過去に歯科クリニックを受診し、サービスを利用していましたが、最近ではクリニックでの経験に不満と不安を感じています。私自身が約半年間しか利用しておらず、妻も同様に利用していますが、自宅に健康保険証を忘れ、別の身分証明書を提供した際、スケジュール通りの治療を受けるために追加料金を支払うよう求められました。クリニックの方針を理解してはいますが、このような状況での柔軟性と理解に欠ける姿勢に失望しました。また、妻と私はこの問題で治療を完了できておらず、解決策を見つけるためのサポートを受けられなかったと感じています。今後は歯科治療のために他の選択肢を検討する予定ですが、このフィードバックが真剣に受け止められ、クリニックがポリシーや患者とのコミュニケーションを改善するための取り組みを進めてくれることを望んでいます。 I have been a patient at the teeth clinic and have used their services in the past. However, I recently had an experience that has left me disappointed and uncertain about continuing my treatment with them. Despite being a long-time patient and having my wife also use their services, I encountered difficulties when I forgot my health insurance card at home. Although I provided alternative identification, I was asked to pay an additional fee in order to receive my scheduled treatment. While I understand the clinic's policy, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and understanding shown in this situation. Additionally, my wife and I have not been able to complete our treatment courses due to this difficulty and we have not felt supported in finding a solution. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and that the clinic will take steps to improve their policies and communication with patients.

My husband had a terrible experience at another dentist's office that would have led to him losing his teeth. We were looking for a dentist that could work with non-native Japanese speakers, and we found Yamanaka Clinic. He was able to call and make an appointment in English, and the staff was very patient, supportive, and accommodating. They took the time to explain the treatment, answer his questions, and showed great concern for his well-being. They were also very empathetic and made him feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Most importantly, they were able to provide him with the care he needed and restore his confidence. We are grateful that a clinic with such qualified and trusted professionals is so conveniently located right off Kanayama Station. We highly recommend Yamanaka Clinic to anyone looking for healthcare professionals who take tremendous pride in their work and focus on treating people holistically.

Went on a Saturday. Arrived about 30 minutes early, because it was my first time. Reception staff was friendly and spoke English well. Was not expecting to go in early, but ended up being seen about 10 minutes before my appointment time. The dental assistant spoke great English, and was super friendly. We even laughed over a few silly things. I thought I was going to need a crown, but I ended up just needing a filling. The dentist spoke enough English that we could communicate well enough. Gave me my filling, and I was out the door about 45 minutes after initially being seen. This is my first cavity as an adult, so I can't really compare to other places. But I had heard so many stories about it taking multiple visits to get dental work in Japan. This place proves that is no longer necessarily true. I will be going back for cleanings and any future dental work. I highly highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a English speaking dentist, this is not the place! The assistant they offered up to translate had a basic level of both English and Japanese at best. The dentist’s English level was zero. If you look hard enough you will find dentists here in Nagoya with near native level English. I had an emergency root canal done here a few years ago. What a nightmare experience! Incompetence upon incompetence. Eventually lost the tooth and had to get an implant. Luckily found my present dentist who was trained at one of the leading foreign dental schools. When he pulled the tooth it was obvious that the previous dentist had drilled right through the root! I rarely leave bad reviews but I feel obliged to as warning to future victims. For any complex dental procedures please do your do diligence and find a competent dentist. Don’t be fooled by slick English websites.

I had cavity, I took an appointment because they have staff to understand and explain I went there for treatment , dentist filled my tooth. He said it finished I left the clinic In hours filling started coming out I called them they were at lunch break Went back at 2:30pm Kyoko san helped me she was really kind Dentist came and filled one more time It looked ok this time I felt he didn’t filled well corner of my tooth isn’t well I called clinic few minutes ago and asked to there secretary said they already closed I will never ever going that clinic

虫歯を飾り、被せ物をする治療をしました。 被せ物をつける際、唾液が溜まってしまい苦しい思いをしているにも関わらず、一向に吸引をしてもらえませんでして。 また、強く口角部分を引っ張られていたので、痛みが残りました。 高さを調節する際も、他の歯医者ではカチカチ噛むだけでなく、ギリギリ歯を動かしてチェックしてくれますが、カチカチするだけのチェックでした。何度か噛み合わせが悪いと伝えましたが、噛み合わせは合っている、これ以上は削りすぎと言ったようなことを言われたため、これ以上は何を言っても無理だなと思い諦めました。 案の定うまく噛むことができず、とても不便な思いをしました。 もう一度別の方に診ていただいたところ、作り直しになり、何度も足を運ぶことになって大変な負担でした。 また、今回の件に対して電話した際に、受付の方に経緯をお話ししたにも関わらず、治療の際には「高さの調整でいいですか？」と軽く聞かれ、全く情報共有ができていなかったため、大変不快でした。 結局最後まですみませんの一言もなく、全く信頼できなくなりました。 もうこちらの医院には行きませんし、他院に行かれることをおすすめします。

