The lady in charge of dealing with customers really needs to learn how to speak to people. She was rude because she is either unaware of how she sounds or she just thinks that she can treat people in any way she wants to just because we need a visa. I understand that I am not entitled to a Swiss visa and it is the embassy's decision whether to grant it or not. However, I do not see why I should be spoken in a rude way by their employees. Maybe the people in the embassy are not aware of this attitude from their employee, so there it is, I hope they deal with this appropriately.
