God awful. Trying to call them up and they are always closed, even though it is not a holiday, nor have they stated they are closed on the website. More annoying is that you have to go through a five minute menu just to be informed of this by some RP pronunciation. Tried to contact them by other means, but no response.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff, misleading website information, unresponsive emails. I called them for guidance and at every opportunity they try to force you off the phone. No care what so ever for British National Expat community here.

Currently my favourite British embassy anywhere in the world. It's a classic building with an amazing history but most of all it's the people that make it special, from the ambassador to the cleaners, they're all top drawer folk.
