My son who has a disability took his car to get his interior cleanned. He was charged $150. He took his car up at 9am when the car wash opened, there was one other there, however, the guy said it wouldn't ready until 12pm. When he brought his car home it didn't even look as though they had vaccumed his car. It was still extremely dirty, floor mats, dashboard boards etc. I was shocked to say the least! The guy who cleanned my son's car was trying to encourage my son to pay $250 to get his seats steam cleanned, my son said no thanks, but the guy was still apparently trying to say that his seats will look so much better as they were very dirty and he should get them done. FYI, My son did not get his seats steam cleanned. My son did had a far bit of sand in his car which the guy who cleanned his car managed to mostly removed, but he failed to vaccum the car mats correctly or clean the dashboard etc. If someone is paying that amount of money to get their car interor cleanned, you would expect the inside of the car to be spotless. I am and my son was extremely disappointed by the service that was reeceived. Please advise your staff not to take advantage of other individuals!

I have 2 Labradors that spend a lot of time in my car and I hadn’t cleaned it for along time (vacuuming just didn’t cut it) so you could imagine that my car was filthy (and I mean filthy, so much dog hair!) It needed a decent clean, they offered me the $550 “showroom clean” package. I was sceptical because there was no way that you can get all of the Dog hair out of my car. But they did and it was showroom clean! Highly recommend. (They did request to keep my car past the original pick up time, which was a little inconvenient as the pick up time was moved from 6pm Friday to 11am Saturday.)

We always been very skeptical about aftermarket paint protection on Our new cars and after reading all these great reviews I decided to give 1 Stop a call. Spoke with Manager over the phone for a decent amount of time and he made it simple to understand. He came out and performed what I could only call magic on my car and 4 months on I couldn't be happier. I ended up choosing one of his more expensive packages but it was well worth the money. Couldn't rate his service high enough 10/10

I hadn't used this new service at Stud Park before but I definitely will be back. With 2 footy playing kids, and this being our towing vehicle she arrived pretty worse for wear on the inside. She's also consistently parked under a tree that drops fibres and had mould appearing at the window seals. After 2 hours in the care of a very lovely team, she's come up like new. And the team use the gentlest of applicators. They're not taking short cuts. Very happy customer.

Sister went and ask for the car floor to be vacuumed and they added a outside wash for her and charged her $250!!! When we went back to complain they said they wrote down interior detail when 1. This was never mentioned asked for 2. There was no interior detailing even done the cup holders etc were dirty and the seats had previous stains still on them, we didnt get any money back, poor poor customer service

I recently left my Jeep Grand Cherokee in the hands of Simr Singh here at the Rowville 1Stop Hand Car Wash for a full detailing. I have to thank him for a fantastic result, this has been one of the greatest quality detailing jobs I have ever seen. I can highly recommend this business for their customer service and delivery of my Jeep back on time looking so great.

I’m so happy with how clean the carpets are and the guys cleaned all the crumbs from the kids in the back seats and even vacuumed their car seats. Such a relief to be able to do some shopping at the nearby shopping centre and come back to my car looking shiny and clean!

1Stop Hand Car Wash Rowville was very meticulous with my car and transformed it from a neglected automobile to a gleaming beast! It felt as good as new after they spent hours cleaning, detailing, waxing and polishing it. They even managed to remove all the scratches! So glad they finally opened at Stud Park Shopping Centre!

I spent over $35 on an outside cleaning service, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the results. The rims were left untouched, and overall, there wasn't anything particularly special about the service. I could still see dirt and grime on my mirrors and screen. Clearly, there is room for improvement.

Prices are incredibly expensive - for a 4 month old car that needed a general wash and carpets vacuumed and nothing else they wanted $119. And when I questioned the price the guy walked away from me. I got the feeling that he wasn't interested in anyone's business unless they were looking to spend a lot.

Took my dirty Ford Ranger wildtrak and after one and a half it was made to look brand new. The cool room and comfortable chair made the waiting easy. The boys did a good job with the cleaning. Prices are comparable to other car wash centres. Based on my pleasant experience I recommend using them.

Worst experience ever, waited 2.5 hours for an express wash. The manager was extremely rude to both employee and customers. Not extremely happy with the end result of the 109 dollar service .I would not recommend this business, and I will never use them again

The gentleman did a great job at cleaning and polishing both the inside and outside of my car. They were even able to remove a paint stain from my leather seats that has been there for 9 months. the car was in immaculate condition when I picked it up.

Great customer services. We had just come back from a camping holiday with youngs kids, there was lots of sand and dirty finger prints. Car was left looking like new. I would happily recommend 1Stop Hand Car Wash to family and friends.
