Friendly staff, super helpful and patient - I was traveling with young children. Fantastic English. Recommended but didn't aggressively push the etc card. I was driving to Fuji and glad I took it. NOTE to people looking for it: they moved in Nov 2022. Ignore old advice on Google reviews about floor B2 / Godiva / police station; The pin on google maps was actually in the right place (within ~50m) for me. Be wary of locals too; JR staff and the police tried to send me to the old location before someone finally sent me in the right direction. As of Apr 2023 they're in the "south" block of the Odakyu Ace shops on floor B1 (same level as the exit gates from the trains - note this is different from the big Odakyu shopping centre located at street level nearby). If you come out of the train exits (Google labels it as exit 3) and there's a semi-covered loop road with buses and taxis and stuff, you're in the right vicinity (road pattern looks a bit like a pretzel on Google maps). Facing away from the exit gates, you want to be looking left. They're relatively easy to find if you wander round the block of shops. From memory there was a "Jins" directly opposite. If you find a Godiva or police station, you're probably in the "north" block of shops; try the other side of the loop road. Good luck!

I have been renting cars around the world for over 45 years! The rental company and any company that provides a service is not measured in quality in a normal situation, but in an emergency situation. On 4/19/23 I rented a car, the whole process was courteous, welcoming and a staff member even drove my car out of the complicated parking lot. But later I was involved in a car accident in Tokyo, the nightmare in a foreign city for every car renter. The police officers were also very kind, but I want to take this opportunity to thank the staff member who identified himself as YOKI who was sent from the company to the scene of the accident. In addition to being an excellent English speaker, the guy saved literaly the rest of my trip later in Japan. He made sure to calm me down, drove me back to the company's offices, efficiently handled everything The paperwork and the credit, and even took me to the Shinkansen train station, and waited with me at the platform, and made sure that I would arrive at the scheduled next city Kusatsu and speak to the Hotel in my behalf that I arive very late in night. I have never encountered such kind service. Nissan, for me, you are the #1 rental company.

Friendly and helpful staff, who tried to accommodate to my checks and requests. Masashi, a guy at the counter, was able to converse well in English and made the rental transaction smooth. Car (E Note) was clean and being a hybrid kind of car, was very fuel economical. No issue with the car during my short 2 days rental. Foreigners should note that the shop is an actual shop at the basement level of a shopping mall. It's not the typical by-the-roadside kind of shop and many people have had problems finding it, looking at the wrong areas. Look for Lotteria Cafe or JINS optical shop or Cafe Miami and you'll see the car rental shop more readily.

I had a hard time finding the office and spent around 15 minutes searching for it. Toll fees in Japan are quite costly. The staff's service attitude was below average. During the pickup, I was informed about the petrol stations located nearby, but was unaware that it was mandatory to purchase fuel from those specific stations. As a result, I was charged per kilometer from the petrol station I used.

The place is really difficult to find, had to pay extra for snow tyres insurance, the car we book was basic not even a usb charger, we made the best 2 day trip to mount fuji, and went to see the snow monkeys, just to make you aware tolls will cost you over £150, in total it cost £300 for 2 day rental, just bare that in mind but cheaper and worth the freedom of an organiser coach trip

Service is good. Location bit hard to find. Easier if you go via above ground - there is an elevator for the train station nearby Keio department store, opposite bic camera. Once you get down, it’s just across on the right The car I got was so so though. Seemed like some pretty old school model. Would have expected better given the one way surcharge I paid.

還車困難,先到西口處,找附近西口的停車場, 往下到b1再近b2停車場，然後到D區停在右邊，nissan在information center的對面 Find site to return car with google at west side of station, then find nearby parking lot with google, go down stair to b2, and find 'D' area and park aside. Nissan service was right opposite to information center.

受付の対応が非常に悪いです。お店の場所が分からず電話をした時の対応から、車返却時の対応まで全てが悪いです。 正直、他店の日産レンタカーはもっと良い対応のところが多いので、驚きました。 また、受付と車対応スタッフの連携が取れておらず、手続きに非常に時間を要しました。 更に、既に返却時の確認を地下で済ませ、レシートのチェックも終わっているにも関わらず(レシートはもう大丈夫ですと言われた)受付でもう一度全てチェックとは？？ 地下での確認はなんの為に行われたのですか？？連携不足すぎます。 駅からのアクセスが良く便利なだけに、この対応は残念でなりません。

Not that hard to find when you know what to look for. Great english speaking staff. Look at the picture for a good tip. Look for this sign and go down the stairs. It will be right before the parking lot entrance. It is sort of out of sight.

Great service but it was diffucult to find for me. Go to the west wing of the station, it is on the b2 floor of the Odakyu department store in the parking lot. Look for this flower shop and go down these stairs.

It is indeed hard to find. Come down any staircase above ground near the location on the map. The sign is hidden by a brick pillar but the store is right across from JINS and next to cafe Miami. Don’t give up!

新宿西口地下駐車場(地下2階)に店舗があるため初見だとたどり着くのは少々難しい。 行きの場合JR西改札から出てタクシーロータリー方面へ向かい、ドトール(地下2階)の案内看板がある階段を下ると考えていればなんとかなる。 帰りの際は新宿西口地下駐車場に入ってグルグル回っていれば着く。(グーグルマップで指定すれば近くまで案内してくれる。) 車両の状態や接客も良いです。

乗り捨て返却だったが、場所がさっぱり分からなかった。HPの住所が不親切過ぎる。 ・新宿西口地下駐車場内。駐車券を取ってそのまま入る。 ・「D」エリアへ向かい、小田急のカウンターが見える車寄せで適当に駐車。 ・良く見ると隠れるようにレンタカーの窓口あり →見栄えが悪いからつけないのかもしれないが、駐車場の入口や場内の地図に目印位つけてくれないと本当に分からない。

HPにも行き方が書いてありますが、JRの西口から外に向かう途中の右手にあるGODIVAの後ろの階段を降りたら着きます。駅からめちゃくちゃ近くて良いです。 出発、到着は西口のぐるぐる回るところを使って駐車場を出入りするのでちょっと分かりづらいかもしれません。 あと受付が狭く1組ずつなので、タイミングが悪いと10-15分待たされます。

Hard to find - it's downstairs in the car park, so ask for car park as you're trying to find directions for here. It's floor 2BF. Staff are somewhat unfriendly.

ホームページの場所案内は更新されていないので、信用してはいけない。場所は小田急地下二階駐車場。3人もスタッフいるのに2人は突っ立ってるだけで非常に回転が悪く、予約して来店しているにも関わらず20分待たされる。また、カーナビの位置情報が全く合っておらず、使い物にならなかった。

It's at basement 2 at one corner of the station. Address should indicate so. Service is Japanese standard, polite and thorough.

Quite hard to find! You have to go down inside the roundabout into the car park and then find their desk from the inside!

make sure you get the insurance to cover all damage! They check very thoroughly on every small dent and paint chip

新宿駅西口のロータリー地下駐車場に事務所が有ります。新宿駅改札出てから直ぐの場所、この駐車場からレンタカー出入りします。
