I rented a car for 2 weeks from them, so here is what they did: - They delivered the car to my hotel. - offered a child seat for free. - They offer unlimited milage. - They served customers during weekends and Eid festival (when all other agents were closed). - We had many suitcases, so few did not fit in the car before driving to another city, they offered to store the suitcases at their office for free. - While in the other city, my contract ran out, they never bothered me, when I called they just said I can settle it when I'm back in Casa. - They came to me with the suitcases in another car after my return. - They took the car and returned it while I was enjoying a meal at a restaurant to correct the air pressure in the tiers for me. - They offered to send 2 drivers in another car with me to the airport for the extra bags, the other driver would drive back my car after my departure. They also offer cars with drivers, and free airport pickup and drop off. Try to get these services for free from Budget, Avis or Sixt. I found Amine to be a hard working gentleman, answers the phone and ready to serve at any time. and cares about his business' reputation. Just remember: that they charge less when paying cash , and the car does not come filled up (but then you can return it empty too). I visited their office several times (for child car seat, renewing contract etc.), and overheard their phone conversations with clients and actually met other clients, these guys are legit, and do all they can to create repeat business. Some independent car agents, form a relation with you to charge you more. But these guys when they form a relation with you, they serve you better and ask you for referrals. Negotiating with them is reasonable and pleasant. I definitely recommend them.

Des incompétents. J'ai fait une réservation en ligne sans jamais recevoir de mail de confirmation. Je fais donc le déplacement sur place pour voir ce qu'il en est et je suis accueillie par trois idiots (excusez le terme) qui sont incapables de donner une réponse ou de renseigner le client sur LEUR travail. J'essaye de faire la réservation d'une voiture on me dit qu'il faut venir le jour même quand je leur demande si la voiture sera disponible on me répond on ne sait pas (nta ou zehrek) alors que la raison même de mon déplacement est de faire la réservation et que le seul moyen d'être sur d'avoir la voiture est: la réservation. Chose qu'ils proposent de base sur leur site internet. je leur demande s'ils ont besoin d'argent ou document pour que je puisse réserver et on me répond encore non viens le jour J et tu verras si la voiture est la. Pour couronner le tout on se moque du client et devient expert en sarcasme. Jamais je ne ferai appel a eux.

I submitted my reservation 2 months prior to my arrival. Once close to the pick up date, they reached out to me to confirm that the car will be waiting for me at the airport. The car I received was new and very clean. The agent was so professional and quick with the paper work. They are also very responsive in case you have any questions. I was hesitant at first but now I can definitely recommend 1Service Car. ------------ This is my second review, and I wanted to provide an update on my experience with 1Servicecar. 1Servicecar is a professional, punctual, and reliable car rental company. Despite not finding the car I initially wanted, their communication through Whatsapp was excellent. They delivered a car to Fez on time and the pick-up and drop-off processes were quick. Although their prices may be higher than some other agencies, their reliability sets them apart. I highly recommend 1Servicecar for their excellent service.

Guys are legends. Rented a car for a week for pickup and dropoff at Casa. One of the lads met us there and did the whole checkout process in the parking lot. Same thing when we dropped off. There was a bit of the issue with their card machine connecting but we did some team troubleshooting and percussive maintenance and it worked itself out. Two things to know: they give you the car but you have to pay to get it out of the lot. It's a tiny fee (it seems like they drive there to pick you up, so the car is only in the lot for less than an hour) but the airport only takes cash so make sure you have some Euros or Dirhams on you when you leave the airport. You may also need to put gas in it at the start. Both of these things are fine because these guys do a better deal than any of the other companies.

Very professional company, I absolutely recommend. The whole team speaks very good English, starting with the person answering on WhatsApp, which understood our doubts quickly and gave clear answers. The booking process is online and straightforward. What we booked was what we got (similar car according to what they had said), the car was in good condition, we drove around 850km with it without any issue. They were quite flexible also when we needed to change the drop off location which adds to a stress free experience. On the drop-off location the team was waiting for us at the location and made the whole process extremely easy. In addition, everyone was friendly and polite. I'll certainly book again with them when I return to Morocco.

