On the night of August 14 2017, in Tianjin Mainland China, a man with a rope is leading a dog to a pole. The dog is swung repeatedly in the air around the pole, and the dog is heard wailing. Witnesses said the man dragged the dog into a building about half an hour after the dog was abused and was suspected of being a resident of the neighborhood. The international community is appalled by the level of cruelty and the government's lack of response. While we understand there is no animal welfare laws, this is a PUBLIC SAFETY ISSUE as well. Those that abuse and harm animals WILL HURT people. Citizens have to bare witness to these cruel acts, you must open up an investigation and find this perpetrator now!! Do your job and get psycho's of the street!! We will share this with the world!
