about ¥7,000 and for the PASSPORT RENEWAL is ¥8,400. Maraming salamat po smooth transaction sa Notarials Section, at sa pagSerbisyo nyo sa kapwa Pilipino. Sa mga Tumatawag na Hindi po nila Masagot, Ay dahilan po na Busy at may kausap po sila na mga Applicants, (napansin ko dun na ring ng ring ang phone) gustuhin man nila sagutin ay nasa gitna po sila ng conversation ng mga Aplikante, kailangan po talaga ng Mahabang pasensya po, at kung sakali pong masagot nila po ang tawag nyo, lalu na Between 2-6pm Ay siguraduhin nyo na po na maitanong nyo na lahat ng katanungan,.. at sa emails po, mag rereply po sila Asap, konting unawa nalang din po sa kanila dahil pinoprioritize po talaga nila ang mga may Appointments,.. Wag po tayo pumunta doon ng walang confirmed appointment po..Salamat po ulit.. dahil sa halip na 7 working days ay nakuha ko po ang SPA sa loob ng isang Oras, worth it po ang additional na bayad ¥1000 mahigit.. 受付は2階、基本女性1,2人が対応、上司っぽい男性がサポート?らしい。 客が並んでる時はフルで対応に当たる、とかは全く無い。喋ってる。 その男性は時おり待合席まで「何の用?」と聞いてまわってる。ポケットに手入れて。 最初は(国際)婚姻届に必要な書類を引き換え?に行くも、2時間待って(もちろん案内なし)結局パスポート・戸籍謄本では足りず住民票も要る、と。 2回目、それらを取寄せてメールで時間予約してから向かうが「普通に順番で呼ぶから座ってて」⁇ 今度こそと思ったら、前回言われなかった別の書類(25歳以下なのでその同意書??)が要ると。 結局本国から直接領事館に郵送してもらうだけで済むようにしてもらったが その間に男上司が(前回リスト渡してるんだからこっちは悪くない)的なことを対応した女の子に言ってるのが聞こえた。そのリストはA4にみっちり書いてある中から蛍光ペンで線を引いてもらって説明を受けるタイプで、もちろん説明漏れ。 で最後になって今日料金10500円払ってと言われる笑 最初に来たときに説明すべきやろ。 それかメールでもやりとりしてたんだからそこで1文だけでも入れられなかったん?笑 で支払いは1階。 最後の最後にほんとに笑いそうになったんだけど支払い窓口のおっさん、挨拶も、金額の確認も、お釣りの受け渡しも、最後のお礼も、文字通り一言も喋らなかった いくら“万事雑対応”“公職が高飛車”で有名なフィリピンでもヘローポくらい言えないもんかね?笑 フィリピン人の彼女も2階の対応で既に充分呆れ返ってたけど改めて顔を見合わせちゃったわ。 再度2階に戻り支払い証書を渡して終了。 全て揃ってから2週間、ビザも2か月前後かかると言われ、でしょうねぇとしか思えなかった笑 これが本国からの精鋭かぁ~ 素朴な疑問なんだけど東京とか大阪?の領事館もこんな感じなん? 事前に必要なもの聞きたくても電話はまったく繋がらず。 平日でも14時には閉まってた(通常なのかは不明)

Grabe staff dito pa feeling entitled. People who work with such pride na wala naman ambag with anyones lives is the exact reason why its so hard to be put in a good image as a Filipino. The moment I came in through the door, walang maayos na assistance. I went up sa matandang processor ng papers, I had to say ‘good morning po’ THREE TIMES. Before the man put his glasses and HIS PHONE down to service me.Pati yung bakla na nag ttake ng photos for the passport sobrang pa feeling entitled. Process was fast yes but, grabe nakaka hiya. Pa feeling entitled and pa feeling mas mataas sa kapwa nila filipino;leave that attitude sa Pinas. I get they were just doing their job but, nag pphone ka while at work, for sure naman walang bibigyan ng trabaho sa mabilisan na work sa imigration ng bingi at pipe diba?

Went there on August for my 1-week-old son’s ROB and application for passport. We called via phone to inquire and prepare the needed documents beforehand so we had complete requirements. It was a long 2-hour-wait but since they have a spacious room on the second floor and a nursing room, there was really nothing to complain about. I guess we were lucky too because there were only a few applicants during that day. The staff were accomodating and polite and clear with the procedures. All inquiries were answered accordingly. It was a calm consulate compared to the one in Osaka. We received my son’s passport exactly around 2 months as expected. Thank you for your service.

