Philip and Mireld were fantastic. They were very thorough in fixing the issue with the leak. It ended up being a bigger job than anticipated and they had to redo some of the piping as it was fitted incorrectly first day by another plumber, which was a large part of why there was an issue in the first place. Despite there being a larger job required Philip still honoured the original price he gave us. They worked tirelessly and came back several times to ensure the job was completed properly. They also gave us a year guarantee on the work they did which was reassuring. Philip and Mireld were very nice to work with.

We came back from a weekend away to find that the base of our toilet was leaking clean water when we flushed it, making it unusable. Our usual plumber was busy so we were in a bit of a bind. We searched Google for an emergency plumber and thankfully found 24-7. Filip came over within the hour, immediately identified the two(!) problems with our toilet and fixed both right away, including purchasing a replacement part at the local hardware store. We are a building company, couple weeks ago our plumber let us down. Thankfully we found Philip who is extremely friendly, extremely helpful and very professional, Philip has done a lot of work for us since then, as a matter of fact we let our previous plumber go and will be using Philip’s services going forward and will absolutely be recommending him not only to friends and family but to other builders and businesses. Filip was able to come on the same day, fixed the problem (blocked outside drain which ended up flooding the bedroom) very quickly, and I think saved us money compared to the big chain brands. Was also very happy to give us some very useful information about how to fix another, minor, problem without charging extra. Great on comms and professional throughout, also friendly! Will definitely be using again, a great guy to have on board in a crisis!

Filip contacted me within minutes of asking him if he could help me and within the next half an hour of sharing images of the leak, came and fixed the leak and repaired an additional problem to the kitchen sink waste basket strainer and recommended shops where the replacement parts could be purchased. He followed up with a visit to repair the waste basket strainer and checked for further leaks to the original pipes and the repaired strainer.

Our boiler gave in late on a friday night and was leaking water into the downstairs apartment - one quick call to these guys and we had someone looking at it within the space of an hour! Admir was knowledgeable and beyond polite. He fixed the issue swiftly and took the time to explain to us what he was doing and what needed to be done to the boiler in the future. Stellar service all around, couldn’t recommend this guy enough :)

I had an emergency plumbing issue at night (4am) and out of every other plumber i called, they were the only to immediately pick up, show up within 30 mins and fix a pretty serious blockage issue. Plumber did not leave until he tested several times that pipe is working fine, and cleaned everything after himself. Price isn’t low but i am unaware of average night emergency fares to compare. Overall would totally recommend.

I originally phoned around numbers given by this website, some non-committal responses. Phoned 24-7 Plumbing, answered phone promptly, stated that he would come after another job. He kept in contact with me, letting me know possible arrival time. He turned up as promised. Assessed the job and fixed the problem within one hour. Good communication and very helpful. I will use this company again, for additional work.

Our boiler packed up. I phoned him asking where he’s based, he said London and I’m based in Basildon, however he told me to put the camera on my phone on and he talked me through repairing my boiler within 10/15 minutes of being on camera managed to fix it with his help. Amazing service, so friendly and helpful, really knows what he’s talking about. 110% recommend. Great to see there’s still good people around!

Highly recommended. I needed an emergency plumber as there was a leak in the bathroom which started to come through the ceiling below. They sent a plumber out within 30 minutes on a Saturday night and fixed the leak in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced especially for an emergency out of hours plumber. I will most certainly be using them again should I have an problems in the future.

I called 24-7 Emergency Plumbing and Filip was near me and came round within the hour and was incredible! He fixed the leak in our sink, cleared out all the clogs, fixed our washing machine and has his own special machine that drills down far deep in the pipes to remove everything out. We got a super responsive call out to look at our ancient boiler (less than three hours notice) at sensible prices. Unfortunately the engineer misdiagnosed a broken solenoid on our megaflow as the whole boiler needing replacement, and then I got quoted over £2000 labour for a boiler swap out (about twice the rate you'll get from a manufacturer recommended installer)

Absolutely exceptional service. Filip arrived within 30 minutes and was extremely professional. Rates were very reasonable and he gave excellent advice and explanation when I asked any questions. Will not hesitate to call again. We have tried other companies before but they have been very disappointing so this will be the only company I will use in the future.

After I called, the plumber was in the flat in just 30 minutes, which was great because our faucet broke and water was bursting out of it uncontrollably. And our water stop valve didn't work. So he came and promptly stopped the water, got us a new faucet and installed it, all within 1 hour of work. Super efficient, speedy and quality work!

They saved our business from a terrible blockage. I totally Recommend them over Pimlico who they came spent 4 hrs and toilets were blocked after 5 hrs. My brother's toilet had a massive leak all of a sudden. I looked up emergency plumbing in London and they turned up almost immediately and sorted everything quickly. He also sorted out our taps in the kitchen. Really affordable, professional and polite service.

Requested to fix boiler leak. Engineer came to do the job but it started leaking with in an hour again. I was charged £380 for this job. I will not recommend anyone to this service for anything. Stay away if you want pace of mind.They don't deserve a Star.

Avoid - completely unreliable. Booked an appointment for 0830 - 1230 slot to fix to a leaking pipe. Called at 1200 to ask for update and was told plumber on way. No sign of plumber and further calls to the office ignored.