Great experience. First time renting a car in Morocco so I was not sure what to expect. I will definitely use 1Service Car again. They were available to answer all my questions on WhatsApp and i also extended my rental and changed drop off location. They accommodated my request every time and were really quick to get back to me. They gave me the rental vehicle at the train station as per my request and they picked it up at my hotel. Very convenient for me. Friendly staff and they speak english very well. Отличный прокат в Касабланке, начало 2023 года, забронировал через сайт, общение кроме французского возможно на английском языке, залог и оплату можно оставлять с дебетовых карт. Все было великолепно, один из моих лучших опытов проката авто вообще в мире. Приятные цены, автомобиль был новый и без проблем (Renault Clio), расход топлива мизерный 3,7 литра. Сдача автомобиля очень легко и удобно в аэропорту, пожалуй, быстрее всего была именно в этом прокате. Залог на моей дебетовой карте разблокировался через 8 часов. Сплошные плюсы, из минусов только достаточно высокий залог даже за самые простые автомобили. Рекомендую именно его для проката авто в Марокко.

I rented a dacia logan for 10 days. I had one of the best experience that I have ever had with a car rental: very honest and professional, far better than the big companies. Every step went easy. Their whatsapp account responds promptly and professionally. No hidden fees or scam, actually they were the first to tell me that they had charged me by error the deposit instead of blocking on the card and they gave me the money back. They were so kind that they delivered and picked-up the car from both my hotels (one in the city and one in the airport) with no extra fees. 5 stars

Le chauffeur a dû attendre mon mari presque 2h à l’aéroport de casa à cause de la grève des bagagistes. Petit souci à agadir prblm de batterie car mon ma mari a oublié d’étteindre veilleuses. Aussitôt appelé. Aussitôt reglé. Et pr le retour. À 6h du mat le chauffeur est déjà à l’aéroprt pour recuperer la voiture. Y a pas de doute qu’on fera sûrement appel à vous l’année prochaine. Amine au bureau a été très rapide à répondre toutes mes doutes et vraiment il a été très proffessionnel et attentif. Le chauffeur Majid, a été très ponctuel toute la semaine. I don't recommend this company they are not professional,they will never wait for you at the airport if you make a reservation online. Customer Services Agent Amin was rude, when I called him to check what happened he screamed on me. No recomiendo esta compañía , hize una reserva y cuando llegue al aeropuerto no había nadie esperando me , cuando he llamado par saber que lo que pasa me contestó un responsable que se llama Amin no sabe ni hablar y gritó en el teléfono con una atención al cliente malísima.

I rented a car for 1 week from 1servicecar. This is a legit, honest and professional car rental service in Casablanca. Everything went smooth, the online booking was user friendly and easy, the communication with their customer service was prompt, courteous and professional, there were no hidden fees, everything was crystal clear. They even delivered and picked-up the rental from my place with no extra fees. Great staff Highly recommended, Will definitely do it again.

I was skeptical, as i always am with car rentals after many bad experiences (hidden costs, bad service, scams...). Была небольшая проблема с внесением депозита, пришлось снимать деньги в банкомате - комиссия за снятие и время и разница в курсе при обмене на мою валюту. Автомобиль был в хорошем состоянии, за исключение не оригинального бокового зеркала (плохой обзор).

Fatiha and everyone were very helpful, friendly and very attentive to details, and they were there for me every time I contacted them about something or had a question. Service car1 were very quick to respond and they were very professional, and I will for sure use them again and rent from them next to time when I’m in Morocco.

I was really worried about renting without credit card but 1servicecar accepted a very low cash deposit which eventually was returned in full. The experience was wonderful. I would definitely rent from them again. EDIT...I had to end my trip early, unfortunately, they did not give me a refund for the one day I did not use. However, they came to my hotel to retrieve that car, which was extremely convenient. Also, they were very helpful and friendly. We rented Jeep Grand Cherokee for 12 days. The car was clean and in excellent condition. We had 0 issues during our travel around Morocco (approx 2500 km). The car rental had very friendly staff that have assisted us (on whatsapp) for the whole time. If we ever come back to Morocco, we would rent a car from this company again.

My first time ever renting a car anywhere, must say for a first experience it was well worth it the guys at the office were a big help at the beginning of my trip.
