This is the oldest expat bar in Zhengzhou. Perhaps one of the few that is largely expat. LaoWang is the owner. He is very personable, very laid back and just an all-around cool human being. If Zoe makes you a hamburger, you'll think you…...
Lao Wang is a great guy. I’ve had many a beer in his pub growing up. Plus finishing the night off with a couple of free shots with Lao Wang, himself. Great memories, better company.

There are a handful of bars at this location. All are friendly enough. I couldn't work out which one was the Target Pub.
Closed for renovations. But, there is a collection of lovely bars on the other side of the street.
The only happening place in Zhengzhou!
