The security at the gate are the worst .Lowlife motherfukers .Especially the Arabic guy and the two Nigerians guys. I came to the club on 27 August at around 3 Am to spend money and have fun . I met some girls outside and I asked if I could pay for their tickets and they accepted but the Nigerians guys told me it’s not allowed . I was like ok then the Arabic guy approached me I said don’t I have rights to speak with the customer. He was like who are you to question me , I will make sure you don’t go inside and I will show you your rights . I was like ok call the manager . He refused . I said ok I will book a VIP he said I’m the boss here you won’t go inside …. Really those gate staffs need to have a life it seems they’re very unhappy with their job . Well I have been inside many times at VIP . I will recommend anyone to go in . please ignore the foreigners gate staffs especially if you’re a foreigner. They seems underpay and unhappy especially if you seem well to do . … The management needs to handle them else customers will run away … everyone should try Raise Nightclub Ginza it’s the best . I will never be back and will carry all my party friends to Ginza etc

Visited 2023/8/26 11:00pm A Japanese female staff with long hair at the bar counter was pretty unpleasant. She didn’t have manners unfortunately. According to her, there’s no drink menu that I can take a look at and she doesn’t speak English, so she kept saying I should order drinks in Japanese. Thought this was an international club from the states. My friend got pissed and told her she’s being rude. Then, she threatened to kick us out. I just hope she learn to enjoy serving customers instead of being arrogant. With that attitude, her life will be just miserable and sad… Girl, you can change! I believe in you♡

I wouldn’t even give one star. If owner or manager of this club reading this review make sure to change your security guards, they are extremely rude, picking up fights with people in line, and basically disrespectful for no reason. They are putting flashlight in front of people faces and very unfriendly. I have seen many people leaving the line just because of the extremely rude security guards outside. Soon there will be a police complaints against because security guards are putting hands on people and it is crime to touch someone or to harass customers.

Came into VIP, someone threw up on my clothes on the Vip section and all over the couch. They said they would charge me for me to leave and take a shower and change clothes because I felt absolutely disgusting being vomited on. Worst service I’ve ever received from an establishment. I was told that the guy that liked on me was my customer, not the establishments. I was told they were gonna help me until I complained about that. Lies and probably racist to be honest. Guy at the front working security with the crooked nose is a piece of trash

DJs are sometimes good and sometimes just soo bad omg like no transition and would just change the song immediately. the place is nice but I had higher expectations for supposedly one of the best clubs in Tokyo. edit: I’ve actually came here a lot after my first review lol it really just depends on the day. Thursdays are for techno and it’s lit. not so crowded like it is on friday and saturday. rappers perform here some time to time like lil uzi, central cee, kid cudi, ty dolla sign, jp the wavy were recent.

20000払って入りましたが、入ったのが遅かったため、扱いが後から来た6,000円の人達と同じでした。自分も本来ならVIPルーム入れるのですがアーティストを前からみたいために真ん中枠にいました。Dababy登場とともに人混みもやばくどんどん後ろから押され、一番恥にいた自分はVIPのとこに入りかけてました。そしたら酒盛り上げ女が邪魔だというように何回も押してきました。口で説明すればこちらだって不快な思いはしなかったです。 従業員も一緒になって楽しんでいて、仕事して無い感じでした。セキュリティーにあいつは邪魔だと言ったのか遠回しにセキュリティーに注意されている姿を指差しながら笑われました。ちゃんと働いてたのはセキュリティーの外人さんのみ。 チケットを拝見してVIP入れるようにするとか対応を分けて欲しいです。 本当金持ち、外国人向けの質の低いクラブ

Bad experience with the tourists. Cover is almost $40pp, and I'd you you are in summer and wearing shorts they will charge $60 pp. Security was so rude. If you don't have money or maybe your money is not enough , to have a good night, please do not waste your time and don't worry to come here Bad place to stay

If only bartenders would be consistent and smiling, saw another 1 star review complaining about a female bartender threatening to kick them out because they didn’t order in Japanese. Had a similar experience with a male bartender when another and a female stepped in to save the situation. Ended up being a good night. Coming back tomorrow :)

The DJs would change the music whenever people were dancing. It became like a comedy routine after a while. It was that awful. The area to dance was really small. The staff was excessively rude. Just chill out, employees. Why are you so angry all of the time? I enjoy clubbing, but this club was downright terrible.

Miles was amazing, couldn’t ask for anyone to make a better drink for me…wish I knew about this place when I first came To Japan, i leave tomorow and want to come back For the music the atmosphere and the drinks. Also miles is alright

店内で落とし物をして、お問合せの電話をし、営業後の朝10時から12時の間じゃないと忘れ物のお問い合わせは受け付けないと言われて、翌朝10時半に電話。 呼び出し音が終わるまでならしても出ない。(2回かけた) 今まで2回行ったけど他のクラブのスタッフより全体的に対応が雑。 ただ地下2階の白人のバーテンはマシな人だった。 1OAKは行くたびに嫌な思いしてるから、いくら海外の有名アーティストがよく来る店でももう行こうとは思わないです。

Always a pleasure here the music is really good And the toilets are always super clean.The Bouncers are super friendly especially one named sedorf he knows how to handle clients always with a smile

It used to be my favourite club, and now it's a new one, so happy about that! Great music, great atmosphere. Love it!

VIPに入り注文しようとしたら英語話さないと注文したらダメと意地悪な女の日本人スタッフから日本語で言われました。今、日本語で話してるのにどういうルールのクラブなんですか？ 親切なスタッフもいたのでとても残念で、英語が堪能な人だけが行けるクラブです♡

前評判を見て覚悟の上で行ったので、まあ楽しめたかな。Ty Dolla $ignめあて。すし詰めだったけど水の支給があって助かった。
