I recently visited your pet clinic with high hopes of receiving excellent care for my beloved cat. However, upon arrival, it became apparent that your clinic exclusively caters to dogs, and there was no mention of this limitation on your website or in any prior communications. As a cat owner, I was disappointed and felt like my feline friend was not welcome. It would have been much appreciated if your clinic had been upfront about your specialization in canine care, as it would have saved me time and inconvenience. I believe transparency is essential in the veterinary field to ensure pet owners can make informed decisions about where to seek care for their animals. While I cannot provide feedback on your clinic's services for dogs, I hope you consider updating your communication to prevent similar situations in the future Please do not go without calling it’s horrible when you are in need and they say no

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! I have never seen a more inhuman vet in my life. The owner of this Vet incorrectly diagnosed my dog by saying he has got something stuck in his throat and dug their fingers in his throat until he choked and died. Whereas my dog had infection which simply needed antibiotics. Do not take your pet to this place.. the main doctor is not educated enough to know how to even diagnose a dog. He lacked expertise, empathy and professionalism. On top of that the whole place is full of inexperienced and unqualified people. Nonetheless for giving one drip, oxygen mask and digging their fingers inside my dog’s mouth they charged 4800 rupees! Literally all a scam and for money! Do not go here! It’s a family run business of no one being a veterinarian.

I strongly discourage taking your pet to this clinic if you genuinely care for their well-being. My experience was highly unsatisfactory as the doctor seemed to lack adequate knowledge and expertise. When my dog had a nail skin issue that was bleeding, the doctor applied excessive PP (potassium-based) powder and bandaged it. Unfortunately, this resulted in my dog's skin being burnt and a new wound developing. It is concerning that the clinic employs professionals who might not fully understand the treatments they are administering. In the interest of animal health and safety, I believe they should consider reevaluating their staff and practices or, if necessary, temporarily shut down until they can provide better care for pets.

Doctor Deepak and Vikas both really helped us in an emergency situation when our Chitszu pet suddenly started collapsing all of a sudden during travel. Our pet surprisingly showed weakness, then passed out and just collapsed within 2 mins and we were very panicked. Then we located the pet clinic nearest to us then. Both the doctors immediately gave him the necessary medication, looked at his blood report (thanks to the clinic for having a blood test machine locally itself) and confirmed the next steps.. our pet improved over the next 3 days all owing to the doctor's advise and family like treatment. We are forever indebted to them. Thank you once again.

We had a great experience. Our Dog Bingo had a paralytic attack at around 11 pm at night. We called Dr. Deepak (got his number from google) and he responded very promptly and called us to his clinic. It is mapped correctly on google map. We reached him at around 12 midnight. The staff was very nice and polite. Dr. Deepak gave his full time and explained us the whole treatment. Getting a good Doctor in an emergency is a blessing. Rarely do we see a VET working so late. The best thing was he treated our beloved pet not as a dog, but as a kid. Writing this review as a token of gratitude for the wonderful work he is doing.

well... i became a pet parent very recently and just like any new mother i was pretty apprehensive and anxious for the first few weeks... coming to Dr. Deepak in my very second week with my kiddo was d best decision dt i made. He was always there, was pretty easily approachable and absolutely proffesional in his approach towards the treatment /vaccinations of my kiddo. I would suggest every new pet parent (or even d ones who have had a bad experience elsewhr with some other vet ) to count on Dr. deepak, ur kids would be absolutely safe in his hands.

Worst experience ever. We took our cat who had fallen from the balcony of 3rd floor, reception staff denied to let us in. We requested if doctor could just look at our cat, but he denied saying that, they do not treat cats. I mean, if you dont treat all types of pets, you should not be calling yourself a PET CLINIC. It is nowhere mentioned on your website that cats are not treated. As a pet parent i am very disappointed to such sort of service from a hospital, where a doctor take oath to save an injures soul.

I took my 40 days Labrador Retriever Pup when he had gone sick due to seperation anxiety. 24/7 Pet Clinic offers all services from grooming to boarding to blood tests under one roof. My dog was seriously ill last night and Dr Deepak conducted the blood tests, delivered reports within 45 minutes and could diagnose the issue. He is being treated for Kidney disorder and is much better than before.

Very unprofessional , my pet was not well and due to which I have called them and they have asked me come at 3 - 3: 30 am and after reaching there no body was bother to even pick the call.... I have waited there almost for 2 2 2hour..... False promise of 24 x 7 ..... Worst experience I have ever had.....

I called them yesterday at 3 am, as my dog was not doing well. They picked up the call and prescribed the medicine for free, they also said if its an emergency then they can open the clinic in the middle of the night too. Amazing service