最低な歯科医（若先生）　技術も、人としても問題ありありです。今も苦しんでいます。3年ほど前に上の前歯2本を差し歯にした際、忙しさのあまり？噛み合わせを見る事なく接着してしまったので噛み合わせがおかしいと伝えたら、ほんの少し糸一本分削れば調子良くなると言い、信じられませんが、差し歯の方ではなく、自身の下前歯二本を雑に斜めに削られました。 そればかりか、差し歯の調子が悪く、長すぎるし、角張ったところを丸く調整してほしいと伝えたが、別に変じゃない普通の歯の形だからこれで大丈夫。あなたは神経質だねーと言われ、大変辛い思いをしました。その後、歯のクリーニングの為、別の歯科医院に転院、転院先の医師は、私が何も言っていないのに、この差し歯、長すぎませんか？角ばってるし、歯の形を直しますねと言ってあっさりと調整してくれました。その後ずっと山中歯科医院で雑に削られた前歯で頻繁に唇を傷つけてしまいます。繰り返すことによって口腔がんになるのではないかととても不安になっています、、今も口腔内の皮がめくれています、、本当に辛い思いをしています（泣）。最低最悪の歯科医院だと思います。

素晴らしいクリニックです。 検診とクリーニングのために初めて訪れましたが、歯医者さんは丁寧に説明された後に「今の話の中からでもその他でもいいですが、なにか質問はありますか？」とこちらから質問する時間をくださったので、聞けそうだったら聞こうと考えていた私でも質問しやすかったですし、歯科衛生士さんも親身になってひとつひとつの話を聞いてアドバイスをくださったので、今後どのようにしていけば歯を健康に保てるかイメージしやすかったです。 受付の方も明るく笑顔で対応してくださり、初めてのクリニックで少し緊張していましたが歓迎されているように感じられ診察を待っている間も居心地がよかったです。 すべて素晴らしかったですが、今回特によかったのはずっと気になっていた黒っぽいものが歯石であることがわかり、それを歯科衛生士さんに根気強く取っていただけたことです。 丁寧に扱っていただいたことによって、手のかかることではありますが、これからはより歯磨きに気を配りたいと思いました。 こちらにお世話になってよかったです。 ありがとうございます。

子供の欠けた前歯の奥に新しい歯みたいな白いのを見つけて欠けた歯を抜いてもらいに行きました 歯科助手の人には状況をきちんと伝えたのですが、治療をした院長が何故か隣の歯の白いのを見てその日は傷ですねと言われました。 治療後に隣の歯が抜かれた事に気づいて後日また見てもらったら欠けた歯の奥の白いのがやっぱり歯に見えると言われました 間違えた歯を抜いてしまった事を認めて欲しかったのですが 歯科助手との意思の疎通が、、、と何度も繰り返し間違えた事を認めてくれなかった 抜かれた歯が乳歯だったのでまだ大丈夫でしたが抜いて欲しくない歯を抜かれて子供がかわいそうでした 結局 欠けた歯は抜かなくても勝手に抜けて次の歯が修正されて行くので大丈夫と言われましたが何しに歯科医へ行ったのか意味がわからない

I recommend you specifically ask for Dr. Yusuke Yamanaka for English conversation. I’ve had my consultation, cleaning, and wisdom teeth extraction which all went well.

大切な歯の神経を無断で抜かれました。 抗議をするも、4年目であるという若い担当歯科医はヘラヘラと軽薄な態度で、非常に不愉快な思いをしました。 その後、根管治療を行いましたが日にちが経っても痛みが一切引かず、それどころか時間の経過とともに痛みが増しております。 精神的・身体的に負担が掛かり、非常に辛い状態です。 友人の外科医に尋ねると、根管内の洗浄・消毒が適切ではなく、細菌が残っていた可能性を指摘されました。 何度も開けられるものではないが今回は開けるしかないと言われ、納得出来ない気持ちです。 現在、担当弁護士への相談も真剣に検討しております。

治療を行ってもらいましたが、小さなミスが多かったり、先生が助手にタメ口だったり、1回の治療が短く何度も通わないと行けなかったりと行く度に不満、不安がうまれました。 治療内容も1.2回目に説明されたきりで、その後自分が何の治療をどこまでやってるのか分からないまま通っていました。 治療後は「○時間は食べないでね」とフォロー入れたり鏡で治療箇所の確認するとかがあるものだと思ってましたが、こちらから聞かないと一切なかったです。 助手の方も話しやすい方が1人居ましたが、その方以外は不機嫌そうな様子だったのが気になりました。

