I have been coming here for about 8 months now. Either it be a drop off of scrubs for work or a quick wash myself. First, I will like to speak about the atmosphere. It is super clean! Restrooms are always up to par. I've never seen lingering lint, nor trash sitting around. This surprised me as it is a laundromat that quickly accumulates lent/dust. Second, the customer service is very well respectful and rounded. I was honestly a little lost the very first time coming in as I brought a bag of quarters. The facility is conveniently ran off of a card system, meaning, you add your needed amount directly onto a Laundry card from your debit/credit card. This made me feel safe and more aware of what was being spent. My very first visit someone walked me through every step to ensure I fully understood what I was doing. This was a nice start off. I had a small issue previously, called the facility at 06:00AM (when I noticed the issue), and the owner respectfully answered. I was calling to leave a message due to the early call, but to my surprise, the owner answered and handled my minor issue immediately. Nice and friendly service. I always feel welcomed and safe. I will continuously visit this location as it is a great Houston location for us all. Shout out to the friendly staff We appreciate everything you all do!

Unfortunately a washing machine decided that it did not like me, and took my money after giving me an error. First time here, so I thought I could reopen it and then close it and it would be good to go. No. It was not the right thing to do apparently. Luckily the nice lady with red hair working tonight helped me with the issue. Right before this happened one the clothing carts rolled as I was loading it and gave my car a nice scratch. Be mindful when loading into their carts that the side walk is slanted and the wheels on the carts will continue to roll. Only came here as it was open 24 hours. It's out of my way to come here but I do appreciate that they stay open the whole day. Decent place. Edit: Be careful of parking for some reason everyone thinks because the carts have plastic covering over them it means it wont scuff other people's cars. Never coming here again. Rather wake up early and stay on my side of town.

I have been coming here for years and the only convenience of this place is that it’s open 24 hours. That doesn’t mean it’s safe to come at night because there’s homeless people sleeping on tables, your things can be stolen from the dryer like us, and sometimes half the machines don’t work or show an error after you’ve already been charged. The machines that do work are also very misleading, they show one price but actually charge you more. For example the small dryers say $.38 but actually charge $.56, which may not sound as a huge difference but it really is especially when you need more than the 7 minutes because your clothes aren’t ever dry. They also seem to go through employees very quickly and can’t hold anybody. Suffice to say that my business here is over for good.

We frequently went here for our wash and fold, however have not been back recently. Ms Wanda is a real nice person, however, one incident made the customer service very subpar. We had our laundry washed there and had a brought a new container of Tide pods that had never been used and when we came to pick up our laundry, they did not return our soap because they used it all!!! I was like how??? The pods were a 40 load container. Well Ms Wanda did NOTHING but say well I can give you a discount on the next wash. The poor customer service turned me off because customers want immediate satisfaction,not on the next service. We are disappointed because the place is really nice and friendly staff.

I gave this place 2 stars,barely, simply for its' 24 hour convenience but that's the only reason. This place is forever filthy with chip bags and candy wrappers, etc all over the floor. The machines are expensive and you can only use their reloadable card to pay for your washing and drying. This last time I went, the 2 dryers I'd just put nearly $8 into abruptly stopped and with no one who works there on premises (except the same homeless guy who sleeps in a corner), I couldn't get any sort of refund. Lesson learned is to make sure I go take care of my laundry during normal hours, elsewhere.

This was a good laundromat. However the last time I went there, it was infested with german roaches. I even had one crawl on me when I was sitting on a stool. Later when I looked at a table I counted no less than 5 scurrying around under the counters. On another note, the A/C seems to be broken. The temperature inside the laundromat was about 85 degrees give or take. It was very uncomfortable. I can deal with the heat, but until the owner can get rid of the roach infestation, I will take my business elsewhere

When you're in a bind or if you just need to wash, this place is great. It is spacious with lots of washer and dryer options. Cleaner than most laundry places and its open 24 hours for moms like me that work very long shifts. The game room is fun for the kids and most the machines work. The owner is very kind and the workers will assist you quickly if something goes wrong. Not to mention if you use your card a certain amount of times you get free moneu loaded to it!

Some lady keeps trying to sell me stuff and then sends her kid to ask me for money. Just because its 24 hours doesn’t mean you should come here. Its hella weird and dryers are overpriced. I dont understand how you pay 39 cents to start the dryer but it charges like a $1 to add more time. Make it make sense. And it says 39 cents but where you insert the card, it says 59 cents? What? Dont come here, just wait til the next day when the good washaterias are open.

Been coming here for years and it's a nice laundry mat with good machines. I'm only giving 3 stars cuase they raise the prices on the machines every single time I come. Kind of funny how some machines use to be 3 dollars and now they are 5 dollars. Also the drier price goes up to.. I won't be surprised if next week is another 50 cents more. And they never use to charge tax on the card but for some reason now they charge 3.5 percent. Nice place though.

I love this place. The employees are always keeping it clean and nice, I always see them wiping down everything, mopping and keeping it tidy. They have tons of washing machines and dryers. Also, they're making renovations and have a nice new floor. One time I misplaced my glasses and they actually had them in their lost and found! I can't believe it. They're the best. Thanks for all your hard work!

I always go here to do laundry. I love that it's open 24/7 so I can go whenever it's convenient for me. Normally, I go around 2am when there's hardly anyone else there. You have to get a refillable laundry card onsite to pay for the washers and dryers. There's also a vending machine with laundry soap and stuff in it but it's best to bring your own.

The prices aren't too bad. You just load a card with money which makes it easy. The washing machine got my clothes clean. A few dryers weren't working. The laundromat was pretty dirty and could use some tlc. But for the purpose of washing and drying it will get the job done.

Lol, this place is a complete scam. You can only use their cards that you have to buy from a machine. Then, they charge you $1 to put money on the card! God help you if you do not put enough on it, that's another $1

I used a customer for this place dor long time and in recent months I swiched to different service provider but I couldn't find any of the service like this place. This place is clean and wonderful staff.

Clean - they do wash and fold for 1.25 a pound! Always lots of staff around to help - if you need a really large washer / dryer or have issues with yours this is a great place.

I hate laundromats, but we are 1100 miles from home, so no choice. BUT, this one is clean, machines are well maintained and staff is there around the clock. Seems safe.

I go to this place week after week and there are always available machines to do your laundry fast and clean, the cards system works perfect too.

They did a great job washing my clothes. Super easy and relatively inexpensive way to get a load of clothes washed while traveling to Houston

On the plus side: good WiFi. On the minus side: the A/C doesn’t work very well. It’s a bit hot. But great place nevertheless.

Clean and quiet. Washers are clean and so is the facility! Definitely a life saver. Will be coming back
