First the building address is not marked that you can see from the street and even the driveway does not have any signage related to the building. Then there are no signs indicating how to pay for parking by the handicapped parking spots or visible to me from there. In the building lobby is a sign marked pay parking office, pointing to an office door. There is nothing indicating that you should enter to pay or whether this is an administrative office ? The whole arrangement is the most badly signed system I've encountered in a very long time.
Beware: this lot expects you to pay for parking basically as soon as you get out of your car. I parked, went inside to pay, and as I was paying for parking (processed at 10:29 per my receipt) I got a parking ticket at 10:29. This was within 5-10 minutes of arriving to the building. Perhaps they need to install more parking machines, or make it clearer that you should pay from their website while standing next to your car, or you will have to dispute a $45 parking ticket.