I had a great experience. Many workers there could speak English. They did a great thorough job unlike most other dentists I have visited in Japan, where they seem to want to get you out as quickly as possible. Very friendly staff, etc. Happy I found them.

worst dentist, they told me to get an inlay even though my tooth was fine, then i ask how much, they say 5000yen, but that inlay broke, so i get another one but it breaks again, eventually they finally explain the low quality they use break …

大先生(おおせんせい)がまだ若先生の頃から通っています。昔の銭湯の前の団地の5階の物です。数年前に大先生に自宅まで来て頂き、母の歯の型を取って頂きましたが先月、母は亡くなりました。その節はありがとうございました。今私は定期健診で4ヶ月に一度通わせて頂いています。2月に伺う予定でしたが、都合つかず日程変更をお願いしましたが、4月までいっぱいですと言われ、仕方なくキャンセルしました。また近々予約させて頂きます。とても流行っていますが私は丁寧にやって頂いていると思います。

子どもを連れていきましたが、衛生士さんはとても良かったが医師は合わなかった。持病がありそれに伴う歯への影響が心配だったが、｢そんな事聞いたことない｣で一笑。あまり聞かない病気だから知らなくて当然かもしれませんが、それならば調べるべきでは？問診に記入してあるのだから調べる時間はあったはず。先天異常(エナメル質の形成障害)として某歯科大学主任教授が発表された中にあります。 大人の虫歯やクリーニングで通われる分には良いのかもしれませんね。

Wow what a dentist! Everyone speaks English well! I went for toothache. Doc check a la minutes and remove my winsdom tooth, without pain and issues. Clean, extra great equipment, free parking! Very highly recommended!

Great dental clinic, perfect English support. My teeth are nowhere near perfect, but they've been very understanding and helpful. They make it very clear what is a permanent fix, and what is delaying the inevitable.

They took a lot of time to do a thorough job. They were nice and professional and accommodated me on short notice. And, of course, English speaking, which was super important. Couldn't recommend them more.

以前の先生は親身になって話をしてくれたが、今の先生は全然。 椅子を倒す時に何も言わずに倒され「あっ、びつくりした？」と言われ、とても嫌な気分になった。 その後もタメ口で疲れてる様子の医師。なぜそのような態度を取られたのか分かりませんが不快な気持ちになった。 一時的な被せ物が高さが他の歯に比べて高いのか食事する時にちゃんと最後まで噛みきれない。 治療が終わったら他の歯科に変えようと思う。

Absolutely great dentists here. I am really impressed. Also, everybody speaks English and stuff is super kind. Dentists do not have time to chit chat but I do not care about that. Recommended!

丁寧さに欠けています。流れ作業のような治療、必要のないクリーニング、説明不足、患者の話に耳を傾けず、親身になってはくれません。 スピード重視の方ならいいでしょう。ただ、1回が短時間なので無駄に回数多いから忙しいと辛い。その分再診料も入るので、クリニックとしてはいいでしょうが。 定期検診レベルならいいと思いますが。 自分には合いませんでした。 前の先生は、もう少し良かった。

以前、ここの歯医者さんにお世話になりました。説明もわかりやすく、治療も上手でした。とくに親知らずを抜くのが痛みが少なく時間も短かくてよかったです！抜いたあとも大きく腫れたりしなかったので大満足してます！また、ここで私の祖父の入れ歯を作ってもらったのですが食事が快適にとれるようになったと大変喜んでいます。今後とも家族でお世話になろうと思ってますのでよろしくお願いします！

If good service and English speaking are the only things you're looking for it's okay. But be careful with the sales tricks! I had some bad experiences.

It was a very good experience. They helped in filling out some important paperwork for me. The English speaking staff were very nice and accommodating.

クリーニングで数回通いました。スタッフさんは良い方で先生も特に気にならなかったけど、クリーニングがスピード重視って感じで割り切って行ってたけど何回かして貰って以降、歯の裏側にずっと違和感が残ってしまった。(舌で触ってしまって舌先も傷つく) 他の歯科で治してもらうつもりです。

岩⚫︎⚫︎はダメ！変なメガネのせいか根っこ直らないし痛いしにらむし、質問したら変なとこでデカい声で笑ってゴマカす？しなんか怖い。転職繰り返してるとスタッフさんから聞いた。なんせ治らん！治療？何してるかわからん！

親知らずをものの10分ほどであっという間に抜歯していただきました。 手際が良く麻酔も痛くない。歯根膜を剥がす時のメリメリ音も少なく気が付いたら抜けて口の中に転がってました(笑) ありがとうございました。

つよくお勧めします！ スタッフの皆さんは親切だし、雰囲気もいいし、お客さんの扱い方もいいです。 先生はとてもやさしく念入りに治療していただいた。 これからもずっとこのクリニックにします！
