고려대학교 공과대학이 사용하는 건물입니다. 2017년부터 사용하기 시작한 공대 건물중 가장 새 건물입니다. 1층에는 실험실과 학과 동아리실, 지하 1층에는 강의실과 컴퓨터 실습실, 3층에는 라운지와 스터디룸 등이 있으며 많은 수의 공과대학 소속 연구실들과 공과대학 소속 교수님들의 연구실이 자리잡고 있습니다.

고려대 공대의 산실~~ 신공학관 건축 이전에는 대부분의 공과대학 학과들이 있었지만 지금은 절반 수준만남음 공대 학사행정실, 학장실 등이 1층에 있음
