Osaid, did his job well. I was charged $250 (in the end, I paid $215) for a deadbolt to be installed which I provided….. yup! The job took 10 mins & once he was done & the payment was sent via Zelle (expect to have a photo of your ID taken???) he seemed to not want to leave because I noticed he was shuffling my box of trash in the corner.. I questioned him so he put the box down and he insisted I open my phone to google so I could write a review about him… (he wrote his name in this review) he then hovered over me so I stepped back & told him I would do this review when I have time & thanked him a third time. He said he needs me to write a review so he could send the screenshot to his boss. He persisted about the review so I literally had to ask him to leave, rudely. The 3 workers I had upstairs were just as surprised as me at his behavior especially when I pointed him out the door which he kept deflecting. I wish I could write a better review about the company but this was my experience. I didn’t appreciate the pushyness or being overcharged for the deadbolt installation. Although, guy was nice!

Weird experience — the technician came and did the service that was asked for perfectly fine and quickly. He got my car door open cuz I was locked out, fixed my key that wasn’t working and programmed a new key for me. Problems: - on the phone the guy gave me a quote but once the tech arrived and after he’d already done all the work, told me the price was double. So that was annoying. - when I went to pay, I had to use zelle and needed his name for zelle and he wouldn’t give me his name. So that was weird. He just said “put locksmith, it doesn’t matter the name”. Super sketch to me. He said it was his brothers zelle cuz a name came up and I said is that you? - just now I got a “follow up” call and the guy said he heard I was upset about the pricing misunderstanding, I told him about it, and then he said he can offer me 10% off next service and I needed to send him a screenshot of the payment I made over zelle. I said no thanks that sounds super weird. so he said ok have a good day. Anyways I still don’t know if I was scammed or not, hopefully not.

The technician was great and that's the only reason I'm giving them a single star. The office personnel are just about the most unprofessional group I've ever dealt with in a business to business type relationship. After he completed his work and we paid paid for the service, with a company credit card, the technician told us the office people will email us a receipt. I waited two day and nothing. I called them three days in a row asking for a receipt and each time was told they would email it as soon as it was done processing or "you'll have it by the end of the day". Seriously, how long does it take to print a receipt and email it. It's now been a week since the work was done and still no receipt. They won't be getting any of our future business. Maybe they aren't prepared for a B2B type of relationship but if that's the case, they shouldn't take the job working for a business.

Went to this locksmith in hopes of getting our key fixed after a cop broke our key in the ignition. Had to get the whole ignition replaced and paid out $350 dollars just for it to break down less than a week later. We had to call again just for the guy to give us attitude and insist that he did the job right and that it had to be something that we did. Had to call the office just for him to finally come out here a full day after he had promised! Realized it was because he put on the wrong cover and fixed it. At least I thought it was fixed until the car is not turning on AGAIN! I should NOT have to call 3 times just for the damn car to work!!! Dude needs his locksmith license revoked! If I do not get this resolved TODAY I will be contacting the locksmith licensing agency in Hillsborough!!!

SCAM ARTIST PLEASE READ...Ok let me start here, they showed up at my house because I locked my self out of my house with my pet, the tech showed up within 20 minutes or so, we were told that the tech was in the area, as soon as he showed up I was told by thech that I had a smart lock, ( I just barley replaced my door and locks from home depot) my door lock is a normal lock..the tech then tried to pry my windows open..I told him they were locked from the inside , he tried 2 different windows..then he asked me if he could break my lock..it's brand new..I told him no and I called a family member to come with a key 1 1/2 hrs away.. he still charged me 30 dollars for nothing...what a scam thus place is running....stay away from thus place . And yes it was all recorded on my ring camera's...

DO NOT USE THEM! I got a key fob from them on a Thursday… by Friday it no longer worked! Several hours of waiting the tech shows up and says there’s nothing wrong with the key…. Even though it’s displaying damaged key on my dash… magically the key worked one time to get me home. Then It worked no more. I called them out Saturday - after 7 hours they showed up told me there was nothing wrong with the key fob - instead tried to say it was my car.. even though again, the message read damaged key … it worked two more turns- Monday it worked no more- I called them- they never came… ended up having to have my car towed and spent hundreds more on another key fob from the dealership. They won’t refund my money they won’t return my calls….

DON'T CHOOSE THESE GUYS OR PAY IN CASH AND ASK FOR A QUOTE BEFORE COMMITTING I was going to leave three stars due to how fast this guy came to unlock my car. I was charged $175 which is a ripoff, and this guy Mohammad A. joked about how many times a day he helps people unlock their cars. Robbery. The scam is when I checked my bank account and saw that I was charged an additional $46.94 the very next day. It came out as a personal transfer to someone named Mohammed Chliha who I do not know at all and who I never agreed to pay by any means. I was at work all day and never spent a dime, never swiped my card. Cash App is compromised. These are shady people who will smile in your face and steal from you.

It took him less than five minutes to gain entry and he was fair and upfront about pricing. **Couldn't help but notice the 1 Star reviews for this company share a common confusion/unreasonable expectation by expecting a technician to show up in 10 minutes after they call for service. Get real; 10 minute commitment is to make an entry to the locked space folks. **

If you are a business, do not use this company. I waited for almost a month for them to send me a credit card receipt only to get a screen shot of an SQ receipt by phone, which they could have sent over 3 weeks ago. These receipts are not acceptable for expense report purposes. They do not show credit card payment, nor do they show the service performed. Need them for personal use, fine; business use, not fine. Also, I 100% agree that the office staff is rude and impersonal.

The only reason for two stars is just because I am happy I am inside my place. I was given a range from $70-$100 over the phone and advised that someone will be here to help in 15minutes. It ended up being 40 minutes wait time and was said that the charge is $120. I said that is should be between 70 to 100 as mentioned and he asked for $100. He said he was hungry and needed water but I gave him two Gatorades. I don’t know if I will ever refer the service from this place.

I have never given a review and the only reason I’m giving this one is I don’t want anyone to deal with what I went through. I was given a price over the phone and when the guy gets there it’s double. My window was damaged and when I call the office the manager was extremely rude. Will never recommend this company. I also sent pictures and was told it was like that. Crazy part I just not my windows done on a new truck . The worst company.

Will was not only punctual, but he was friendly about the whole situation! I got my keys, purse and phone locked in the car after what was supposed to be a quick donation drop off. After he showed up it took less than 3mins to rectify the entire situation. I couldn’t be more thankful for his service and understanding. Thank you, Will!!

The staff was very friendly and informative at the office. The tech called and kept me in the loop on his arrival time. He was very professional in talking with my staff and was able to open the safe without having to destroy it. I would suggest getting a quote from them before they do any work but otherwise they are 5 stars!!

My daughter broke her key fob while on campus. I googled key fobs and TAMPA and 10 minute locksmith came up first Carl came out at in no time had a new key fob made and ready to go! He was nice kind friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them, and will be using them again to make keys for my brother’s car.

I drive a Lexus these guys didn’t save me money, charged just as much as the dealership for a key fob and gave me a cheap knock off key fob not OEM (says that’s extra). What was suppose to be same day took a month to get my physical key for manual entry. Spent over $500 Customer service not the best here.