Irritating ang kahera . ilagay nila dapat sa front door " "exact amount only please" kung ano man transaction should be paid. parang nasa tindahan lang wala pang panukli kung gusto nila ng respeto mula sa mga applicants dapat mas may manner ang mga nasa windows lalo na sa kahera marunong sila mag ohayou gozaimasu at magpasalamat din. at ituro ng maayos sa mga applicants kahit may kamban lalo na sa mga elders malabo na mata magbasa. Huwag dalhin ang system of attitude dito sa Japan. Dahil dito ang mga public officials may manners.

si sir po na nasa step1 ng window for passport, maraming salamat po!! tinawag nya kami kaagad nung di namin malaman kung saan pipila chineck ung papers namin, nung nagkulang kami sa copy ng passport and copy ng ROB ng anak ko sabi nya bilisan nyo magpa copy kasi hanggang 1pm lang ung reservation nyo masasayang tapos nung nakabalik na kami agad nya kaming tinawag and inassist☺️ salamat po ulit sir sobrang smooth ng pag renew po ng passport namin☺️

Madali commute ang location. Malinis at maayos ang loob ng Embassy. Mabait at magalang,mahinahon magsaliga at mag explain ang Staffs lalo na sa 2nd Floor c Ma’am sa Civil Registry. Kaunting ayos nalang sa system sa Civil Registry dahil d poh na follow ang reservation online. Parang walkin na yung nangyari dahil kukuha padin ng number pagpasok kaya 1st come 1st serve ang nangyari. Overall Maganda poh ang experience namin sa Philippine Embassy Nagoya.

Nag renew po ako ng passort ko but I`m wondering why they did not return my old passport on the same day... usually po after nila butasan ibabalik nila sayo ang old passport po pero yong sa case ko hindi nila binalik. I’m from Kanagawa but went to Nagoya to renew my passport. The processing was so quick. I was told th le new passport will be recieved at my house after 2 months. But it only took a month to wait. Very poor customer service, they told us that they will call us back because the other line is busy to take our call. Been calling everyday no return calls everytime we called. These people doesn't even know how the customer service works, my papers will expire next month and yet still we can't get an appointment.

パスポート更新で訪れました。 パスポートの情報入力や写真撮影を担当してるお姉さんはとても親切で分からやすい言葉で説明してくれるから凄く助かった。 でも最初の受付するおっさんが感じ悪過ぎてかなり気分が悪かった。 早く着いたからトップっぽい方が、中に入って座っ待っててって案内してくれたのに… 9時になっても受付のおっさんがくっちゃべってるから座ったまま待ってたら、『表示見れば分かるだろ?何呑気に座ってるの?』とか言うし、郵便番号行けって言われて行くと閉まってるし、タガログ語分からないからから何言ってるか理解するの大変なのに早口で不親切な言い回しするからとても分かりにくかった。

Their delivery was one month late and and the staff were very rude. They told us that they called me when they definitaly did not. And When i was trying to make a complaint they started to yell at me and acted very rudely towards me and my family. So dissapointed.

嫁さんの、パスポート更新に行ったけど、領事館のホームページに、新しいパスポート返信用として(レターパック520)受け取り住所、名前記入済みとあったので 持っていったら、使わないとの事。結局、封筒(長形3号)に575円分の切手を貼り返信用になった。レターパック520が無駄になった。 使わないのなら、ホームページも修正してもらいたいものです。 他の手続きに来ている人をみたら、用意してきたレターパック520を持ち帰っていた。

パスポート関連で行ったら大体最初に予約やオンラインでやったかを聞かれるが大半、そこでオンラインのやり方を知らない場合その場で対応してくれます。 チェック後書類が足りない場合は足りないものを伝えてから一回返されます。 コピーが必要な物は近くのコンビニで揃えますがそれ以外で足りない場合はまた後日になるので注意。 ちょっと威圧感が有りますが、案内等等はしっかりしてくれました。

まず、車で行く場合、高くても良いなら近くに地下駐車場があります。路地に入り少し離れると終日1,200位のが有ります。1階奥にエレベーターあり。2階が受付です。飲食禁止。トイレは1階ですが室内なので不便。道端にフィリピン人の勧誘が居ますので軽く無視してください。近くに郵便局あります。年配の男性がアクセス権限がある現場責任者です。

一階の受付です。Web上から予約して行ったのですぐに対応してもらえました。日本語は通じないって思ったほうが良いです。タガログ語か英語ですね。証明書の認証ですが9時30分の受付で5日後に配送か特急料金を支払って当日か翌日受け取りと言われました。当日でお願いしたらお昼にできるとのこと。便利です。
